Fantastic experience: Mark (please don’t make me spell his last name, it’s nearly impossible) was awesome. I was a small walk in that was not going to be worth much, as far as time/money. However he never made it feel that way. He took SO MUCH care to completely nail the very small but important detail of my tattoo. I am so happy with it. It’s by far the most meaningful one I have and it’s perfect. The place was very clean and I saw great looking work going on at the station across from him as well, which shows that the place as a whole does great work. Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the building, I was immediately helped and treated with kindness. I felt positively and very comfortable before my tattoo. Negative experience: I came here for Friday the 13th, very excited to be disappointed. From the start the female host was rude to me but pretty helpful and kind to others, brushed it off but when she helped me she said $40 for my tattoo but after waiting hours, the female artist said the price isnt right and its $80 and when she asked the host, the host had her back to me the whole time saying thats what she said $80 when in fact the number 80 was never said. Waste of time discussing. Only chill people there were the guys they were kind and helpful more than the females. So if you do come here i recommended the males 2 stars for the guys

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a true artist- Bass (like the guitar) is your guy. I put in an inquiry with a rough idea of what I was looking for (including a few reference photos of things I liked) and Bass reached out very quickly. He created a custom piece my brain never could have imagined. His communication with me was on point, and I could immediately tell he is reliable, truly cares about his craft, and wants to give his clients the best piece possible. He was open to hearing my feedback on the design and placement, but he didn’t even need my confirmations- all of his suggestions were spot on. Throughout our session, he explained exactly what he was doing, but I didn’t even need it. I trusted him 100%. In addition to that, he’s such a unique dude and was both easy and interesting to talk to as he worked. During both the design and outlining process I could quickly see Bass’ attention to detail and level of perfectionism. He took the time to place and replace the stencil, piecing each section together to create the perfect whole image. This takes time, but it is 100% worth it. After our session was complete, Bass was more concerned with properly bandaging and sharing aftercare info with me than taking photos for his social media. In the past, I’ve had other tattooers so focused on getting the perfect image to post on their Insta, and they forgot to making sure I was set up to heal properly afterwards. Fantastic experience: After looking at his other portrait work, I contacted David Wands to replicate the album artwork for "Blue" by Joni Mitchell. I had this idea for years, she is hands down my favorite musician and I've listened to this album almost my whole life. He did a beautiful job, this was three or so years ago. I have gotten compliments on it almost everyday since then, most people aren't familiar with her or the album but agree it's amazing work. There has actually been three or four people who have recognized it right away though and were thrilled, it's given me an opportunity to share the joy she brings me with new people now. I'm going to see her for the first time in concert in a couple days and I'm with this group of other fans who I've proudly shown it to and they all think it's phenomenal. I'm so happy I trusted him and he did such a great job. Thank you, David! I only have three tattoos total and this is definitely the largest, most detailed, and all around best one. I will probably go to him for my next tattoo as well. The first photos are from right after I had it done three years ago, the last photo is from a couple days after I wrote this!

Fantastic experience: They are a professional out for sure and very organized. Set your consultation appointment up online before you go in by reviewing each artist and selecting the artist you like for your consult. I had Dave Wands because I wanted a nice black and greywash piece and he's been excellent. Coordinating and communicating our appointments, chill dude to conversate with and he's got a TV set up to throw on a movie to make the time pass. As far as the ink work, excellent. Gives solid post care instruction that has kept my tattoo in good shape. I have a second appointment set 2 weeks from now to get it finished and I'll post a pic with the results.

Positive experience: He did great style wise but he messed up. I was very clear on the color order I wanted. I told him 3 times how I wanted it. I'm squeamish so when he said he was done I looked down and the colors were swapped. When I told him he said "oh well. I think it looks better this way." I don't care how it looked to him, its on MY body forever. I still get irritated when I look at it.
