Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and very professional, got a piercing about a year ago and haven’t had any complications with it at all. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Was tattooed here roughly 3 years ago when they were in a different location. Tattoo, booking process and overall experience was great. Fast forward to now, filled in their website form looking to book in again but this time with my partner to get our anniversary date tattooed on us. No answer at all from them.

Fantastic experience: i randomly came across mary on a random day i wanted to be impulsive to get a anti eyebrow piercing, never have i been so calm getting a needle in my skin until Mary, she is so calm and chatty and makes you feel so at ease, iv been to Mary for my anti eyebrow, my surface belly piercing and my friend got his tragus and then i sadly got a removal as i had a surgery upcoming and I wouldn’t trust anyone else apart from Mary, she always makes sure your completely comfortable, for someone who struggles with bad anxiety and socializing mary never fails to make you love the experience while staying professional, completely recommend mary and il never ever go anywhere else but here Piercings have all healed beautifully and sit perfectly:)

Fantastic experience: Super late, but I can't not do a review! Em (mary) is absolutely amazing, she has done my double helix, rook and conch - all of which are so beautiful and are healing amazingly. So nice, professional and all in all great person. In love with her work and I will keep coming back for more stabbing ;D

Fantastic experience: I got my eyebrow pierced by mary (em) and genuinely it was the best piercing experience ive ever had. Firstly she was super sweet and didnt rush me into the piercing (unlike some glasgow shops) and worked with my anatomy whilst being realistic. The piercing itself was super quick and genuinely painless!! The studio was also very pretty and clean! ALSO the most sterile and cleanest studio ive seen.

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome artist! I came to get a small bird tattoo, but the whole vibe with Anton was so easygoing and pleasant that we ended up doing a cat as well. Everything was neat, quick and stress-free. Great conversation too. You can really feel his professionalism and genuine good energy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great service from the folks at Studio today. Easy booking process and comms re our designs. Kate took loads of time making sure the fine details were right for us. Really appreciated them taking our booking for May 4th for the droid tattoos for my mum and I. Great chat, relaxed atmosphere, super clean and delighted with the art work.

Negative experience: Came in for a quote and I left in horror, not only from the amount but from how underwhelming the customer service is. Doesn’t take much to create a welcoming environment. Staff seemed very stressed and unhappy big red flag !! very disappointed will not be returning.

Negative experience: Incredibly rude business owner!! I phoned to make an appointment and over the phone they were very cold and dismissive and not paying attention to me. when my time came to go get a piercing I was greeted with the owner before the piercer and the owner kept sniffing and wiping their nose and was very snappy towards other customers and staff almost as if they were on something ? I may also add the place smelled damp almost like a mouldy smell and was very dusty and did not seem sanitary enough for a tattoo/piercing parlour. would NOT recommend!!!

Negative experience: Was in for a piercing not long ago, there was a lady that was extremely loud and stuck up im assuming she was the owner with the way she carried herself? Gives me the vibe of not respecting her staff. Place was semi clean, I’ve seen better elsewhere, I won’t be back as this lady put me off, my piercing was (took it out) also squint I’ll be going elsewhere to get it redone

Mary is a true professional—very friendly, easy to talk to, and she really listened to what I wanted. The whole process was quick, almost painless, and there wasn’t even a drop of blood. I’m beyond happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: Already have 11 tattoos from this place. Zoriana(I hope I spell name correct) the best person who always help you if you will have any questions, does everything so accurate. All her works are really amazing, 100% will back to this amazing girl. U can watch her work here)

Positive experience: Went here for my first tattoo, had Zoraida as my artist- super friendly. She had no issues with me changing the placement or size of the stencil a couple of times. Absolutely love how the tattoo came out, she was super gentle. Would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: Booked a piercing, with a deposit paid and a confirmation email. When I turned up they were closed, no answer on the phone, I’ve emailed and still no reply. BUT they can post on instagram.

Negative experience: So here's the deal I walked in with my daughter 17 year old she wanted her noise perciering done and she asked the lady nicely and I notice the staff member kept looking at her in a strange way and sed how old are she sed 17 am sorry u have to be 18 but however it says on this website or terms and conditions u have to be with an adult then it's ok if ur 16 or 17 so we said that to them they staff lady still refused unless she was racist towards us it's shocking so we end up going somewhere where you don't need ID and ur with an adult then it's ok would not recommend this place

Positive experience: I had done a tattoo but after that done I told them I need more dark and he told me to come back after 2 week after healing and after 2 weeks my coloured once is also being dull and I gone back he put some again in the coloured and they don’t do anything In the black place so sorry to say I am not much happy with my tattoo

I had a pleasure of being tattooed by amazing artist Katarzyna Oskarbska. She is an awesome human being with great talent and attention to details. I am really thrilled with the result and I highly recommend Kate to anyone seeking exceptional tattoo work. The Studio is also my place to go when I want to get a piercing done. I’ve done my nostril piercings and septum piercing there, it was so quick, zero pain, sterile and very professional (I am not sure about piercer name, sorry). Totally recommend this tattoo studio! The greatest one!

Fantastic experience: In January I got my nipples piercings done by Courtney before she became an apprentice for tattooing, she was absolutely amazing during the appointment, any concerns I had she talked me through the piercing and talked to me like I was a normal human (I’ve never been treated like that in a studio once I’ve said I’m autistic), she proceeded to talk to me throughout the appointment about specific bands we have seen and our music taste which calmed me down a lot as i have a big range when it comes to music, I would defiantly recommend getting another appointment with her even for a tattoo!!

Negative experience: Been here for tattoos have been amazing but I got my nipples pierced here and it's been problem after problem. Now I'm left with a horrible issue that I've tried to contact them and the piercer themselves about and have been ignored. Would not recommend going to Courtney especially if your going to try and get help after there's issues ongoing with a piercing. Now having to go to hospital about the issue

They we're absolutely lovely and I will be returning again to get more piercings . I actually forgot something at the store and then rang and informed me straight away. Fantastic experience: Booked in same day for a Helix piercing with two of my friends. All of the staff were lovely and down to earth, nice and chatty which puts you at ease if you're a little nervous. There was a good choice in earrings, mostly ones with little gems, but they said they don't pierce ears with hoops. The piercing was done quickly and very cleanly, I've had a few piercings but this is the only one that didn't bleed at all or get crusty stuff on it afterwards, which was impressive! A great after care sheet and explanation of how to look after it. They only accept cash which is a bit annoying but with such great service and quality piercing, it's worth it!

Negative experience: Spent days trying to organise jewellery changes, they would take ages to reply and wouldn’t even reply fully to what I’d asked. They kept leaving my messages on seen and not replying. Given up

Fantastic experience: Honestly such a lovely place, clean and decorated nicely too. Went in to have my first lip piercings today which were snakebites. Had them pierced by Jane, she did a really great job with reassuring me about the piercing process alongside how to look after them too. The pain overall was a 2/10 as it was over in a matter of seconds. Super happy with how everything turned out, will definitely be back for more piercings in the future. Fantastic experience: Awesome as usual. 2nd visit within 3 weeks. Everyone makes you feel so at ease. From booking online within minutes to turning up for my 30 minute piercing appointment, I felt relaxed and comfortable because of the professional and friendly staff the moment you walk through the door. Like my first review, I will be back and will recommend to anyone who wants a piercing or tattoo. To put you in prospective, I am slightly older than most of the customer's I saw when I was in but at no point did I feel out of place or uncomfortable whilst I was in The Studio. That is a special thing and one of the reasons I went back and will go back in the future. Thank you so much.

They’re very clean, and follow all health protocols. When I’m back in Glasgow, I’ll be looking to book another tattoo here. Caio was a fantastic artist, with steady hands and an excellent eye for embellishments to my simple design.

Negative experience: AVOID!!!!! Paid £50 to get third lobes done and both piercings fell out after 3 weeks and closed up within one night and the woman (Jane) refused to fix them free of charge. completely rude woman and complete waste of money avoid at all costs!!!!

Negative experience: Tragic service! If someone does not fully understand English, do not try to talk to them because they take advantage of situations and trick people, this was my case :( Ciao '. He's cheeky and now he makes a problem to correct him because there are gaps and shortcomings. He gives me dates that suit him and makes me wait a month or more (I think they hope that I will pay him again for the third time for one tattoo!) I believe and still say that they deceived me :(. - I will refer to your email. Let me put it this way, I have never asked for any tattoo for free (lie)! It was not me who interrupted the session, but the ciao session, I said that I would stick with it because I paid £ 450 for it, but he did not agree. He said I had to arrange another session to finish this which cost me another £ 250. I settled with you as it should be because I am an honest man. And I was late for you not 30 minutes but 15 minutes because my train did not arrive on time and I tried to contact you, I called you 11 times to tell you and explain it! I proved it on the spot when I arrived because nobody answered the phone. That's right Monika helped me translate until I paid the deposit, and then when I asked for help, she told me that it was not her profession, but that she was a tattoo artist who works for you. Either way, the tattoo is fixable. People who work there (maybe not all of them) should learn kindness to the client, because they are mean and insolent and treat you like an object.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience getting my ears re-pierced with Courtney. They closed during lockdown and I was nervous getting them done again having experienced the gun first time round! Courtney was very reassuring, great at her job and it was just great!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 really recommend getting peirced by jane and just in general, i had a forward helix done and i had no pain after and it’s healing well after only a few days, the studio also use high quality internally thread jewellery, i had one of my peircings removed and she informed me they where peirced extremely badly and that’s why they wherent healing, they where also peirced with low quality external thread curved barbells when they should of been peirced with labrets, overall the whole experience was really good she informed me on everything i needed and she was very kind and comforting, she then said to come back in six weeks as they downsize for free which is really helpful.

Fantastic experience: 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend. Went in today 10/03/22 and got 3 piercings by Courtney. Lobes and helix, absolutely amazing, she was lovely and great to chat to. It was really quick in and out in 20 mins and didn’t feel rushed at all! All staff seemed lovely and the whole experience was great! Super pleased, will definitely be back :) side note: studio music was such a vibe loved it

Negative experience: I went this morning asking for help because I was in trouble. On my way from home to work in the bus the ball of my philtrum piercing came off and it was pierced yesterday (we know the first days are very important and we have to keep the piercing on) I couldn't put it back myself because I was stressed going late to work and it's a tricky part of the body. I came very anxious to your studio asking for charity and compassion. My surprise was that one of the members of the stuff deny the help saying that they had a customer in 5 minutes coming. I reckon it takes 2 minutes to do that task. I asked for empathy and help almost on my knees and they reply I got was very rude. I left the place almost on tears because helping someone who is begging for help is a human principle and the minimum we ca do for a better society. Also I feel that we all are together in this piercing tribe. Not very ethical place . We have the power of change this world by using our empathy. I got a reply to this review and I want to respond saying that I'm not the only one saying that your piercer was rude or other members of the staff, I'm afraid I'm not the only. The first time she answered was polite but the second was very rude and not even offer for me to wait or any other solutions, when as I said putting a ball back is literally 1 minute task. Thanks for your empty and inefficient reply

Fantastic experience: Love The Studio! The staff are great and easy to talk to, place is spotless and you feel so at ease. Over the past few years I got 2 small tattoos done on each ankle, one done by Craig and the other done by Maxine (both no longer work there). They were both wonderful and very professional. I also got a large piece done on my forearm by Craig and I absolutely love it. I was in quite a bit of pain near the end of the session but was so worth the blood, sweat and tears haha! I'll definitely be back when I can save up. I'd recommend any of the artists here, just depends what you're after. I've seen all their work and it's bloody amazing. Today I got a double helix piercing done here and Courtney was amazing! She made sure I was okay throughout and provided very helpful information about aftercare etc. I'll defo be back for more! I don't understand the bad reviews saying she's rude and blunt, she's genuinely lovely!
