Negative experience: Zero customer service! I will never come back. I went to the shop today to check if it was possible to buy piercing jewelry and replace my current ones with the new ones at the store. It was purely an inquiry and the receptionist reacted annoyed at my question and stated that the waiting time was 1h30. I was surprised about her attitude but brushed it apart and asked about the price of Jewelry. Once again I was met with annoyance and condescending attitude. She said "If I have to tell you the prices for each piece of Jewelery, I'll have to stay here all day". I was shocked and never felt this at any other shop. They lost a client right there! I was open to book an appointment the next day or coming back later, which she never proposed. And regarding the prices, there is no price indicated on the showcased piercings. I could have easily shared the ones I was interest in and she could have checked the prices for them, which she never proposed. This kind of attitude is what makes you loose clients. A successful business needs to train or hire their staff with people skills in order to maintain and aquire new clients. I'm shocked and never come back. 1 star.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience at Colibrí Tattoo Studio. My friend was told her earlobe piercing would cost $45, even though the real price is $25. It felt like the receptionist was trying to overcharge us. The piercer also wanted us to sign forms before explaining the jewelry prices, which is completely unprofessional. When we asked for the correct information, he became rude and spoke to us in a disrespectful tone, even when asking for our IDs. Warning: they give incorrect prices, pressure you to sign before knowing the real cost, and have very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: My partner got his septum pierced here with Vee and they were great, however, the lady at the front desk, Eva, was not very pleasant. She was unnecessarily rude to me for asking about pricings for tattoos and initially refused to even give the me time of for a quote price. I'm very disappointed in this situation :/

Negative experience: Didn’t even get a tattoo and I’m unhappy with their service. Left several messages with both locations and they did not respond until days later. Though this was two days before they were closed for one day during thanksgiving so I can understand, but then I called and left messages a little after they opened at 11am today and they did not respond until several hours later. As I’m from out of town and leaving today I made efforts to arrange this several days ago. Slow text message replies and very little communication. No effort towards welcoming or pleasant customer service. Do not go here if you want high quality fast communication and service

Fantastic experience: Micheal was very precise and clean, he swapped gloves often and didn't touch my face without them, they were very transparent about their prucing and I felt safe. He was so good in fact that I didn't bleed during my septum or snake bite piercings. Excellent.

Negative experience: I went to the Mount Royal location which is very clean and nice, but unfortunately, my experience with the piercer (a guy with rose gold jewelry and a nostril chain connecting two nostril piercings who didn’t tell their name) was disappointing. The piercer was dismissive when my friend mentioned an allergy to cortisone cream and continued to insist she use it, instead of suggesting any other option. He also spoke condescendingly about ring size and didn’t explain before switching the jewelry that he couldn’t match the size or look she asked for. The piercer didn’t clean my nose before changing the jewelry, which caused irritation afterward despite my piercing being healed for years. The studio itself was nice, but the interaction made me feel uncomfortable to communicate my needs and unheard.
