Fantastic experience: Amazing work. Came in for a consultation and they made time to put it to skin same day. Fast and efficient service with very clear communication from the artist and tattooist.

Fantastic experience: Great place for my first tattoo. Friendly staff. Good, clean environment. My fiance and I came across this shop on Instagram and made a consultation appt for two tattoo ideas. One we were unfortunately not prepared for. The other, a memorial tattoo for our min pin that passed away in November (old age). The consultation artist drew up a couple designs and we ended up with his paws and his name and made an appt for the following week. Amelia, the artist, was friendly and well prepared. Made it very easy to sit through my first tattoo experience. We’ll be back for our second tattoo idea and maybe I could finally get that second ear piercing I’ve been thinking about.

Negative experience: I received an unsolicited Instagram message from who I believed to be an artist from this shop. I chatted with him a little bit about my cover-up needs and he scheduled a consultation. When I arrived a customer service person showed me an iPad full of AI art and pressured me to choose something, explaining that the artists do not perform their own consultations, draw their own designs, or run their own social media pages. My appointment had been scheduled by a bot. Since I’m a very timid person who drove a long way to be there, I went along with the process and picked an image (a small flower) because there was so much pressure. The associate quoted me $700, and after seeing the astonished look on my face, went down to $600. I’m not used to haggling over tattoo prices, so I kinda just nodded and said I would need to think about it. Despite what they claim, this is NOT NORMAL. I’ve been getting tattooed for 26 years and have never seen anything like it, especially at a “custom” shop. It feels like a tattoo mill where they churn clients as fast as possible, and I really don’t want AI art on my body. EDIT: I have since done some research on this company, and it appears they severely exploit their employees. Please search “cleopatra ink controversy” before getting tattooed here!

Fantastic experience: The quality is great and he had a light touch so barely any pain at all! Farid did my tattoo and it took less than an hour. Of course it’s different for other tattoos but definitely coming back again.

Came in wanting a daith piercing and she explained potential risk of rejection due to not having enough space for the piercing. Ended up with a cute tragus piercing instead :) highly recommend going to her for your piercing needs.

Even though they just opened, everything ran so smoothly and professionally, you’d think they’ve been doing this for years. The staff was friendly, the shop was spotless, and the vibe was welcoming from the second I walked in. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were super cool about walk-ins, and got me in quickly. The artist really took their time to understand what I wanted and brought it to life better than I imagined. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the care they put into everything was beyond impressive. Seriously, if you’re looking for the best tattoo shop in the PDX area, this is it. It was a great experience both times, everyone was so friendly and I got the same artist (Max) both times. The work is done quick for the flash days but still looks great. Fantastic experience: I have been before and when they notified me of the Friday the Thirteenth tats we had to go. Since it is so close to Valentine’s Day, me and my wife got matching flash. The wait was super short for how popular they are, the art was great and we had tons of choices. The artists were amazing, and the atmosphere was awesome; great vibes! They took such good care of us. Wonderful experience and still going back, even though the trip is about 30 minutes from another state. They are the best!

She is one of the best piercers I’ve been to, She answered all of my questions and went over all of the jewelry that was available. Positive experience: Happy with the quality of my tattoo but could not have enjoyed the consultation process any less. Speaking to the consultant was like talking to a brick wall that didn’t want to be there. I would have appreciated arranging the tattoo’s design with my actual tattooist, someone with more artistic inclination, to settle on something better. Language barrier and demeanor really put me off — I didn’t feel welcome. Overall fine experience, the owner/manager was friendly. I would not return.
