Fantastic experience: It's a very clean, well maintained and with very polite staff. Marty is a very talented artist who does great work with patience. She took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, she went above and beyond going through several drafts until I felt it was perfect. They also politely cautioned me around some design choice that may not develop well long term, and I appreciated that since I was unaware. Very hygienic, clear after care instructions that was very reassuring and helped it heal well and I am very happy with the work she did, and plan to return for more in the future.

I cannot recommend this place enough for tattoos and piercings Oksana is incredibly skilled, kind and patient with clients and Marty is amazing with bright colours and incredible realism! Both of them have been very patient with me needing to take breaks or have multiple sessions all while creating incredible work! Being trans makes it much more difficult for me to get tattoos in general and both artists have made me feel beyond comfortable! Again I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality and compassionate work.

Fantastic experience: This shop is absolutely incredible. Called yesterday on a whim looking to get a small little tattoo to honour my brother that recently passed. They got me in as soon as they could and we're more than kind. Leon was my artist and he perfectly captured what I was looking for. It's a very simple piece, but it means the world to me. The kindness and compassion that was shown was beyond words. Leon was professional, kind and empathetic to my situation. The shop and stations were clean and sanitary. I really wanted something amazing i could show off and feel proud of & Rob nailed the design and executed the tattoo perfectly. Negative experience: During my appointment Robs behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and crossed professional boundaries. I encountered inappropriate and sexually suggestive comments that were unwelcome and unprofessional. This made me feel unsafe and disrespected in a setting where I should have been treated with care and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to be aware. It’s really disappointing as I wanted to be tattooed by other artists within the studio but no longer as I do not feel safe while he is around especially due to the fact all of the other staff listened as he was continuing this behaviour and did nothing about it as though this happens frequently with other women and I was clearly showing how uncomfortable I was. I will not be back, yes I could have spoken up but while being in that situation I was also afraid.

Fantastic experience: I saw a dream a couple of years ago- it was so vivid that I decided to get a tattoo done. True ink turned my dream into reality, in literal sense. I took 2 years to decide when the right time would be to get it done and most importantly, where would I get it done from. I researched about numerous places- this place was recommended by a friend. The moment I spoke with them on the call- I knew I was talking to the right people- that they would understand the sentimental value behind it… & they did. I got a tattoo done at the best price, quality and service! Trust me, i can’t find a fault and the kinda person I am, I’m the first one to find faults. Just trust them, the process and they’d do justice to every penny you’d spend and the pain you’d go through in the process of getting the tattoo done.

Negative experience: I asked for a certain size tattoo which was ether 8x5 or 8x6 and was quoted a certain price witch was around 450-500 and was looking at around 3 hours of work and they make the tattoo bigger then what I asked for and tried to charge me more for it. I had paid 290 for the outline as I used my $50 deposit for the outline and gave them 300 they had no change so they were suppose to subtract the $10 from the rest of the amount then They messaged me 2 weeks later as I was suppose to go back to finish it off telling me they had to reschedule as the person who was doing it got sick and I would get some sort of discount for the late cancellation on their part which would of brought it under the 200 I had left which I didn't get at all. I went to go pay and was told I owed 450 which isn't right at all and I explained what I paid for the outline and what I was quoted and showed the text stating I would get a discount they asked if I could pay 350 and I told them no l only had the 200 out of the 500 they quoted me. I get an email a few weeks later stating I still owe them at least $100 and they did talk to me about the tattoo before starting which they did not they never told me they were making it bigger they gave me a 10 1/2 x 6 1/2 which isn't what I asked for. I love the tattoo but not too happy about them trying to charge me more, and basically going back on their word about the discount wont be going back after that

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks ago my sister and I lost our mom. Sunday morning we decided that we were going to get a tattoo consultation and try to get in together sometime within the week, as we were both from out of town. We drove to True Ink with the intention of only having a consultation, perhaps a design drawn up. Little did we know we not only had a consultation and designs drawn up...we both received coloured tattoos!! Rob and Cody were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Rob designed both tattoos with his own personal, artistic expressions! We couldn't have ask for a better day! A better experience! A nicer gentleman! Rob's calm demeanor was exactly what my sister and I needed after such a difficult month. Thanks Rob! Thanks True Ink! We absolutely love our tattoos and the tribute to our mother. ❤️

Negative experience: I got a tattoo here and the shading was horrible and the lines lifted. When I tried to schedule another appointment they would stop answering they would mention a day but no time and still no response after months later. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Oksana has now completed 2 tattoos for me. First was my sons baby handprint which healed perfectly. Second was yesterday, a flower design to cover up a horribly done tattoo from years ago. Oksana designed the tattoo for me and it came out more perfect than I could've ever imagined! The care and service provided at this location are unlike anywhere else. I have a few tattoos and I've never had a healing process go so well. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. Definitely found my go to shop and artist.

The artist sorry I don’t know the exact name but something like Asuana is great! She is formally from the Ukraine and is a childrens book illustrator. The awesome art work in the studio is hers. Well she was very professional an excellent artist and she is very friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend this great tattoo studio!
