Fantastic experience: Took my girl for a nostril piercing, there was no complications with online booking , we were able to call and speak to a professional piercer . When I came in for the piercing zero was a very lovely guy he explained everything well ,pierced with the correct jewellery and was hygienic .

Fantastic experience: I don’t have enough superlatives to describe Heart and Arrow. All of the artists are incredibly talented but all my work is by Casi and I’ve had so many compliments. From the second you walk through the door you’re put at ease. They’re such genuinely lovely people. The non stop bants also keeps you distracted from the pain! The waiting time for appointments may be long but please be reassured that this is testament to the quality and skill of the artists. I travel from Manchester to Shrewsbury and the result is always well worth it. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Casi for a rework on a tattoo I had done a few years ago elsewhere. I wasn’t happy with the original style of the tattoo, meaning one of my most meaningful tattoos was also one of my least favourite. However after today, I can say it is one of my favourites. Casi is very friendly and extremely talented, her colour work is insane. So happy with the results and I can’t fault the service I received, the price was also incredibly reasonable for the level of skill. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Back in the 90's I got a tattoo with the intention of getting more unfortunately the experience was that bad it put me off for over 20 year's. Eventually my wife and I decided to get a joint tattoo after some research we came across Heart and Arrow, we got booked in to have our tattoos. This is the experience I wanted the first time it was absolutely amazing Joe made me feel so relaxed and at home getting my tattoo it was the one of the best experiences I've had in the hands of someone else I cant recommend these enough, If your here wanting the truth you have it and if you want your ink dreams to come to life this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Went to Casi for my first tattoo over a year ago now. Was very nervous as it’s a fairly permanent decision and I had little clue of what I actually wanted. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and Casi somehow deciphered my messenger rambling and produced an incredible artwork that captured everything I’d asked for. From the very beginning Casi was super friendly and helpful, and she (along with her equally talented husband) went out of their way to accommodate myself and my husband. Their studio is clean, hygienic and generally an all-round cool place. You're made to feel welcome from the moment you step through the door, and there's no 'tattoo studio clique' vibe that I've experienced in other places. Both Casi and Joe's work is neat, and they take their time to make sure everyone is happy (client & artist) is happy prior to tattooing. Negative experience: They never replied to 2 messages enquiring about their service to me , they had nearly 2 weeks and never bothered to respond. Can't tell you how good they are because their communication is rubbish.

Zero explains exactly what is happening and is thorough and efficient. I took my daughter for her first ear piercings and he was amazing with her. Fantastic experience: I’ve been lucky enough to have a tattoo here, and they’re simply wonderful. My Artist was Joe, an extremely talented and gifted artist, he was friendly and put me at ease that I’d absolutely chosen the right artist for what I wanted. He designed the piece and it took two sessions, both amazing. My tattoo is beautiful, and I love it. The studio is very clean, all artists are very careful with dealing with all of the messy side of tattooing and I was very confidant I was well looked after, no fear of infections, or cross contamination. All the other artists are super friendly, and lovely, all happy to come and have a chat and a giggle. Each artist has their own speciality which means they cover a broad range of tattoo styles here, which is awesome. I can’t recommend these guys enough!! Just adding on that I’ve had more work done here and they’re still the amazing lovely talented artists!! The new studio is beautiful, clean and welcoming. I can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: do not go. absolutely awful. went here for an eyebrow piercing and was pierced with cheap jewellery that wasn’t long enough to accommodate the swelling that comes with a new piercing. the balls fell out of my piercing twice due to their incompetence and the company has been impossible to get hold off for any further support. i also asked for my piercing to be straight which frankly it is not. really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone as it’s not safe!

Fantastic experience: Myself and 16yo daughter visited, both for piercings. Zero was absolutely amazing and lived up to all the positive comments I'd read. My daughter had her belly button pierced and was nervous after friends had had bad experiences at other places. He put her mind at ease and was really gentle and considerate of her. I too, had two different ear piercings and each one was done with such care. I would highly recommend visiting Zero for any piercings.

Fantastic experience: Visited on Friday to get my upper lobes and helix pierced. I was really impressed and left feeling so happy. Zero was great and really knew his stuff. He made sure to show me that all the needles were new in the packaging, took his time to make sure the placement of the piercings were symmetric and that I was happy with them (which is something no one else has ever asked me before and I really appreciated it), and even asked if I wanted a break between piercings if it was too much for me. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came in a few weeks ago to get my nipples pierced and it was the best piercing experiences I have had. I have now got 15 piercings in total and have been to a variety of places to get them done and Heart & Arrow is by far the best. My piercings have healed so well and the piercer (Zero) made me feel incredibly comfortable. He was very patient and kind which was reassuring. The building was very clean and Zero made sure to show that the needles were fresh out of the packaging! Would definitely go there again for a piercing :D

Fantastic experience: Professional, clean and friendly service. I had a double helix piercing here and a week later there's no sign of swelling. My piercer was great, explained what he was going to do before each step and was happy to go at my pace if I became anxious/needed to catch my breath between the two.
