Great group of super kind, and funny people, who make you feel very welcome and accepted. This doesn’t even mentioning the quality of the tattoos they do, they look amazing when you get em, they age great, and they have me coming back for more every time I want a new one!

Went 4 months back and yesterday again… Got 2 old tattoos retouch and new ones done all at same time .Ben is really good he replied to my email real quick ✨

Negative experience: Had my foot tattooed here several years ago by Ben. Had 3 sessions but at the end of the 3 session he decided the session was long enough (for him, not me) and stopped before my tattoo was finished. Had me pay in full for a completed job and said he’d finish up the last few details in another session at no charge. I reached out after the healing process to have the piece finished and never heard back from him. I still have an uncompleted tattoo on my foot and ankle. Very dissatisfied, I guess I should have hounded him to finish it but that not in my nature. Also was not happy with the colouring of the green he used for the foliage around the flowers he tattooed on me. Considering having it removed at this point or seeing someone else at another place to finish it and correct the colouring.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a walk in event they had I believe in October 2022, ended up picking out a design of Dylan’s. Was my first large tattoo with shading and he was super understanding and helped make the experience comfortable for me. And of course the tattoo is amazing! Definitely check this place out.

Negative experience: Worked with Colin. Started a full sleeve. Completed outline and some shading. Had 3 appointments cancelled, 2 of which I took work off, and have been waiting 3 weeks to hear about scheduling another appointment. Reached out to find out what was up and nothing.... Shop seems legit in an old school way. All other artist seem reputable but I would avoid Colin like the plague. I am now stuck with 1/3rd of a sleeve done and need to find another artist who is willing to finish another's work. FML

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I have gone to the same artist for most of work. He has done a few amazing pieces on me and everyone in the shop is very welcoming. Only place in town I’ll go for my tattoos.

Fantastic experience: Great shop!! I'm not from Kitchener and was just in town for work, decided to pop in on a rainy day to see if they would accommodate a walk in. It was no problem. An hour and a half later I was walking out with a great tattoo. Great price too. Thanks Dylan! Great vibe in the shop. Nice not to have to listen to death metal while getting tattood for a change. They had some sweet Afro Cuban chunes going. It was great. All the artists were super nice & very welcoming. Overall a great experience. Definately popin in again in the future.

Fantastic experience: It’s a tattoo shop. Sorry it’s not a 2023 new age tattoo shop. This is old school. You pay for what you get and your not there to be comfortable. Everyone in there is in pain. Great place if you want to do business and get a tattoo. The shop environment is what it is, like it or don’t. I do.

Fantastic experience: Amazing people, very peaceful, welcoming environment. I have been for many tattoos and could not recommend this shop enough. Seen amazing work done by every artist working in the shop. Very highly recommend.

Negative experience: Absolute circle jerk of guys who think they are the be all and end all of the tattoo industry. will do nothing to ensure your comfort. the people at this shop perpetuate an environment that is male centric, they do not provide screens for privacy, and did nothing to make me feel safe or comfortable in their shop.

Negative experience: Made an appointment with Colin, sent in a deposit, then reached out to see if the date could be changed by a couple days, and was ghosted (two weeks at the time of writing). Very disappointing. I encourage others to reach out to artists that respect your time.

Fantastic experience: Recently got a tattoo at Berlin Tattoo by Ben Fields. He did an amazing job. The tattoo was designed by a friend of mine but I wanted to change the fonts and Ben agreed and re-did that part. He did an awesome job on the tattoo and I am so happy with it. Everyone there is super friendly. The studio is clean. Ben Fields is very knowledgable and professional and will tell you what he thinks works and what doesn't, which to me is refreshing since so many artist out there just do what they are told...but like I said, Ben tells you what will work and doesn't, he has integrity and skill . I totally recommend Berlin Tattoo and I see that the other artists there have the same professionalism and are all very talented.

Negative experience: I've heard great things about their work, and from what I've seen it's very good. However when I was in recently they did a poor job of making me feel welcome, and it seemed like I was a huge inconvenience just asking to book a consultation. If you don't care about your artist being personable, their work looks great, but there are enough talented artists around that I've decided to go somewhere that will at least pretend that my business is important to them.
