Fantastic experience: I went in this morning to get my 13 year old’s helix piercing and my 10year old’s second. We were greeted by Chris who was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and gave us good advice. My 13 year old got her helix with Sam, Sam was also very patient, kind and knowledgeable. It didn’t even hurt her and she was very happy. When it came to my 10 year olds turn, she was very anxious and scared, Chris came and reassured her and calmed her down and then she asked if he and Sam can pierce her ears at the same time as she was scared, they were both very supportive and kind with her. Chris even wiped her tears and cleaned up her mascara that leaked. Overall amazing staff, very caring and very kind also very clean facility and they really take cleanliness and hygiene to the extreme. Thank you Chris and Sam

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Professional and knowledgeable staff, great jewelry selection. - Industrial piercing done in December 2023 by Michael. I had been debating an industrial for several years, wanting to find an experienced piercer who could advise yes or no if this was possible. I found Michael at Adrenaline through a friend’s recommendation. The process was honest, clear and very well explained. Michael was kind, funny, and gentle. Getting the industrial piercing itself was an easy process and one of the least painful piercings I’ve gotten. However the healing process for an industrial is long. It takes dedication, patience and following a strict cleaning routine (saline spray, saline baths). Michael had prepared me mentally for it but the reality was it really does take time. The first 4 months of the healing process were the hardest. One year of not being able to sleep on that side. Total healing time was 18 months. I am super happy I got this piercing done but it will always take being careful not to get it irritated. Black-and-white photo taken after the piercing was done with starting jewelry. Color photo taken with upgraded jewelry (blue opal ends). I also got two Daith piercings and a Conch done at Adrenaline. I happen to feel comfortable with Michael doing my piercings but I would highly recommend any of their professional staff!

Negative experience: Got butchered. I called beforehand to ask if they had non-metallic septum jewellery in 10g for a medical treatment and they told me they had silicone plugs, but I showed up and they said they didn't have it in my size but would try to fix it anyway. The piercer (tall bald guy, I don't know his name) shoved an 8g rod in my nose without ANY sort of care and he hurt me really bad and didn't let me speak when he decided to use another plastic plug that I did not want (at the time I thought he switched to a 10g rod so I thought it was just him being rough). I said I was on the fence about the alternative plug and he still went for it without me having a single minute to think about it. It's been a few weeks now and as I replaced my ring after my treatment, I just realized he INDEED stretched me to an 8g anyway which was absolutely unsafe, because I told him I had stretched to 10g only 3 months ago and that it was already irritated when I came in. This was completely unprofessional. There are much better, more caring studios out there. Support them instead.

Negative experience: I'm not giving one star nor 5 star, because I do believe they are competent enough to offer good services but today I had somewhat of a bad experience with a piece of jewelry they put in my ear about a year or a year and a half ago. I got a 6G captive bead ring installed in my ears, needing to remove that piece of jewelry for medical reasons I used a pair of long nose pliers to remove one and it went well, my other one I tried to pry open I broke said pair of pliers. I went to a different piercing shop and it took 3 people to remove that piece of jewelry!! To my surprise the one I had difficulty removing had massive indents in the ball we had to pry the ring at least 3mm to remove it! That makes no sense to me to put that piece in if the other didn't have an indent and never fell off. I was sure I had to go to the hospital to get it removed. Hopefully the owner will trash all these CBR and get normal ones.

Fantastic experience: Quick easy delivery. I called with a slight family emergency, they were able to see my daughter within the hour. I was amazed at how they were able to deliver their services to her in such a timely and professional fashion. No stress, no fuss. Micheal was excellent with my daughter, he was able to give a good explanation of safety and cleanliness as well as a bit of the cause and effect of hepatitis. I am thoroughly satisfied and i wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in the Montreal area or the South Shore for mine and her piercing needs.

Negative experience: I purchased some jewelry for my navel piercing here and it tarnished within a week. I was told it was surgical steel and was not informed that only the part that goes into the hole is surgical steel. The rest of the jewelry tarnished pretty much instantly, from around where the gem is and all the dangly part. It looks awful. I'm really disappointed because I wasted 35$. The jewelry also made the skin around the piercing green and I can't wear it anymore. Really really disappointed and upset that I wasted my money, I can't afford to just lose almost 40 bucks for no reason. The service was good and friendly, but I was given misleading info

His sweet and polite demeanour is a cherry on the top. He gave us suggestions to make the tattoo better and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. We had such a wonderful experience. Positive experience: I went to switch my nose piercing jewelry and asked the piercer to help me with putting it in my nose. I don’t remember his name but he used the taper to stretch it and placed it for me. I got an infection from that, but it healed about 2 weeks later. I was wondering if the tapers are sterilized or new ?

Negative experience: Way too expensive and tattoo artist (big guy named Duane), his skills are barely mid but he acts like he's fire. His people skill suck. He's just not okay. Way too expensive. I had the consolation and then went somewhere else.

Negative experience: Went for a tattoo with a guy called Dwayne and I'll never go back. The guy was judgemental but in a passive aggressive way. It came off really rude. I've got a bunch of tattoos and his was by far the worst. His lines were jagged and uneven and I'll need to have them redone. His shading is good though but it doesn't make up for his horrific better than everyone attitude and his mediocre tattooing skills.

Negative experience: I went for a simple tattoo & the man Derrick left me in pain. I had blood & my other tattoos didn’t so Im assuming he went too hard. He asked me to remove my shirt when it wasn’t necessary & it made me uncomfortable. I was relieved when he was done but he also went gentler when I said it hurt so there you have it. Last time going there. It came out cute though.

Positive experience: ZERO stars for the TOTALLY FALSE promo. video on Insta. Straight up lies. Not cool!! (ie. piercings did NOT cost $25, was charged $30; nor was I able to save up to $25 /my donation of 5 cans. Was told discount only applicable on 1 piercing $30 - 50%). Pre-piercing customer service was perfect - the young woman who served me was lovely. Piercing w/Michael was great as well. He was very Professional, competent & gentle.

Negative experience: We are not local, but the experience we just had was horrible. The lady at the front desk was wonderful but the tattoo artists had terrible customer service skills. One abruptly told a 16 year old (that was with his guardian) that he wouldn’t be tattooing him with no explanation, and the other accused me of faking guardianship when I questioned why he was being refused services. The situation was handled terribly, I explained that under no circumstances should such an accusation be made towards people when you have no evidence or understanding of the family dynamic, it is not a very kind thing to hear when your parent’s deceased! Very disappointed in the interaction we had.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 15+ piercings at Adrenaline, all done by Michael, and they’re perfect! The customer service from Laura, Jennifer, and Valtr is also just as amazing. They will make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in and are incredibly knowledgeable. Adrenaline’s piercing quality and overall kindness should be the standard across every shop.

Fantastic experience: If you're scrolling google reviews to find the right spot, let it be this one. Went in for a septum piercing with Chris, couldn't be happier with the results. I have a deviated septum that needed extra care and attention and he (and his apprentice Sept '24) delivered exactly that. The angle is perfection, and they graciously met my special requests. Clean, knowledgeable, top quality service, top quality jewelry. I'm so glad I went here above the countless others in the city. Wouldn't hesitate to go visit again in the future. Fantastic experience: I went there and got a helix and a 2nd lobe on both of my ears. I loved the service and Michael did an amazing job at making sure that both ears were symetrical and that I was happy with my piercings. The environment is clean and comfortable. Both piercings are looking good and barely hurt on 2nd day after getting pierced. I am very happy with the services and the staff. I will definitely go there again if I ever want to get another piercing.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Derrick today and he was awesome. He integrated the grim reaper to existing wings tattoo I already had. It came out great I have been coming here for quite a few tattoos and from the front desk to the artists it a great experience. If you are looking to get a tattoo I do recommend Adrenaline and check in with Derrick especially if you want animation done. The place is always kept clean and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: I had an hidden hélix et a tragus yesterday M.Chris. Il practiced his treatments perfectly. Aseptic extremely impeccable, very patient, very assured to help client psychologically with great manner and attitude. Very transparent for prices and hygiene. Extremely professional from the beginning until I go out from the store. Every time I visit, their customer service was excellent, human, humble and sympathetic like a 5 star hotel! Negative experience: Went in for a helix piercing. I was having issues with the healing process and went in for a checkup. I expressed my concerns that maybe my piercing wasn't healing properly because it was pierced at a "wrong" angle or that maybe I was having a reaction to the metal of my jewellery. My concerns were brushed off and instead I was told to start implementing very unsafe aftercare steps in my aftercare routine. I ended up visiting another piercing studio for a second opinion and my piercing was indeed crooked and my body was not reacting well to the jewellery. I ended up having to spend additional money at another piercing studio to try "fix" the piercing that I received from Adrenaline.

Fantastic experience: Adrenaline is a Montreal piercing and tattoo institution. If you ever need anything their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I even had to have jewelry special ordered for a piercing and the service level was nothing short of immaculate. I’m a repeat customer for sure.
