Fantastic experience: Mars is honestly incredible. She worked on my arm piece and completely brought my vision to life and then elevated it beyond what I imagined. Her attention to detail, creativity, and precision are unreal. Every line is clean, the shading is smooth, and the whole piece flows perfectly. Not only is she insanely talented, but she also made the entire experience comfortable and collaborative. She really listens, offers thoughtful input, and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way.

Just had a very meaningful tattoo for my late sister on my forearm, and Magdalena did me the most beautiful design and the finished tattoo was out of this world. Fantastic experience: Amazing bunch. Had guest artist Nahuel Caviglia do mine and couldn't recommend him and Grimm more. All the staff are a good laugh and made you feel at home. Would highly recommend all the artists here but 100% keep your eye out for Nahuel when he comes back to Leeds. These guys are next level good at what they do. Just take a look at the stuff that's coming out of this studio.

Negative experience: A warning to everyone who is made to pay a deposit: Sadly, after paying a deposit for agreed designed tattoo the artist I was working with is now leaving and doesn’t have time to complete agreed work. I requested the deposit for my future appointment back as this is the store’s fault, not mine. This was denied by the store owner by reason of (and I quote) “If you get a refund on the deposit, it means everyone is going to want a refund.” … well that’s obvious as it’s not the customers fault, the artist is leaving. It's not my job as the customer to cover a member of staff leaving, I'm not a charity. Steer clear.

Fantastic experience: Started a full Marvel sleeve tattoo with Laur in July, everyone in the shop was very warm and welcoming. Very professional setup and amazing work. LAUR really listened to what I wanted done, we made an initial plan and the end product is unbelievable and far better than the initial vision. Would highly recommend Laur as I've now sat with him for 6 full day sessions and he can only improve from here. In speaking with the other guys in the shop and seeing there work while on my own sessions it shows why the guys are all super busy and you gotta book in early to lock in the slot. I look forward to the next project!! (I'll add the pics to the review after we take the final pics of the complete project as everyone needs to see how good this project was)

Fantastic experience: I put my trust into Diego back in February, he touched up a old tattoo and brought it back to life, shortly after I booked in for a full day for him to add a wonderful lion piece onto my forearm, Grimm is a great shop with a buzzing atmosphere and plenty of banter! Just recently reached out to book in with Diego but he has left to tattoo back in Poland, such a shame but with many more talented tattooists I will indeed be back in the new year!

I met Mickey/ @mickeypourke & we had chat about what I wanted then I made my booking. On 15/12/23 I had my Ladybug and Dandelion Tattoo done and I love it. Fantastic experience: I decided to go to Grimm studio for my first tattoo after being recommended it by a friend. I threw myself in the deep end by getting my entire inner forearm done and was pretty nervous to say the least. However, I was made to feel very welcome right from the start. I was offered a soft drink/coffee and was made to feel relaxed in their wonderful reception area. This hospitality continued all day even with my chosen tattoo artist who was great. Could not recommend Grimm tattoo enough due to their tattoo artists skill and the lovely place it is to be.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Grimm tattoo studio for a day sitting with vitali and I am absolutely blown away by his artistic work, dedication and professionalism. I am from Lincoln and I travelled to Leeds after coming across his work on Facebook, I was sceptical at first and extremely nervous because this was my first “big tattoo” and wanted it to be perfect as it is for my son. I am so grateful to vitali for what he had done for me, particularly on the day which he did not feel very well but he didn’t want me to reschedule as I had come from Lincoln which was extremely kind and professional. It is safe to say this is the best tattoo place and I will only be having vitali to do the rest of my tattoos. Laur and mickey’s work is absolutely incredible too and they are true professionals. Also, after showing my tattoo to friends and family in Lincoln they are going to travel to Leeds and get booked in at Grimm tattoo studio :)

Fantastic experience: My experience could not have been better - from booking the appointments to the aftercare. My tattooist was Vlad - he included me in the design to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. As well as executing it perfectly he was humours and made me feel at ease the whole time. It was a particularly tough job as it was a large cover up and he absolutely nailed it. I recommend Grimm (and Vlad) to anyone looking to get a tattoo and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I'm in the process of having 3 big roses from my bum to my back I had a full day session with vitaly last month and was made to feel at ease and knew he was amazing at what he does..the rose on my bum is now finished and I love it the detail and shading in is immaculate and I carnt wait to have the other 2 roses finished! Vitaly sat down and helped me bring my idea to life and even made sure that I was okay during the whole session. I do highly recommend this place and these guys. I will be back for another.

Fantastic experience: Vitaly is so talented and I'd seen him do similar designs on Instagram to what I wanted so I went in for a chat and the guy on reception was really friendly. At the time I was due to go on holiday and they explained I'd be better waiting (which is good, they weren't just trying to get my business). Then I had lots of follow-up contact with the studio via Instagram messages and they were so friendly, answered all my questions and reassured me as someone nervous about having my first (rather large!) tattoo. Information really clear leading up to the day. On the day, I sat with Vitaly and he took my initial idea and them improved on it. Listening to him is worth it because my final design is so much better than my original idea. He is very good at what he does and took real care to explain to me after how to look after it. It's healing really well and I love it! I'll defo go back to him for more. I sat with my headphones on most of the day and the studio is clean. Vitaly was happy to work away and did a brilliant job. Fantastic experience: vlad did a memorial tattoo a few days ago for my beloved bunny who passed away, and i am absolutely in love with it! the design is beautiful and looks exactly like her, brought tears to my eyes when i saw the finished product. vlad is a lovely guy who is great to talk to and put me totally at ease. massive thank you to vlad and the team, now my baby is with me all of the time

Fantastic experience: I had a small tattoo on my shoulder blade that needed covering over. I consulted with Vlad, and sent him pictures of the kind of thing I was after. In the end we went for a full back tattoo as I wanted a statement piece. We booked in 4 x full days , but unfortunately, I had issues with the healing. No-one's fault, just one of those things. Vlad continued to issue advice on the healing and we adjusted the sittings to shorter sessions. In the end it took a whole year and over 60 hours to get to the finished piece. Throughout the whole process, Vlad and his colleagues were there with support and advice. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished result and have booked Vlad again for my next inking. I cannot recommend highly enough
