Fantastic experience: Recommend this place. The artist Anderson did an amazing job with the tattoo. It was a very last minute design due to not being able to do a proper consult and he did a great job. It was a difficult cover up tattoo but he nailed it. I wanted touch ups done a day after and they were very accomodating and got me in fast and got it done. A bit more expensive then other places but worth it in my opinion. Very caring staff handing out water and looking after you. Recommend it to anyone!

Negative experience: Make sure to tell your Boss that Consumer Protection are looking to speak with them!!! All these responses to negative reviews shifting blame and acting as if you’re infallible as a business! NO ONE SHOULD ATTEND THIS TATTOO STUDIO OF YOU WANT QUALITY TATTOOS AND REASONABLE PRICES!!!

Negative experience: In the process of Conciliation with Consumer Protection in regards to the horrendous Tattoo/Line work completed by one of the so called artists at this studio. For over 12 months we have saught to be understanding and agreeable to a refund for what was charged ($500 for 4 words, no in fill, just shakey and poor outline) The owner/s of this shop has had reasonable time to mitigate this with Consumer Protection and were ordered to contact us to finalise the dispute. They failed to do that. So now it has gone to conciliation because they refused to offer a reasonable refund for one of the dodgiest tattoos (again, 4 words, not a difficult design) Shame on this shop and PLEASE!!! Anyone considering going to this place should take their money elsewhere Edit to add: We were not seeking a full refund! Just a partial refund due to the terrible work. The owner had contacted us, but when we asked what a reasonable refund would look like for them, they ghosted. Shame.

Fantastic experience: Went with my whole family and Juana was very patient with us. They accommodated all the changes we requested and made sure we were happy with every tattoo we got. Fantastic experience: I have just had another tattoo done yesterday. Anderson was amazing. I wanted a red and green kangaroo paw in amongst my existing tattoo and with a couple of basic image ideas from myself he was able to create a masterpiece that I am thrilled to be permanently branded with. The staff were all so helpful and caring and the fact that they were able to squeeze me in, in the very short window of opportunity I had available before I move away from Perth, is testament to how much they care about their customers. Would definitely go back - and possibly will do on future Perth visits.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a medical Tattoo, I met a fantastic man called Matias who did my tattoo. Matias did a fantstic job in terms of being very patient with me nothing was a problem. While he was tattooing me he also was very gental, as in the old day 30 years plus ago tattoo artist back then use to push very hard on the skin making it quite painful. Not with Matias he was gentle very kind quitely spoken and relaxed. When doing my tattoo he was concentrating only on my tattoo in hand nothing distracting him. I have seen other tattooest on the phone and or chatting to other people in their shop while working on someone which in my opinion is not good. Matias was zoomed in focused on my tattoo from start to finishe. I could ask any questions and he gave me a solid answer which I was happy with. If you have been putting off getting a tattoo becase of fear or worry Primitive are the proffesional people to see and Matias is the man in getting the job done in comfort.

Fantastic experience: Great studio with a range of artists to cover all styles, artists are all friendly and keep a clean work area. Sessions are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Brother Erick did amazing work on my forearm sleeve!! Highly recommend Erick for whatever you have in mind, he'll help bring your vision to life!

Negative experience: WARNING!!! There after care is problematic I waited 4 weeks to heal it turns out there touch up policy is only in those 4 weeks. I had a death in the family had to go to new zealand so I missed the deadline... they want to charge me I wish they told me about after 2 weeks is the time to come back Absolutely wonderful work from Erick Outstanding getting so many compliments
