Fantastic experience: I am a little bit late to writing this review (approx. 2 weeks haha), however I went in to get my helix pierced and despite being needlephobic, Callum really helped me out and I couldn't thank him enough for being patient with me through it all. Love the piercing, it has been healing great, and will be definitely going back in the future!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by after work for angel fangs piercings. Greeted by a lovely and super friendly receptionist, who helped me fill in the forms and sent me down to get pierced. The wait time was super quick, but the place was clean and sterile, and I immediately knew I made the right decision going. Lisa was wonderful, and I felt so safe and comfortable with them! Before we even started, they had such a calming presence and started to ease my fears about the piercings. They were super professional, reassuring and took the time to ensure the markings were even and that they had the right size bars. They also helped talk me through the process, and made it so much easier than I ever expected! Upon leaving, I was walked through aftercare, and given a sheet with advice for my new piercings. I love them! Thank you to the whole staff at Rude - you were anything but! ♥️

Fantastic experience: I popped in for a double high nose piercing today and a nose ring change and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Every member of staff I chatted to was friendly and polite. The space is so welcoming and cosy and I can be quite a nervous person and had no bother with that at all. Holly who pierced me was so friendly and put me at ease, they took their time to make sure the dots were in the right places and was so polite and patient. I walked out feeling absolutely chuffed with my new piercings. They're in the perfect placement and Holly was so good at talking me through the process as I had them done. I cannot recommend this piercing shop enough. Thanks Holly!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, and very speedy. I walked in without a piercing appointment and they saw me pretty much straight away after the paperwork. I'm getting my tongue pierced later but they very kindly checked my anatomy in advance and gave clear aftercare advice before i left :)

Fantastic experience: Popped in for some advice after losing the ball on my bcr two weeks after septum piercing (at a different place) and was so relieved I did - everyone was lovely and helpful, and Lisa fixed it immediately and gave me great advice - excited to go here for my next piercing!

Fantastic experience: Went to get my septum repierced today after another studio told me I didn't have the right nose for it (totally respect their decision but just wanted to see if somewhere else would be able to...). The chap who took care of me at Rude Studios today gave no promises and did a good check, and told me it would be fine to pierce. He did an AMAZING job. He was so kind and reassuring and I barely felt it - much better than last time at a different studio which was very painful. A few hours later now, I feel no pain and it looks fantastic. So pleased with the expertise and service I received today, but didn't catch the name of the guy who did it, so if you remember me I hope you get the recognition from your team that you deserve! Highly recommend ❤️

Fantastic experience: Lois was absolutely amazing! We stopped by as a walk-in, fully expecting to book for another day, but she welcomed us in and made space for us even though she didn’t have to. That alone already meant a lot. The tattoo she did for me turned out beautifully. Her line work is super clean, her attention to detail is incredible, and the whole process was surprisingly painless. She has such a gentle, steady approach that I felt comfortable the entire time. On top of being insanely talented, Lois is just a genuinely warm, easygoing person. Fantastic experience: I came in with a piercing I couldn't budge, it had been screwed on so tight it was seemingly impossible to get out, lovely piercer got it out in less than a minute! lovely staff and I'd completely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Made the best decision ever today by visiting Rude on Vicar Lane, Leeds, after some frustrating weeks of not being able to insert my earring in my right lobe due to not wearing earrings for over a year, I consulted 2 other retailers who said the only possible outcome would be a new piercing. Well I saw Holly today who did an absolutely fantastic job within seconds, didn't feel a thing, thanks to Holly I now have my earrings back in, thank you Holly, the studio on Vicar lane was exceptionally clean and inviting, so glad I found them, would definitely return.

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I went in today for a helix piercing. Lisa was professional, calm and experienced. The process was smooth and we were back out within 15 mins. Brilliant shop.

Fantastic experience: I had my first two piercings done by Lisa and the experience was great! I was nervous at first, but she made me feel very comfortable and she was so precise and quick that the whole procedure ended up not being painful at all! I will definitely recommend her and I am already thinking about my third piercing as well

Fantastic experience: I had my Daith pierced today by Callum. He was really professional and was able to explain the process while calming my nerves. Nothing was ever a rush for him and he made sure everything was right before moving on to the next steps. Morgan was also super lovely on reception and helped me and my friend with any questions we had before the piercing. Overall this is this best piercing shops I've been too and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: After an awful experience with silver lining a few years ago, I decided to have my nipples re pierced. I had a bad reaction when previously pierced and felt something was wrong with the work that was done and subsequently had taken them out. Today I went to Rude Tattoo & Piercing. Had a completely different experience. Morgan on reception was fantastic and friendly. I had plenty of questions for her in which she was happy to answer and help. I was then greeted by Callum who was fantastic. I explained my past experiences in which he assured was not going to be repeated and explained all the steps and why I endured so much pain the first time. He checked I was happy with the process and placement before continuing. The whole thing was pain level of about 3/10. He was professional and knowledgeable. Went through after care and mentioned if I had any worries about the healing stage I could pop back in at anytime for free and someone would advise and help free of charge. Thank you Callum & Morgan, fantastic staff. Will definitely be back for future piercings with them.

Fantastic experience: I got my first facial piercing here two weeks ago by Lisa, and the whole experience was beyond amazing! This was my first time getting a piercing done with a needle, so I was a little anxious. They talk you through the whole process as they’re doing it, which is really reassuring for anxious people like me . I also really liked how many times the gloves are changed between each step ^ _ ^. I bought the piercing spray which also sped up the healing process a little! I’m so happy I got my piercing done here — and will definitely come back for my next one soon! 5/5 for the whole experience, Thank you, Lisa! <3

Fantastic experience: Sam pierced mine and my 2 friends’ ears today and was absolutely incredible! The friendliest, calmest, most knowledgable and reassuring piercer we have ever had and just a genuinely nice person. I was super nervous as it was my first time with a needle over a gun and she kept me very calm & made it fun. She took the experience from a 4/5 when we were picking out the jewellery to a 5/5 visit. We’ll definitely be back :)

Fantastic experience: I had tried booking with a couple different piercers only to be told after my booking, they no longer offer the piercing! I googled expecting not to find much and rude were the top search, emailed beforehand to make sure they offered the service, phoned up today to book an appointment and was told juat walk in, 40 minutes later greeted by a lovely girl at the front desk who booked me in, popped downstairs to meet a guy called dibbs, was dreading the whole experience from the start but it was done and dusted before I got the chance to be nervous. Very pleasant experience, great staff, would (will) use again in the future

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience at the Vicar Lane studio! Lois was my tattoo artist and oh my goodness is she talented. As well as this, she was so laid back and friendly! The tattoo I got was to cover up some scars I have, and Lois did not judge me at all, which honestly made me feel so safe <3 I highly recommend this studio!!!

Fantastic experience: i had my rook and conch pierced by morgan and they were lovely!! so gentle and talked me through the whole process and i was a little nervous. i’ve come here for both of my helix piercings and i’ll definitely be back. all the staff are always so friendly and i never feel like i’m asking or saying something silly. always my go-to piercing place!

Fantastic experience: Got my nipples pierced by the lovely Callum, super cool guy, made me feel dead comfortable and talked me through it all. Also just want to mention that their new trainee Niamh asked if she could watch and I said yes, for some reason having her in the room made the whole thing less strange and I wish her all the best with her blossoming career!

Fantastic experience: This place was awesome, I was able to have a walk-in industrial piercing after signing a form, and was assigned to Sam (absolute legend and very welcoming btw) after no more than 2 minutes. She explained me through the process and what to expect, while also chatting to distract and calm nerves. The level of client engagement and professional skill really makes you utterly unable to argue with the prices. I will be getting my next piercings here again.

The guy who did my piercing was really lovely and reassuring and mega respectful of the pronouns I listed on the form. Fantastic experience: Me and my friend arrived here after being told by various different places that we couldn’t get our belly buttons done due to them being “too small” or “mishaped”, after being turned down so much by different places we arrived at Rudys studio, They were so lovely and Welcoming especially the kind, talkative girl at the front desk called Ellie, she told us all the information we needed to know and guided us through the process of the piercing, I was ever so nervous and she managed to calm both of our nerves down. Then, we went downstairs to get the piercing , and were greeted by a talkative gentleman that talked us through the healing process and was very hygienic in the way he was handling our piercings, his name was callum and he was very chatty and welcoming, overall , all the staff at Rudys are lovely, it is such a hygienic and clean place ( which is exactly what everyone looks for when they are wanting any sort of piercing), both me and my friend left with smiles on our faces, and belly button piercings we love!!! Thankyou ever so much!!!!

Fantastic experience: I got my Helix and lobes pierced today at rude studios. The staff are so lovely and helpful. I didn't catch the guys name who pierced me but he really put me at ease as I hate needles. He was very good at talking me through everything.

Fantastic experience: Been in a few times for piercings and to change jewellery. The staff are always welcoming and I’ve never had a single issue with any piercings. It’s usually the same guy I have for piercings and he’s very hygienic and quick with the piercings and ensuring it’s located where you like. The woman usually upstairs is also very lovely and attentive. Never not seen her with no smile on her face. Very sociable and friendly. Would highly recommend for piercings and jewellery changes!

Fantastic experience: I had never had a piercing, so was unsure how it would be, but I was reassured as soon as we arrived. The place is clearly a "proper" outfit, and I was guided through the paperwork, which was very simple, before being taken to the piercing room. Dibs introduced himself, and asked me to get undressed, and lie on the bed. We discussed what I was having, and where, and he measured up, and marked the spot. Clearly, the man has done it thousands of times before, as it was all over in a moment, with barely a hint of pain. Nothing! If any fiest-timers (like me!) are unsure about an intimate piercing, and think it will be painful, you have nothing to worry about. We were back outside again less than twenty minutes after arriving, having had two intimate piercings, which didn't, and still don't, hurt at all! You can feel very reassured! The man knows what he is doing!

Fantastic experience: Went in to have some ear piercings removed which I was nervous about as I’d previously had a painful experience but the staff member, Liam, was so patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. Also went back to see him to have them put back in after they’d closed a little and he was so patient and allowed me to take my time. Will definitely be going here for all future piercings.

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh the staffs are so welcoming, a very neat and hygienic environment, moreover the piercer (my bad I have forgotten his name) who did my belle button was very much aware and communicative. He talked me through every step, at first I was so nervous but as he started and because of how nice he was I immediately got calm. I recommend 100% to get whatever body modifications you want at their studio cause me I'll be going there for my next piercing (Simley).

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience at Rude! I went to the one by Leeds markets. I wanted a piercing so walked in, had a quick chat with the lady behind the counter, chose my jewellery, filled in a form and Apple paid. I went downstairs to wait in the sofa area. They were a little busy but I was made to feel really welcome by Callum. He was chatting to me the whole time which put me at ease as the nerves were starting to kick in a bit. He then took me through to a private room and went through everything properly. I didn’t feel rushed or like he was wanting me in and out. He answered all my questions and made me feel super relaxed and comfortable! My piecing was super quick and fairly painless! There was zero bleeding and he got my jewellery on and tightened up in no time. He gave me some aftercare advice and said to pop in and see him if ever I needed anything further. I would 100% recommend these guys! Thanks again Callum, you were top!

Fantastic experience: Had a walk-in at the Vicar lane branch to get my tragus done after work and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Callum who did my piercing was super lovely and I knew I was in safe hands. It was very quick with minimal pain, and he was extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Fantastic experience: Being a little older than the average client I was nervous, especially as I hadn't had it done with a needle before. (My original had been done with a gun, the norm for the time) . Couldnt have got a better experience. Both upstairs and downstairs explained to me the process and were patient with any questions. Equipment was opened infront of me, and I was asked to confirm i was happy with the positioning. The process wasn't as painful as expected and it was over in a second anyway. ( who knew wriggling of toes could distract you so much!) I was taken through aftercare and provided with an info sheet. There was no hard selling on getting the aftercare solution through them, although I did as I thought it was a good price. If would definitely recommend them for ear piercings.

Fantastic experience: Walk in - Lois did some script on my arm, I was very back and forth with the design and they were very communicative about what I wanted. So so so happy with the way it turned out and lovely person to deal with. 100% coming back❤️

Negative experience: Been going to the Rude branches for years to the point where I have a VIP card but my most recent experience has left me disappointed. I recommended for my sister to get pierced with me and unfortunately only two weeks later she had issues with her piercing and it had swollen and dropped out. The day we got it pierced they told us to ring us of we had any issues and they would look after us during the after care. Unfortunately this wasnt the case as after spending £50, they turned her away telling her to pay another £50 for them to re pierce it. I understand that there are costs incurred with the materials but £50 is already a lot for an ear piercing and do not promise after care if it isnt given. It just seems very greedy from the staff and its left me disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The aftercare here for piercings is brilliant, especially when you struggle to change your piercing by yourself. Always happy to help, advise and put in new piercings for you. I brought a piercing from home and bought 1 from the shop.

Fantastic experience: Came in on a lunchtime whim to get my conch pierced. All the team were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Callum was the one to pierce my ear and he made the whole process so calm and easy - I explained about the placement and he was happy to adjust accordingly making sure he informed of the potential increase in healing and reason why. Aftercare run through was brilliant too! I’ve had a few piercing and this is my first from Rude, I’ll definitely be back to see Callum and the team

Fantastic experience: Fabulous experience from start to finish! From walking into the shop for the first time and receiving a friendly, relaxed but professional greeting, putting us at ease from the beginning (I am unsure of the lady’s name on reception / shop floor but she was fab!) to the advice given throughout the whole journey. Lisa who did the piercing was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but above all, she made us feel comfortable and treated my 15 year old with respect during the process of her belly button piercing. The surroundings are relaxed, so you instantly feel at home, the treatment room was spotlessly clean and organised. Rude Studio was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot speak highly enough about the shop, I will definitely be passing my recommendation on and I will certainly be returning. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend these guys enough, after getting half a job done at a very expensive chain in the Victoria arcade ( the piercer said she didnt have time to do my other ear) i was so deflated having just spent £100’s on jewelry from the same place , i popped in to this place as they were closing. I told them what had happened and Heather saved the day! Callum the manager was an absolute star too. They went out of their way above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! The service and professionalism is top notch and i will be back once I’m healed. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter for her ears piercing for her birthday, she was a little nervous but from the very start all the staff made her feel at ease and didn’t rush her. Was all taken at her pace the gent (sorry didn’t get his name) who pierced her ears was very patient and understanding once again not rushing it waited till she was ready. Once all done we was given an aftercare sheet and also purchased some cleaning solution as it recommended for healing. I would 100% use Rude studios again and highly recommend them to any one looking at getting a piercing.

Fantastic experience: Visited with a friend who got two nipple piercings - very friendly, relaxed and professional service. I had a microdermal removed and though it took a moment to remove (it turns out that 15 year old dermals can be tricky to take out) Callum made me feel very at ease and we had a good chat to distract me from the ouch. I’ve had a number piercings and tattoos done here over the years and can never fault the staff or service. Keep up the excellent work, team!

Fantastic experience: I visited Rude tattoo and piercing studio in the Merrion Centre yesterday with my 10 year old daughter for her ears piercing. I was so impressed with the studio and the obvious attention to cleanliness, hygiene and the use of sterile equipment. Eden (who carried out the piercing) was excellent, he made the experience fun and was really attentive to my daughter giving her 100% focus and the time needed to put her at ease. He talked her through the process and took it at her pace making sure she was happy at all times. Highly recommend Rude and Eden - they are so professional and I’m super happy I chose them over the main high street option for her piercing. Thanks Eden ☺️

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and efficient staff. The guy that pierced my ears (Sorry I can't remember his name. Late 20s typical English lad, blonde hair) absolutely spot on guy. Rude studios are great, I've had ink done there too.

Fantastic experience: Callum at Vicar Lane was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly and made me feel completely at ease. He did my microdermal piercings expertly and I love how they turned out! He gave me aftercare tips too. I also spoke to Sam to arrange the piercing and she was so lovely and helpful and made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!!
