Fantastic experience: I was booked in with Tyler today for an upper arm tattoo and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go to another artist again. The detail and finish were exceptional and looked better than the initial design. He puts so much effort into the finish and made it a really pleasant experience. Cannot recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Went in needing my rook piercing removed for a cheer competition… majorly panicking. The piercer was so lovely, and was able to sort it out for me in 5 minutes!! My housemates and I had spent AGES trying to get it out… so I am majorly grateful for the help!! Gave me brilliant advice to help reduce swelling and help it heal! Cannot recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: I went in this evening to the headingley shop as I had three piercings done by a different store that were so swollen and painful. Lisa took them out for me and sanitised them and told me to get to a doctors. The doctor took one look and said ‘infection’ so got a hefty dose of antibiotics and my tail between my legs for not going somewhere reputable in the first place! Just wanted to say that people like lisa are what give companies a great reputation. She was friendly, informative and totally put me at ease. Will be returning to have them pierced properly once all healed! Thanks again Lisa, you’re an absolute legend!

Fantastic experience: I have had numerous appointments with Ben at Rude tattoo studio who does Handpoke. Ben is really professional, really friendly and super chill. Spending the afternoon with him getting tattooed is a pleasure and a joy. He is super easy to speak too, really patient, goes at your pace and nothing is too much trouble. I'm now once of Ben's regulars, I'm covered in tattoos, but I've never had a regular tattooist before. Ben's work is actually incredible, I've had so many compliments on the work he's done for me. Fantastic experience: My partner and I took the girls for their lobes piercing today at the headingley store and had to join in and get our outer helix pierced too! Our youngest was extremely nervous but Lisa was just fantastic and talked her through the whole process so by the end she was ready to grit her teeth and go for it. I’ve had many piercings done here before so it was a no brainer to take the girls there for their first piercings. The studio is clean and the atmosphere great. Lisa was amazing as always but even better with a very nervous 10 year old and almost as nervous nearly 40 year old man!!

Fantastic experience: I got my lobes done here about a month or so ago. Staff did an amazing job, they were professional, attentive and made me feel very safe. My lobes are healing well and they made me feel confident that if something went wrong I could go back and get support. They even went the extra mile of giving some tips for my aftercare specified to my health conditions and how they may effect the healing process which stood out to me. Can’t wait to come back for my next piecing when my current ones heal !

Fantastic experience: Had a piercing done by Lisa today at the Headingley studio. Originally went in to see if I could get my nipples re-pierced after having them done incorrectly before. She was super helpful and explained that I just don't have the correct anatomy to heal those piercings well and suggested I don't get them which I really appreciate the advice on. Instead I got a dermal anchor in my chest and it was a really good experience, she was very knowledgeable and performed the pricing super quickly and gently (as gently as she could mind you!) but would definitely recommend. Fantastic experience: Lisa deserves a medal! Came into the shop to have 2 skindivers removed, an old piercing that are out of circulation meaning lots of piercers have no experience with them. I was very anxious when I came in but Lisa was kind and gentle throughout the process. Talked me through everything, minimised my anxiety and made me feel so much better. She had my piercings out in 10 minutes and sent me on my way. Honestly her bedside manner is unbeatable and I'm very thankful she made the process as easy as it was. One week later, everything's healing nicely and I think get away with minimal scarring. Thanks again for making me so comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had various ear piercings in lots of different places but this was by far one of the best! Morgan was absolutely lovely, informative and made it a very comfortable experience as there was a high level of care in the process. I would definitely recommend being pierced by Morgan (or anyone at rude) and will come back for any future piercings :)

Fantastic experience: Rude is the best! I get all my piercings done here because they are so good. Every member of staff is incredibly lovely and knowledgeable. I always feel incredibly confident that I'm getting the best service even if I'm just nipping in to ask a question. They'd rather you walk out without getting something than get something that isn't right for you and I think that is one of the most important things! Literally only ever had overwhelmingly positive experiences with Rude.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best day getting tattooed by Darya at the headingley studio! This woman has gone above and beyond my expectations with the design of a big piece for my arm! (She even came in on her day off to do it). She made sure that I was comfortable at all times and let me have regular breaks when I needed them. She has an incredible skillset which is evident on the tattoo and I couldn’t be any happier about it! Lovely, warm and remarkably talented woman!

Fantastic experience: Went here for the Bank Holiday discount as my septum fell out and I wanted to get it re pierced. Lisa was so great! Honestly so kind and talked me through it and offered me tissues while I had tears dripping down my face (because it’s a septum (definitely not bcoz it hurt so much)). The place was cleaned, sanitised and very welcoming. Best piercing studio!!

Fantastic experience: I popped in yesterday to replace a labret I’d managed to lose from a new ear piercing, and ended up getting another helix piercing while I was there. I think it was the manager (whose name I didn’t catch) who did it and they were fab - chatty and welcoming, but also professional. The place was spotless too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went for my nose piercing and was pierced by Lisa. So lovely and very helpful throughout. Went above and beyond when i rang up asking for my hoop to be changed to a stud. Overall a fabulous experience and will definitely be going back

Positive experience: Been here loads after not having a good time with reaction to different metals being very helpful with swapping bars so I wouldn’t have to get rid of the piercing (outer helix). Until today someone I haven’t spoken to before changed my second lobes (perfect like I asked) I asked for a longer bar on my outer helix and was told to take it out and go to doctors. Done some googling and spoken to people who also have this piercing and apparently it can cause further infection removing the piercing and has become very warm, sore, swollen, not stoped bleeding since. So 6 months of this for it all to be gone away and a worse infection. I thought piercer's would get told this information before advising what to do with the piercing.

Fantastic experience: Walked into the Headingley studio this afternoon for two previous piercings (done elsewhere) to be rectified. Lisa was absolutely fantastic and explained what my options were. We agreed that she would do two completely new piercings. Lisa took her time taking measurements and marking up. The actual piercing (with a needle) was virtually pain free. Lisa reiterated many times that if I had any problems or queries that I could go back. I definitely WILL go back - but for more ear piercings! . Thank you, Lisa, for your professionalism and care.

Fantastic experience: I dropped by Rude Studios in Headingley today to get my nose pierced. My very first piercing, I've been thinking about it for 20 years... and today finally plucked up the courage to do it! Holly was great, made me feel so welcome, took the time to explain how everything worked and what the jewellery options were and then how to look after it. She was a really kind, calming presence, and I barely even felt the needle. My piercing is beautiful, I absolutely love it, thank you so much!
