Fantastic experience: Only have two tattoos both of which I got done at dark spectrum. Honestly can’t tell you enough about lovely everyone is in there and what a good vibe it is! Everyone is super chill about everything and create a really comfortable atmosphere. Sebs done both my tats, he is lovely and really helpful and patient with changing positions or things within the design, really allowing you to have the tattoo you want. Fantastic experience: I didn’t get a tattoo there, but I went with my girlfriend who got an awesome gas mask tattoo, the people there are all SO lovely and welcoming. Very relaxed but professional atmosphere. The work was estimated to take about 4-5 hours but it ended up being about 2 and a half - 3 hours. The artwork is incredible and aftercare + recommendations for care outside the shop was great, I couldn’t recommend this shop more, if you want a tattoo, get one from these guys!!

Fantastic experience: This studio is brilliant. Seb dedicates time ensuring the design is perfect for you. I needed a cover up, the initial placement presented a slight challenge. After a couple of consultations, Seb created a design which I was so excited to have. He considered my thoughts and ideas, then created something that brought all of those elements into the tattoo. The art work is exceptional and attention to detail is mind blowing, I highly recommend.

She was super friendly and talkative, which helped keep my mind at ease. As someone with chronic pain, I very easily get uncomfortable, and Amelia did a great job of ensuring I was okay and regularly offering breaks. I will 100% be booking another tattoo here!

The atmosphere of the studio was so nice and comforting and Amelia was so attentive and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She also gave me the freedom to play around with different placements as much as possible while giving me different options, she also let me look at the finished design and see if I wanted to add anything or go over different bits which was so so nice. 1000/10 I am definitely coming here again. Seb talked to me about what I wanted and created a Phoenix image which perfectly represented the symbolism and depth of personal meaning it holds for me. Fantastic experience: Through much research looking for a good portrait artist found Seb at Dark Spectrum and decided to pop in and see if what I wanted could be done, I could not have been more welcome, from my initial inquiry visit to my sitting with Seb I was listened to, advised and consulted all the way through the process. The design that was created for me exacted and exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the results, the portrait in question was a 1940’s portrait of my grandmother and Seb has done it justice, the sitting was a long one that I was not used too but Drago could not have been more hospitable, checking if I was ok and supplying me with cups of tea! would highly recommend, really friendly team and lovely atmosphere

Negative experience: Dissapearing tattoo, poorly informed..... **USE WITH CAUTION** Needle did not touch my skin until 2 hours after I arrived. Countless cigarette breaks. I was initially informed the tattoo would take 5 hours (see photo) which then morphed into x2 4 hour sits. After 3.5hrs under the needle, the outline and a small amount of shading was done. I was initially happy with the quality of the tattoo, but this was short lived once healing began. **I was not informed prior to starting my tattoo that foot tattoos can be problematic** The problems begin.... The tattoo began to disappear. I contacted Dark Spectrum who informed me that this was 'normal' (see photo). I was not happy with this advice and chose to get a second opinion. I consulted two other tattoo artists. Both informed me that incorrect pressure/technique was used for a foot tattoo and that I should have been correctly informed PRIOR to commencing the tattoo that foot tattoos can be problematic eg. Prone to dropping out. Seb did not make me aware of this. I trusted Seb to offer ALL of the correct advice PRIOR to starting the tattoo. My message was ignored by Dark Spectrum for over a month. I did not receive the standard of work advertised (see photo). **DARK SPECTRUM REPORT BAD REVIEWS** Thankfully this tattoo is being corrected by another tattoo artist. The correcting artist redone the majority of Sebs work in 1.5 hours?! Thanks to Sebs lack of advice, I will be forever left with a patchy tattoo unless I choose laser removal. Dark Spectrum decline to refund. They did request that I return for Seb to view the tattoo. However my question regarding cost was initially ignored. Why would I return to an artist who did not properly inform me & lie about the time the tattoo would take......?? Of course, Dark Spectrum attempt to blame me. Improper aftercare etc. Dark Spectrum tattooed me on the 6.8.24. I was having it completely reworked on the 19.9 24.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible day yesterday at the Dark Spectrum studio. The team were incredibly kind and welcoming. The studio was clean and really cool because of it being a Tudor building. Seb did an incredible job of bringing my tattoo to life! Very chill atmosphere listening to great music, drinking coffee and getting tatted. I would 100% get tattooed here again!

Fantastic experience: For 15 years I've had an image in my head of the tattoo I wanted, but what Seb created is so far beyond my expectations. An incredibly relaxed and friendly studio, I was really well looked after throughout. I'm definitely coming back in a few months for the next tattoo. Fantastic experience: I had a day session with Amelia today, and OMG she was amazing. I gave her some inspo and handed creative freedom over, and wow I am amazed and thrilled with my out come. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and constantly made sure I was. I can not recommend her enough and will be back in no time for my next one
