Negative experience: I had my first tattoo done from Copone ink, As it was my first tattoo I wanted to go to a place that does high quality work, which Capone inks website looks great, I got done a celtic tribal tattoo Full sleeve and chest is what I wanted, I had requested to have one of there top guys doing the job, went in got half sleeve done over 2 days 22 hours it took to do wrist to elbow for a cost of nearly $3,000. The first week after getting the Tattoo done I had noticed the underside of my wrist was faided not like the rest, I had contacted Capone privatly and sent photos etc.. in which there was no response which is very disappointing, happy to take the money and not deliver a high standard job, The standard of work there was not good not only was the guy doing my tattoo very slow but dident contact me for a fix up, There are lots of good Tattoo artists out there id definitely give this place a miss.. photos Attached

Negative experience: Terrible experience here a few years ago, can't believe I didn't leave them a review at the time but the more I look at my arm now as I prepare to have it properly fixed the angrier I get. My initial sitting was with a guy who I think was actually owner or part owner. He did an awesful job. Seeing that tattoo done after I took the glad wrap off at home I felt sick to my stomach, it looked like a 15yr old without artistic skills had done it. I had to hide my arm for 6 weeks whilst it healed before another artist there would sit me down to repair it. Unfortunately the initial job was so bad he had to just colour in large parts of my arm in ink (he was skilled but not good at the "cover up" part). No I have had a terrible tattoo for over 2 years that I hate, and I still paid full price for it. I would never recommend this place. They have some good artists from what I see on their website and reviews but that business doesn't deserve your money for allowing people to have such mentally detrimental experiences.

Fantastic experience: From my initial enquiry to the finished artwork I was always given any information or suggestions the team felt would help (my first tattoo). The service was friendly and the studio clean, well maintained and welcoming (no skull and cross bones etc on the wall). Each time I went in they were busy - so I think that speaks to repeat business and client confidence.

Fantastic experience: Kim is a star! He started my tribute to music sleeve on my arms and I am stoked with the results. We are going with the flow and designing the sleeve as we go. He gives great input on where to place each piece. Looking forward to the next couple of sessions! Shout out to Aya too, she's has been great! :) Steve

Fantastic experience: Had some work done on my leg “Japanese theme “ Frankie was my go to artist and he did an absolutely wicked job , he is well known for is colour abilities but also has outstanding skills in Japanese style too We discussed what I wanted and the design I had picked he mentioned might not blend in with my existing tattoo and the design Frankie came back with was even better , highly reccomend. Negative experience: Have nothing but extremely negative things to say about CAPONE INK and feel compelled to warn others. Not only is their customer service appalling, but their behavior toward artists and clients is outright unethical. They are lying, stealing clients from a the only artist I have ever followed and even keeping deposit money without providing the agreed-upon services. I personally witnessed them mistreat a talented tattoo artist I get work from with publicly disrespecting them, sabotaging their work environment, and attempting to take over their clients without consent. It was shocking and completely unprofessional. This shop seems far more interested in manipulating clients and maximizing profit than in honoring the art or respecting the people who keep their business alive. If you care about transparency, respect, and supporting ethical tattoo artists, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Stay far away from CAPONE INK Shop.

Negative experience: Too much lack of care for customers. Also too many people smoking inside enclosed open studio. Very unprofessional and over priced

Negative experience: I strongly advise you to don’t come and get tattooed here and especially by KIM who is clearly not professional and pleasant or patient, after having made my tattoo and forgetting certain details without himself having checked his work, after a few days after the healing of the tattoo, he refused to draw the missing details as well as to touch up parts where the ink was missing by asking me to repay when it is provided in the price and free at any good tattoo shop, run away from this salon and especially this tattoo artist if we can call him ARTIST who don’t deserve this status!!!!

Fantastic experience: It's been 23 years since my last tattoo n even though the new armband is strikingly new n the other arm band is 24 years old n somewhat faded I am glad to hv symmetry to the bodies artwork. They were booked up until the end of november but Jhonny was happy to come in on his day off to get it done at no extra cost. Jhonny did an awesome job i gave him a base design and gave him the option to do any artistic changes he felt needed. He made a few tweaks and added a few things which created an amazing end result. Cant recommend enough

Negative experience: I was doing my upper arm half sleeve, one of the tats was text in negative, the guy didn’t pay attention and on some of the letters he filled them up with ink he wasn’t paying attention or he was rushing, the lines are not precise, he try to fix it with white colour but that’s not what I wanted and pay for it, now iam thinking to go and do laser removal on the spots where he filled them up with ink, it’s on my biceps and every time im looking at it makes me regret.

Positive experience: Love the finish result anyhow I do a couple things to sat,dre my artist took almost hour and a half mucking about designing the cross and wings yet I sent him a photo of what I wanted to begin with 1 week prior and he still charged me from 10am finished at 3:30 but didn't start the tattoo till 11:30,I payed 200 deposit and another 700 at the end feel kinda ripped off,won't b going bk to him for more tattoos but end of the day I do like my tattoo
