Expérience fantastique: Just had an amazing piece done by the artist John, he WAS SUPER FUNNY! He was also very professional and everyone there was super nice! Kim was very friendly n the apprentice "B" was a sweet sweet gal. There were some really nice pieces up for grabs on the wall. They also do piercings there! John was knowledgeable in aftercare n explained everything to me clearly. Did I mention the artist John was FUNNY?? DEFINITELY recommend and I will be back!

Went a while back and got my first tattoo, john was so rude and made me feel so unwelcome…and the tattoo is so horribly blown out and scarred so atrociously. Also used to go here for years for piercings but I cannot justify it after they pierced my belly button crooked and wouldn’t fix it or even apologize.

Expérience négative: Long story short I had a tattoo booked here. I went in the day of my tattoo and got the run around and just left . The owner was making racist jokes and the receptionist is rude and treats people like trash. DO NOT RECOMMEND This is a definition of trailer park tattooing at its best.

Expérience négative: I got my belly button pierced at jokers. And its been a week iv done everything they told me to do i even went back to check in to see if it was healing fine now the redness is spreading so i texted them and i asked why is this happening and they replied they have no idea.

Expérience fantastique: Derico pierced my nipples in april and my nose today. he kills it every time without fail, i’ve never had problems with my nipples healing. Derico is so friendly, really puts you at ease, and has a lot of humor to take away the anxiety of piercings! would absolutely recommend!

Expérience négative: Been awhile since I was here. I got all my piercings done here and would go here for them again. However my foot tattoo that was done here is the worst thing I have on my body. I am currently searching to get it removed. I had a cute flower with a quote on it when I went back with a friend to get her tattoo my artist was there (Arnold I think his name was) he asked to see how it had healed, he had noticed the quote had smudged together and was difficult to read, he asked if I wanted to do a cover up. I said yeah I had already been looking at ideas. He had drawn up a picture of a large rose with petals and as a young adult I didn't think much of it.. the cover took up the whole top of my foot and along the sides. He freehand petals to the one part to finish covering the writing the petals are placed in the opposite direction and looks ridiculous everyone comments on it. plus you can still see the writing under the petals so not much of a cover if you ask me as it's still there and just looks worse.

Expérience positive: i got a cover up on a very small tattoo and i knew it wouldn’t be easy but we fixed the problem and i was fine with my final picture and final stencil, as time went on i realized my tattoo has done nothing but fade, it’s very patchy and i’ve gotten a second tattoo from them that’s perfect but also has a little bit of fading. My sister and i both got our belly buttons done and the wrong sized jewelry was used and we both got insane infections with blood and puss.

Had anxiety coming in but everyone he interacted with (receptionist, owner, piercer) all put him at ease while waiting for a short time for piercer to set up. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to communicate with. Fast, but professional procedure had my son done within minutes and completely satisfied with the piercing service. Expérience fantastique: Went in as a walk-in ear piercing, and it was fast, efficient and hygienic. They asked me where on the ear, and made markers and confirmed before hand. They also gave me post-care instructions and we're extremely friendly. Keep in mind they are Cash only.

Expérience fantastique: I got two ear piercings (helix and rook) done by Arnold, and I won't let anyone else touch my ears! He was friendly, but more importantly, very knowledgeable and experienced. I’ve since moved out of Alberta and will wait to see Arnold again before I get more piercings - he’s really that good!

Expérience fantastique: Went here yesterday to get my vertical labret. The staff were amazing and the guy who did the piercing was exceptional. The service was a great experience over all, and I wish I could have tipped more but they only accepted cash and I only took out enough to cover the piercing, although I did not account for the piercing wash! Expérience fantastique: This morning, My daughter and I went for matching Mother’s Day tattoos. All the staff are so kind and great to be around. The owner himself, makes you feel so welcome and jokes around. Very talkative to all his staff and clients. Johnny was the tattoo artist for us today, took his time and did a phenomenal job!! Absolutely love the work he did and again makes you feel so comfortable. My daughter had a little moment of overwhelming pain during her tattoo and Johnny without even having to ask, got her a cold water bottle and napkin to cool her down, I really appreciated that!!! Definitely we will be returning for more work from Johnny. Thank you to all the staff.

Expérience négative: I went here for a nose piercing when I was 18. At the time I was really naive, so if alarm bells were going off in my head, I tended to ignore them. Piercer was alright, got the job done but felt unwelcoming and dismissive. As I was leaving, I was cornered by a group of men in the hallway. Some were talking in the hall and some came out of the shop to crowd over me. I was so afraid. Please do not pay a visit to these people. It is unsafe in all areas of health and safety.

Expérience fantastique: Honestly, never had a bad time. Tattoos are well priced, the people give you what you need, and they do it as fast as they can, and could most of the time accommodate walk-ins. I’ve gotten over six or seven of my tattoos from them, and I love them very much.

Expérience positive: Okay listen, I love this place. The staff have always been so kind and caring towards myself and friends who have come here with me. I've only came here for piercings, I've gotten a total of 10/19 of them from here. Never had an issue with rejecting or healing. This last time I went & got some lip piercings & belly button done, the one hit a vein & my lip bruised pretty bad which whatever, the second wasn't done far enough back, it was causing discomfort. I went back the next day, showed the owner, he offered to re-pierce, I took the offer & got a different lip piercing instead, he even gave me a full refund for the last ones since I got him to take both of them out. Once again, VERY kind owner & staff here. My current lip piercing seems to be doing good so far, but with my belly button, I caved and took it out this evening. It wasn't pierced through my navel, just above. There has been some major irritation with it, I've been cleaning it like all my other ones, it also looked like there was white fiber/hair almost inbedded into the hole, I have no clue what it was or could've been. Either way, i took it out & it feels so much better. Going to let it heal over then maybe get it done again. I've had everything from nose, eyebrow, tongue & bitties done here without issues. This last time I went, it was a tad disappointing with all the complications between the 3/4 piercings I got done. My friend was thrilled with her piercing & is planning on coming back. I just have some mixed emotions over this last visit & now with my belly button. For the hundredth time, the staff is so great, I keep coming back here for a reason overall.

Expérience négative: When will people realize that this place is super unprofessional and just isn't cool. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemies, I wouldn't even recommend this shop to apprentices. The disservice they do to people should really be looked into, for the people who got out alive were lucky and should count their blessings. The fact that it reeks of weed should be enough to leave before singing your life away. You'd think it be important to show a good image before poking someone with a needle right? I took myself to a different more reputable shop and they lead me down the right direction with aftercare for my percings. They had a far better customer service than Jokers will probably ever have, honestly.

Expérience fantastique: For those who are anxious read this!! I heard about this place from a work colleague and was surprised about the pricing for piercings. I got both a helix piercing on both ears and the piercer was extremely kind, generous and cautious about everything. He took a lot of time making sure I felt comfortable with the placing and spoke to me about the pros and cons of getting my ears pierced. It's been about 3 weeks and my helix piercing is heeling amazingly! Great price, great customer service, friendly staff and overall so worth it.

It's BLAZING hot, and while waiting 20 minutes for my piercer to be ready past my appointment time, I was suffocating in moist air being circulated by a few small fans hoping to catch a breeze The space is also quite small so it can get crowded. Expérience négative: I would give this place a zero if I could. The peircer put in the wrong peircing in my daughter's nose and then played with it while trying to insert the correct peircing. My daughter was in extreme pain the entire time and then he eventually removed the peircing and walked away leaving her traumatized and alone. Spoke to the owner about what happened and was told she would investigate the situation and get back to us. I never heard from her again. Like the owner said "it's only human error". Yeah ok. While your allowing uneducated piercers to touch the public, who inturn get traumatized by your peircer, who obviously doesnt know what they are doing is sooo wrong. They should be supervised at all times until they at least know which piercings to use and where. Who puts in the wrong peircing anyways. Very unprofessional place if you ask me. And to not get back to concerned parents is a flat out no go in my books. Zero ac ountability

Expérience négative: If I could give 0 I would. Got my first piece here loved it. Went in for a second tattoo by the same artist. He was so rude. Then he used an improper gun for the tattoo. It looks like a prison tattoo and it was for a friend of mine. Spelling mistakes that were not in the stencil and have paid over 600 so far to get it removed. The ink bled so bed. This was the worst experience of my life. Assumed going to this place would be good since I loved my first tattoo there. Same guy and he was just in such a hurry, didn’t care at all, and rude. I would’ve been fine with the attitude had it been amazing. But it is the ugliest thing I’ve ever scene. Nothing near what I asked for at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Expérience négative: I went to get a nose piercing yesterday with my sisters and my sister accidentally gave her 146 instead of 126 and when we realized this . Before we gave her the full payment she took our money with our letting us count it when we told her to count money again she pretended not to hear me and pocketed the 20 in her purse and then when I asked her again then she become hostile with us. Saying she counted the money twice “ really fast “ and saying we were in the wrong. I have no complaints for the company but this lady tried to finesse us and at the end saying she’s not fighting with kids for 20$. At the end she finally gave us our money back . We even showed her the funds we pulled out with the receipts.

Expérience négative: I’ve gotten my nose pierced at Jokers 2 times it was great, but I went there a third time because I had a difficult time taking out my nose ring that was given to me by Jokers. I was told after I got my nose pierced (the first & second time) I can get my jewelry changed for free. I walked into Jokers and asked the older white blond lady if she can help me remove my nose ring and all she said was “$10” I asked “To remove it? I thought it would be free since it’s free to change jewelry” (I was genuinely curious) and with attitude she continues to say “You’re not changing jewelry are you? So $10.” Which would make no sense since it is more work to change jewelry then to remove it. If that $10 removal fee is true then that old lady sitting at the front desk needs to fix her attitude and get better customer service skill.

Expérience fantastique: Jokers is a very clean, professional and friendly environment! I was able to get an appointment the same day to get both of my nipples pierced, initially I felt a bit nervous and uncomfortable as I expected to have a bit more privacy considering the piercing placements. However, Danny and all the other gentlemen in the shop were all very professional about a young woman sitting topless in the middle of the shop. Danny was able to re-pierce both nipples with no issues or hesitation. He is very good at what he does; very friendly, professional and welcoming. Despite me having a million questions and no issues voicing any concerns I had, Danny was extremely patient and attentive. You really can’t beat the price or the wonderful staff! Without a doubt, I will be back! Thanks Danny! ☺️

Expérience fantastique: Went here and had 3 piercing done; nose and industrial, all piercings I had done in the past but took out. All previous piercings that were not done at this shop took a lot longer to heal and the pain was significant. I noticed that Jokers placements for the piercings were different, but I went ahead with his suggestion and I'm so glad I trusted his opinion! My healing has been quick (especially my nose, no swelling or pain after) and I assume it is because the piercer is better educated on the anatomy than those who've pierced me before. I won't go anywhere else now.. def 10/10.
