Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here! I got my brows microshaded back in September/October and I've been holding off on writing the review because I wanted to have the brows sit for a while and see how they changed throughout the months and I just wanna say I'm super happy with the results! The first time around they weren't too dark, so most of the color wore off. But when I went in 6 weeks for the touch up appointment, we did them darker and the color definitely stayed. She did a great job in shaping my eyebrows the right way, the shading wasn't too painful, but you do want to follow the healing instructions to a T. They provide everything that you will need and have more products for sale if you want to stock up. I'll definitely be back for my yearly touch up because this was an investment that was well worth it!

Read every bit of information she gives you because she lays it all out for a reason.

Fantastic experience: Very much enjoyed the whole experience! Such a cute cozy place that you forget you are in an office. It's like hanging out with your besties. All in a days work. Fantastic experience: I’m so very happy that I chose Brow Babes! Worth the $ and drive to Louisville to receive PROFESSIONAL art. Highly recommend if you are considering microshading or lip brushing. You will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Customers should be able to leave honest reviews without being pressured or name-called. During my appointment, a male friend of the owner was present and was loudly cussing and making negative comments about women. This made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I later asked if my husband could accompany me to my follow-up appointment, I was told “no” because it is a “girls only club,” yet the owner stated that her son and boyfriend are allowed. This is a clear contradiction. Despite frequently complaining online about clients rescheduling, she rescheduled my appointment for her own vacation. This is yet another contradiction. She stated to me, via text, that I should have said something to her about me being made to feel uncomfortable “within 72 hours”. At what point did we start telling women that they have a deadline to make a complaint? Again, another clear contradiction for a “safe space”. After canceling, I was labeled “abrasive,” and when I requested video to support this claim, none was provided but she did make sure and immediately charge my credit card. The owner also expressed frustration with another female client, saying she “would like to punch her,” which felt unprofessional and unsafe. Another example of clear contradiction. Overall, my experience reflects a business that is pushy, inconsistent, and unwilling to take accountability. Her Yelp reviews paint a very different picture than her Google reviews; she does ask her clients for 5 star reviews while there. Please take the time to read them before signing a contract with her.

Fantastic experience: Chare’e is AMAZING! Everything from the consult to the actual brow appointment was perfect. I felt welcome and like I’d know them all for years. The shop is beautiful, clean, and Zen, definitely my kind of place! Mal took before and after photos. She was the sweetest! Montana greeted and seated me, put the numbing cream on, brought me a water, then took my payment and gave me my aftercare pack and post-op instructions. She’s super nice and very professional. The procedure itself was very easy, I didn’t feel 99.9% of it! Chare’e was totally about what I wanted and made sure I got it. She listens to you and is 100% open to helping you achieve the results you’re looking for. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with my results will HIGHLY recommend BROW BABES to anyone looking for PMU. I still have to have my touch up done in 6 weeks and I’m really just looking forward to seeing them all again :) I also see lip blushing in my future and maybe even eyeliner ;) Y’all! This is, hands down, the place to go for all of your PMU needs!!

Fantastic experience: I have to be honest — I walked into this experience nervous, fully expecting pain… and WOW was I wrong. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, smooth, and beyond amazing. From the moment I arrived, the consultation staff made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. I didn’t even flinch. Not once. She took her time perfectly mapping and drawing my brows, then walked me through everything and let us review them together to make sure they were flawless (spoiler: there were no imperfections). Once we agreed, she got to work — and I was blown away. I was literally amazed. I could not believe the final result. My brows are STUNNING — better than I ever imagined. On top of that, I received a full after-care kit, which took all the guesswork out and made me feel completely confident about caring for my brows at home. My friend got her eyebrows done 1st and I was thoroughly impressed with the shading, shape, and how they healed. I then had Chare’e touch up my ombré eyebrows that were done by a different artist 4 years ago. I love the knowledge experience Chare’e has in the permanent makeup Industry. Fantastic experience: I had my brows done at Brow Babes by the owner, Chare’e, and I honestly wish I could give more than five stars! Technically, this wasn’t traditional microblading — it was permanent makeup, more like a tattoo, which is much less damaging to the skin. Chare’e was so kind, professional, and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain everything and gave me clear instructions on how to care for my brows so they’ll last as long as possible. When you invest in a service like this, that guidance really matters. I was pretty nervous going in because I had microblading done before elsewhere and it was quite painful. But I’ve followed Chare’e on Facebook for a long time, did my research, and knew she was the best — so I was thrilled when I found out she would be the one doing my brows. This was actually a Christmas gift from my husband. Not only was the process completely painless, but the whole team made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. And Chare’e is truly an artist. My brows look better than when I try to draw them on myself — so natural, full, and beautiful. I feel like a million bucks even without makeup. I work in healthcare and do long 12-hour shifts, and it has been such a game changer to wake up, wash my face, throw my hair in a bun, and head out the door without spending 30 minutes trying to get my brows perfect. The time savings alone are priceless. Yes, it’s an investment — but you truly get what you pay for. My experience was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve known this girl only via Facebook for so many years and we finally met in person yesterday and she is the kindest, funniest most beautiful person I’ve ever met inside and out! Fantastic experience: As a straight male, I was hesitant to get any "make-up" done but I've always hated my weak brows so I went for it. Chare'e did mine and she did warn me that I was gonna possibly be freaked lol. I liked them when they were done but it did feel a little too much Ru-Paul haha. She was 100% right though, they lightened up and look so natural, she really is an artist. Can't recommend it more to my weak eyebrow bros. Thanks Chare'e, it was worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: First of all the communication is top tier! The instructions before your appointment are fail proof! Then when you arrive at the shop it’s like you walk into an oasis. The artist was so nice. The owner is amazing! The instructions when you go home are on a card with a bag of everything you’ll need to keep them clean and looking good. Negative experience: Don’t expect the color you choose for lip blushing to remain. At first I was afraid that lip blushing with the color I selected would look too much in some events like funerals, so I went with a lighter color, which showed no difference. So, I asked for my original color, but still have to put lipstick on. I spent twice the money originally quoted to get the color shown in the picture, but was told not to expect it to look like I have that lipstick on.

Fantastic experience: I'm a returning customer. It had been 3 years since my last appointment and my brows still had good shape to them. As always my appointment went great and my brows look amazing. Scheduling is a breeze. She gives great info for the healing process.

I walked in expecting to feel some moderate pain, however it was pretty much a pain free procedure - for me. I'd say 1/10 on the pain scale. I showed the color I was interested in on my phone, we talked about it and she got to work. Currently I'm a couple weeks post appointment (haven't hit my follow up yet) and I'm impressed with the results. I had very little swelling, if any and for the peeling stage the same. Very light, barely noticeable peeling. My color is starting to come back in at this stage and I love it.

Fantastic experience: This was my first touch-up for my brows that Sharee had done over a year ago. I had some fading on my right brow due to some products I was using (I didn't notice the "do not use" ingredients in that product). She noticed immediately that I had more fading than usual and asked about the products I was using. She STRESSED the importance of avoid products that can cause fading. She definitely knows what she's doing and wants you to do what's best to protect your investment. I have thrown out all of my previous products and bought the recommended cleanser and moisturizer. Follow the instructions and trust the process! I love my brows! Thanks Sharee!

Fantastic experience: I love my brows ! Charee is amazing ! She doesn’t mind if you want to change things on your brows, she will fix them until you are 100% happy with them. Negative experience: My interaction with Charee has been one of the worst I've had in life! If I could give 0 stars, that's what it would've been. This lady canceled my appt 4 hours before my appt time and robbed me of $318 total. She literally told me she would not refund my money due to me being a brat. That is insane! No one should ever receive that kind of treatment when the employer cancels you for their own personal reasons. Horrible customer service and I will definitely tell people as much as possible to avoid this business! RUN THE OTHER WAY AND AVOID AT ALL COST! There are plenty of other places that provide this service and I'm sure they won't steal from you like BROWBABES did!

Fantastic experience: I started getting my eyebrows done almost 5years ago and the brow babe owe me NOTHING!!! This investment in my self has changed my life. I am confident I feel beautiful and I am grateful I picked the right place to come. When you look good you feel good. She’s the queen of her craft period!!!!! Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! First of all, being in the Brow Babes studio is like being in a greenhouse. Someone there has a phenomenal green thumb. But beyond that, the work they did was beautiful, professional, and artistically done. I had permanent eyeliner applied and then got my brows laminated and tinted. I was thrilled with the outcome of both procedures. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! I came into the studio nervous and not knowing what to do necessarily about my lip color. I was greeted with a warm welcome and Charee guided me every step of the way. I've gotten permanent makeup before at other places and they did an amazing job as well, but the vibe was alot more chill and less surgical room than precious places. Clean modern and open. Negative experience: Poor customer service and poor result, I should have also researched them better. Read their YELP reviews, they are quite eye opening as to the type of business they run. Update if you actually paid attention, I never left a review on YELP. But for us older ladies be advised this place is nothing more then a tattoo studio. They don't care about the customer. Just beware.

Once you establish your appointment, there are also videos and PDF files with the same information to ensure you get the best results. Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Chare’e (The Brow Babes) enough. Here is my full review! First of all the environment is adorable, comfortable, and clean with friendly staff who you can tell love and respect eachother. I have had a major glow up lately losing over 70 pounds and the only thing I was still insecure about was my eyebrows. My mom is a red head and I inherited her thin light brows. So basically my whole life I’ve had zero brows and was joked on my entire childhood. I started shaving them off to drawing them on every day. Such an inconvenience! For my birthday my partner said she would buy me microblading. Upon further research I realized microblading was NOT for me. I knew exactly who I needed to go to for what I wanted. Chare’e is my Facebook friend and I had been admiring her work for years. Upon my arrival I was super nervous because I have an incredibly low pain tolerance. If you do as well I’m here to say pain is maybe a 1/10. If that. The numbing cream works absolute wonders and is reapplied multiple times. The 1% of pain would be the one millisecond of sting you feel when the numbing cream is reapplied. She has a very light steady hand and I honestly almost fell asleep. The way the payments are broken up is WONDERFUL and super super helpful. I LOVE how she’s gone about receiving the payments and how easy and affordable it is that way. The healing process was easy and painless. She takes extreme pride in her work making sure everything is perfect before you walk out that door no matter how long it takes (which it didn’t take super long regardless). I loved how honest and upfront she was about the process and what to expect and what she felt I needed as far as shape and color and I do feel as though in these circumstances you should always trust the professional. Of course I’m very glad I did because I am extremely happy with my results, even getting emotional several times because I feel like I am the hottest I’ve ever been now! I can’t thank her enough for the abundance of new found confidence I have now. I will be recommending her to everyone. Hope this is helpful in making your decision!

Fantastic experience: I am a 49-year-old who has done very little over the years for myself, so scheduling this appointment came with a lot of apprehension. I was worried it would be an uncomfortable atmosphere and I would feel out of place. I arrived and was immediately greeted by smiles and a warm welcome which helped to ease my tensions. The entire space gives off a spa vibe and is extremely relaxing. You do not feel like a number, nor do you feel as if you will be rushed through your appointment. The process itself is relaxed and Chare'e immediately gets to work. She is focused, precise and extremely dedicated to her craft. From your first encounter, you will feel like she is the sister you really wish you had. I cannot recommend The Brow Babes enough. If you are considering scheduling... just do it. You will not be disappointed in the results. I am on day 3 now and I am extremely pleased with my brows. I finally feel like I have myself a little more put together and that feeling is priceless.

Fantastic experience: My tattoo artist Morgan did an amazing job. If the owner hadn't come over and told me she was in her apprenticeship I would never have known. She listened to my ideas and offered her own feedback to ensure I was happy with the design, size and placement before beginning. Overall my experience with Morgan was excellent and I would highly recommend her for small fine line tattoos.
