Negative experience: I got my conches done and they are INCREDIBLY UNEVEN it’s not even a joke please if you trust any reviews trust this one I promise you.

Negative experience: We went in as we were in Glasgow. My husband was looking for a new nose ring and I was going to get my ears pierced on the lobe in a stack The girl On the desk was so rude and didn’t even give us the time of day. My husband nearly asked about nose rings to be told that ‘we don’t have what you are looking for here’ yet I was looking at them in a cabinet. There was no need to be so rude especially when we were giving our custom to the establishment.

Fantastic experience: Chloe was absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed while getting my helix and flat done, she was so lovely :)

Fantastic experience: I got my nose done from here and it’s been absolutely perfect no issues with it what so ever , no infection no soreness nothing , highly recommend this shop , Back 2 years ago a had my nose done from a different place and a had to take it out because it bleed was painful infected all sorts. But since getting it redone from Blancolo tattoo & piercing av had not 1 issue , all definitely be back for a check & change & will also get more piercings done as well at one point x

Fantastic experience: Had my lobes and nose pierced yesterday by Steph and she was so lovely and put me at ease because I was nervous! She had a teddy called Peanut I was given to squeeze to make me feel better! It was all very professional and clean and even shown expiry dates on needles before they were opened. Will be back soon for more ear piercings.

Negative experience: I booked an early morning appointment for my daughter’s earlobe piercing, as I explained that mornings help her feel more settled. We were unable to go ahead because she hadn’t eaten yet, which I completely understand and had no issue with. I had come here on recommendation and thought I’d give this place a try, but from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. My daughter struggles with anxiety, and the way the front desk staff interacted with us made the experience more stressful rather than reassuring. Although we were asked to return later and I initially agreed, my daughter did not feel comfortable going back. The overall environment didn’t feel calming or supportive. Technical skill is important, but so is a welcoming and considerate manner — especially for clients who are anxious. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience, so we’ll be returning to our usual piercer, as I was just giving this new place a try.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for piercings for years , my latest piercing I came in to get 4 done. After the first two I began to feel a bit dizzy & hot. My piercer Natalie was absolutely great with me, I was so embarrassed but she helped me feel at ease & feel better. Which led to me being able to continue with the other two. She was professional, compassionate & made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Staff are lovely and brilliant as to the tattooist he obviously needs more training. Im left with a blob on my small finger which was supposed to be a star. Cld of used a smaller needle....and as for a simple love heart its been drawn terrible. Im gutted and was charged £150!!!

Fantastic experience: I've had a few piercings here over the years, most recently on Mon 12th January. Taylor was lovely at the front desk & also as my piercer. She patiently moved the placement marks to work with my other existing piercings & showed me all the equipment & expiry dates on all the needles etc prior to the procedure. The jewellery allows for swelling & she gave me advice & aftercare notes away with me. Thank you Taylor.

Fantastic experience: I went in to Blancolo’s to get my double lobes pierced. Waiting times weren’t too long, I went in on a Thursday at about 2:30pm and I was taken within 20 minutes. I had Taylor as my piercer and she was great. Incredibly kind and calming, and assured me that she would never go ahead with a piercing if her client wasn’t 100% comfortable. She made sure that I knew all piercing equipment was 100% new, clean and sterilised. She made me feel at ease while getting the piercings even though I was nervous as this was my first time getting a piercing. My piercings look amazing and I am very happy with this service. Many thanks to Taylor for the awesome experience. xx

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Blancolo was May 2025 to get my nose pierced, and I returned yesterday (13/01/2026) to get a helix piercings in each ear. First of all, the girls at the check in desk were so friendly and welcoming, we filled in the paperwork and then headed downstairs. The whole place is immaculate, and as you head downstairs to the piercing room, the smell of disinfectant is a sensory assurance that the place is clean! I can't remember who pierced me last year, but yesterday it was Steph. Again, really friendly, explained what was going to happen etc. I got shown each piece of jewellery - which is individually packaged - along with the use by date. I was in there for about 5 minutes or so and I'm so pleased with my piercings. For £10 (£20 for nose), it's an absolute bargain and the price certainly doesn't reflect the professionalism and quality of the jewellery used. See you again in a couple of months!

Negative experience: Terrible experience at Blancolo piercing parlour today. I arrived early at 3pm for my 3:40 appointment and politely asked if I could wait or possibly be seen a bit early. The woman at the front desk was outright rude and told me there was “no way” and to come back later. So I came back for my actual appointment time, waited an entire hour and still wasn’t seen. Not a single update, apology, nothing. When I finally asked what was going on, the same rude attitude again, and I ended up having to ask for my money back just to leave. This place has done all my piercings for years, so to be treated like that is honestly shocking. Complete waste of time and money, I paid for 2 hours of parking in Glasgow city centre for absolutely nothing

Positive experience: Just got my labret done 2 days ago. The staff was nice and friendly but i did have an appointment for 13:50 and my turn was an hour after. The piercer was nice but i felt like it was too rushed. I had my labret done twice at a different shop and they always made sure that i was ready and talked me through the whole process which didn’t happen here. The bar is a bit too short and theres not enough room for swelling but hopefully it will be better in a few days. I know that youre busy but piercers should slow down and talk more with clients and make sure that they are okay after the piercing. I will be back for an ear piercing and hopefully it wont be rushed that much

Fantastic experience: I was pierced by Natalie today for originally my conch and naval, she was extremely helpful, she made sure I didn’t get a piercing that would reject and advised me down the right path in regard to what I was looking for, she then so kindly changed my choice of piercing for me from naval to both nipple and worked later to accommodate this for me, she was so kind and relaxing, really couldn’t recommend anywhere or anyone better than Natalie and the staff at blancolo:) xx

Yesterday, the lovely Natalie gave me 2 new ear piercings- tragus and forward helix, both quick and pain free. Natalie provided a very safe and calming space for me. Highly recommend, and will be back!

Fantastic experience: I popped in and had my both tragus piercings. Chloe was extremely helpful and kind. She was fast yet very light handled.I paid for 5 piercings but she recommended to have two first and come back after few weeks. Which i obviously refunded back.i am glad she did that because I can still feel the heat. I will definitely go back for the other piercings once pain settles down.Their costumer service is extremely good and fast.everytime i have contacted them via email their been super fast with replies. I've got booking same day I contacted them via email. I will definitely go again and ask for chloe.it was a super busy Saturday and she went through at about 10 people. She was efficient and good. Fantastic experience: Went in for a walk-in appointment to get studs into both nostrils for £40. I'm not someone who does well around needles let alone body piercings but my piercer, Chloe, was an absolute darling and made me feel very safe and comfortable and was very accommodating of my tendency to faint around needles and piercings. Had me lie down on the bed afterwards and even gave me an Iron Bru to boost my sugar back up again! Excellent service overall, and quite queer friendly. Do note that they are cash only, so you will need cash.

Fantastic experience: Just got my navel pierced today by Terri. She was very professional and made sure I had the correct anatomy before piercing.

Negative experience: *Avoid* it’s true what they say - you pay cheap, you pay twice. Got a piercing in July which wouldn’t settle, went back to get it checked and the manager told me it looked great and it would just take time. Fast forward 10 weeks and 3 different professional piercers told me it was pierced incorrectly and would never heal so I had to pay to get it removed and found out it was a cheap externally threaded hoop so it was painful coming out. If you book an appointment, it’s also irrelevant. Walk ins and appointments all just get sent downstairs to sit in the same queue so it’s a waste of time too. Never going back to this place.

Positive experience: I got my eyebrow pierced 3 days ago, walked in without an appointment and was told id need to wait an hour which was fine, but when i went back i was then booked in for another 30 minute wait (a bit inconvenient but it was okay).The receptionist staff had a mildly rude tone but were generally helpful, the queuing for downstairs was a bit confusing and we had to figure out who had to go next amongst ourself but it wasnt too much of an issue, the actual piercing experience was great though, i had a lovely piercer who was professional, quick and chatty too. The piercing itself has no signs of being pierced wrong and seems to be healing fine so far! The environment seemed clean which was good too. Generally good service and would recommend other than the few points of having to wait a bit and staff being a tad rude

Negative experience: Really no point in booking any appointments, showed up on time and was in for almost an hour after my booking and was late to my lunch booking afterwards. Queueing system is a nightmare when you go downstairs, no one knows what’s happening and just have to rely on everyone working out who was next amongst themselves. Not much chat with the piercers, I’ve had more piercings but I can imagine if it was your first and you were apprehensive you certainly wouldn’t feel at ease. I only came here because it was cheap for getting my lobes done but will be going back to my usual place in future and paying the extra. Not the most professional establishment whatsoever. Maybe a sign saying cash only would be helpful too as had to walk back out to take out cash but if I had known I would’ve been prepared.

Negative experience: Unfortunately had 3 bad experiences with this store before deciding never to return, my first belly piercing fell out the next day and closed over i then got it re done along with an ear piercing and both got infected and the belly bar is squint. Not to mention rude and unhelpful staff. Alternatively id recommend Kenny’s piercings.

Fantastic experience: I got my helix pierced by chloe who was lovely, she made sure i was okey and pleased with placement and the piercing afterwards. Not in an overly people pleaser way, but just genuinely seemed like she enjoys her job which is very rare these days. I can honestly say Nikki is so incredibly gentle during the tattooing process and it made it a lot easier to sit through it. She designed it exactly how I wanted based off of a reference and I couldn't be happier can't wait to come back once i've decided what the next tattoo will be!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service. When I booked, I was never informed of any non-refundable deposit policy. This was only mentioned later, after I needed to reschedule, which feels unfair and unprofessional. Clear communication at the time of booking is essential, and I did not receive that. I would not recommend this studio.

Negative experience: Horrific experience really. Got my helix pierced here last December. The first girl that done it was fine. Got another one done a month later and had a woman with blonde pigtails and contact lenses (not sure what her name was) I specifically asked her to do it at the same angle as the other piercing (I shouldn’t really need to ask because it is a helix and they should know this anyway) but she completely messed it up. The angle was way off and I could tell upon piercing it that she messed it up as only when the needle was half way through my ear did she try and “fix” the angle. She was messing around with the needle when it was already half way through my ear. She showed me it briefly with the mirror and wondered if maybe it had swollen and that’s why the angle was off. I’ll also point out that the dot she put on my ear to show me where it was going to go was pretty big so I couldn’t exactly pinpoint where it was going to go, I just didn’t want it too far apart or close. After it, It started bleeding really bad. I went back upstairs to go out and noticed the blood was running down my neck. I asked the lady at the desk if I could wait in the shop until it stopped bleeding and if I could please have a tissue and all she said was “right thank you bye” and I was rushed out. I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to get back to my car. Walking in the middle of the city centre with my neck and face covered in blood was not a vibe and I was stopped several times by people asking if I was okay. I was going to add photos here but I don’t want to make anyone ill with all the blood. A month later I went to another piercing shop for advice and the piercer there also told me the angle was off. She then also told me that the swell bar that they put in was actually far far too big for a helix swell bar. Enough space is crucial for safety but the bar they put in was ridiculously long. I can’t remember the exact length but she fixed both piercings up for me nicely. Please avoid this place like the plague it is.

Fantastic experience: Great experience getting pierced. Chloe was great and professional! One thing, while the wait wasn't too long, it was awful boring! Some quiet music or a muted TV in the waiting room would go a long way.
