Fantastic experience: After searching for months for the right artist, I discovered JC Tattoo through Instagram and upon seeing their work, booked my appointment instantly. Had no hesitation in making the 2hr20m trip down from Cumbria. My artist was Jane, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was honest and super attentive to what I was looking for, and really took the time during the consultation to fine-tune and customise a design that was unique to me. I absolutely love the finished piece, which is above and beyond anything I had imagined. The studio is spotlessly clean, comfortable and hygienic. I'm already putting the pennies away and planning further work for the next few months. I came in with an old tribal tattoo from when I was 18, something I had regretted for years, and JC transformed it into a flawless cover up that I am proud to show off. Fantastic experience: I recently began a Japanese realism tattoo with JC Concept, and honestly, I don’t think I could ever recommend a studio more than this one. From the moment I walked in, they guided me through everything—the style, the design, every tiny detail—making sure it reflected exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t just treated like a client; I was treated like family. Their kindness, respect, and incredible patience meant more to me than I can express. As someone who struggles with OCD and has deep concerns around hygiene and germaphobia, I was nervous going in—but they looked after me with such care and understanding that I felt safe and completely at ease. Fantastic experience: Went for the first session of my chest and full sleeve tattoo today and was instantly impressed by the professional clean and modern studio instantly made me feel in safe hands. After an intricate designing process we achieved my design which was then tweaked and altered to fit me perfectly. After a day of designing and tattooing I couldn’t have been more happy with the result and attention to detail was impressive. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Have visited 5 times within a year and had both legs tattooed. I receive no end of compliments on the artwork I have had done. Jane tattooed me and each time we sat and discussed the design and played around with it until it was perfect. Very patient and artistic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Fantastic experience: So pleased I found these guys!! went in for a reworking of an existing tattoo on shoulder and back, which I wasn’t happy with. Jane was so lovely, and made sure at every stage I was happy with design and colour, so they’d be no surprises, and was always checking on my well being throughout the day. The place had a very relaxed and calming atmosphere, super clean and friendly vibes. I particularly liked that it wasn’t a shared room, which made it a lot more comfortable for being undressed all day. Aftercare advice was very thorough as well, and it’s healing great after one week. Can’t wait for the next session to see how this new piece comes together

Fantastic experience: I went in with a purse full of cash, a Pinterest mood board, and only a vague idea of what I wanted the final product to look like. Jane's artistic intuition brought even my haziest dream to full a vibrant life. She also took care of my physical well being, I'm not exactly the toughest gal on the planet and by the end I was shaking and whimpering (no fault of Jane's of course, that's just the nature of needles and skin) she was so kind and kept feeding me chocolate to keep my sugar levels up. Amazing bedside manner. I am beyond happy with the final result. If the time comes that I'm ready for another tattoo I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: There is no better bold colour artist in the North, maybe beyond, than Jane. Her mastery of colour theory and talent for knowing which shapes and colours combine effectively is top tier. Her waiting list is long for a reason! Jane and her team are fantastic. They're clearly phenomenal artists, but they communicate effectively in advance and explain the process. Her aftercare advice was better than I've had elsewhere. Visiting JC feels like going to see your friends and I'll be sad when my ink is all finished. If you are on the fence, I wholeheartedly recommend talking to her and getting yourself booked in. She's fantastic.

From a personalized design based on my body (rather than making a pre-done design fit) to taking plenty of time to talk through our thoughts for stencil placement and periodic check ins on the coloring and design/plan. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough and the whole experience was great. Was able to create and get the exact tattoo I wanteds and was thoroughly looked after and at all course of the tattoo checked to see how I was doing. Afterwards was properly informed of the aftercare instructions to make sure my tattoo heals perfectly. Will 100% be going back once I get an idea of what I want next.

I came across Jane from JC Tattoo in Leeds on Instagram and after seeing her amazing work, I knew Jane was the one i wanted to do the work. I made a appointment and drove down from Glasgow to JC Tattoo in Leeds. I met Anna, another very talented artist and Andrew, the man with the cam,and Jane. Really friendly and lovely people. There studio at Oakwood Lane was bright and warming and absolutely spotless. Jane spent about 45 minutes with me going over the design, from taking away what I didn't want and adding what I wanted to include. Adding her own touches, giving me advice on the size and how to bring both our thoughts together. With Jane's amazing artistic talent i now have a beautiful piece of artwork on my forearm. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend these guys enough! First time getting a tattoo but straight away everything was simple from booking the sessions and being put at ease by Jane. To say I only showed her a few random pictures of what I roughly wanted she came up with her own design and absolutely smashed it! Talked through the different designs and didn't pressure me into anything until I was happy with the design, cannot fault the detail and quality! Few bits to touch up and shade before final product but I couldn't be happier so far after 2 sessions! Great studio and great team!

Fantastic experience: This is a very professional tattoo parlor. This was my first time using JC Tattoo, and it won't be my last. The tattoo artist was able to change and configure my idea/picture and make it look even more amazing. The after is great as well, as long as you follow the advice given. I have many tattoos and this is the best colour and most realistic tattoo. I also brought the recommended cream and shower gel which helped my tattoo to look the same as when it was first done.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being with JC all day today whilst she did amazing art work on my thigh.. From start to finish everything was professional, the studio itself is gorgeous, comfy and relaxing. I was attended to, kept informed of what was happening and there were plenty of comfort breaks to make a long 8 hour session fly by. I've never been here before but the amazing art work and Instagram stories caught my eye and I just had to go. Fantastic experience: I was tattooed by Anna on the 6th May 2023. It was my first tattoo and it was a large back piece. I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect, she talked me through it all and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable so we could finish. Fantastic experience: Simply great experience from moment you walk into the studio that feels clean and sterile yet still welcoming. Tattoo design phase was all done digitally with print outs to see it in ‘real life’ with amends no issue until it was perfect. And the tattoo - it’s stunning. Incredible detail and A++ shading. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Anna, she perfectly combined the designs I had shown her which turned out even better than I expected with her style! I almost doubled the size I had booked in for but the manager was really accommodating and stayed open later to finish the design in one sitting. Very happy :)

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st tattoo done at JC tattoos by Anna, really lovely tattoo artist who listened to exactly what I was wanting and went through the placement with me and what she thought would work best on my arm. Negative experience: Poor service!! I had a tattoo done by JC 1-2 years ago, could not fault the tattoo. However, I have noticed that the fine lines need refreshing. I contacted JC in hopes to book an appointment as i thought it would be a good idea to go back to the person that did it. JC decided to ignore my messages for 2 weeks whilst still being very active on Instagram. If she had no availability until a certain date the least she could do would be to let me know when I could book in! Instead of leaving me hanging!

Fantastic experience: I had a custom designed gemstone piece on my sternum and Jane was incredible from start to finish! She listened to what I was wanting and helped design it with me, taking time to get the detail right as this was super important to me. I appreciated her checking how I was feeling throughout and the advice she gave. Jane is an expert and I am so grateful to have been tattooed by her!

Fantastic experience: After having a design I wanted for over 6 months I finally decided to get it done. I chose J.C tattoo studios to do this for me and could not be happier with my decision!!!!!! I was worried that whoever I ended up choosing to tattoo my design for me , may not be able to do it as well as I’d hoped. J.C tattoo studio managed to do it BETTER than I could have ever hoped for! I am absolutely over the moon with the tattoo they did for me and could not recommend them enough!
