Fantastic experience: Russell is a gem! I called about getting my nose ring replaced and he told me to come through and he could work me in. The client before me was a 4 year old little girl. He was absolutely fantastic with her! Simply kind and genuine. I felt that same energy when I was in his chair as well. It took him no time at all to complete the replacement. This place was so clean, I swear you could eat off the floor. Thank you, Russell!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a sign to remove your microbladed brows, this is it! What sold me was seeing someone say "Tattoo Bills is where tattoo artists go to get their tattoos removed." Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, not pushy. He gave me realistic expectations and explained what to expect because not all ink are made the same and removal experiences for everyone is different. He talked me through the entire process and gave me encouragement when needed. I'm not going to lie, it is painful but no more painful than getting your brows microbladed. It was quick and easy, and the aftercare is simple. I appreciated the fact that Frank did a little patch test before we did the removal to get an idea of what we'd be dealing with. 100/10 experience, my first session turned out better than that we both anticipated for having 6 years of microbladed brows. Tattoo Bills is truly the place to go if you have ink you want gone!

Today I came in to get a dermal piercing on my chest and I honestly was kind of nervous just for the simple fact that I was trying to find a good place in charlotte to get it done at and couldnt find one untill I came across Tattoo Bill's. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left, I felt part of a family and Tattoo Bill's is such a clean tattoo place which is a big plus in my eyes. Russell did my dermal piercing and I absolutely would recommend him to every and anybody. you can tell he loves what he does and he is very knowledgeable!

They beautiful created the mermaid design that I wanted and even was able to alter the drawing the day of to frame my hips more the way I wanted. While I was waiting I was given water/soda as well as snacks. The service overall was incredible, if I get more tatoos in the future I will definitely come back. Kay was also wonderful at making sure I was doing okay and allowing breaks and offered me numbing spray. I would recommend Tattoo Bills to anyone seeking an organized and comfortable experience with wonderful results.

Fantastic experience: They were so awesome. The lady name is kay that did my tattoo again. My mother died when she was 19 I was only eight months old. She designed a flower and put my mother‘s name Ginger at the top of the flower and the year she died at the bottom of the flower 1986 she did so good I would rather for her to tattoo me then for me to shave my own legs that’s how good she is and I’m not lying at all. I will be going back to her because I’m going to get three portraits of all three of my kids put on my back and she is gonna be the one that’s going to do it. she is very easy handed. You will barely feel anything.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her ears pierced when she was a baby but she took her earrings out and never put them back in for about 5 years so i thought they were closed. I was going to get them re pierced then Russell suggested we try to put earrings in. I thought my 10 yr old daughter was going to freak bc she has a very low tolerance to pain, which is why she never let us do it. But Russell was so good with her and patient. It took like 5 minutes. She is very happy and i will def be coming back here for any future piercings.

Fantastic experience: I took my 10-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced at this location on 7/23/25, and if you haven’t heard about Russ yet—he’s fantastic. I had heard great things about him beforehand, but he far exceeded my expectations. A first piercing should feel special, whether it’s ears or anything else, and Russ truly made it that way. He walked my daughter through every single step, making sure she understood everything and felt comfortable the whole time. He also took the time to answer my questions about nose piercings and the placement I was considering—he was incredibly gentle, not just with my daughter but with me as well. He joked around with both of my kids and even offered them suckers at the end. The entire shop was spotless (yes, even the bathrooms!), and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Every single person we interacted with had a smile on their face and was more than happy to answer our questions. Highly recommend this place—especially if you’re looking for someone kind, patient, and skilled like Russ.

People are very friendly and You kind of feel like you’re at home . My tattoo artist was LYRICK and I couldn’t say enough positive things about her. And on top of all those amazing things, she is a very gentle tattoo artist the pain is very minimum and graceful. My tattoos were my children’s names which are very special to me and my son’s footprints, which I put 1 foot on each one of my feet on my Achilles heel to symbolize that he’s walking through life with me and she nailed it

Had a little trouble in the beginning because I wanted my tattoo changed a little and the artist couldn’t do it and they found me an artist willing to work with me and helped me change it and it turned out awesome. Definitely look for Josh if you’re getting a tattoo. He did really good work and cool to talk to.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 12 long years since going to Tattoo Bills for my 1st tattoo. I recently moved back to the area and decided to go back for another and they did not disappoint. The new shop is awesome, very clean and organized. I sent an email request to Kenny of what I wanted along with a few reference photos. Within a few hours, Kenny reached back out and said he had a great artist for the job! I was able to get in next day. From the time I got there, to the time I left, everything was great. Check in was easy, I waited only 5 minutes before the artist (Johnathan) came to get me and we started right away. Jonathan designed an awesome bull skull with flowers (roughly 4in x 8in) which I love! He also used saniderm afterwards to cover the area. I’ve never used that before but it was the best healing process I’ve experienced. And the prices are right on track with what you would expect (not cheap but not outrageous) middle of the road. I’ll definitely be back, I’m so glad they are still serving the community!

Fantastic experience: What a professional staff! We were in town from Chicago visiting our Sister and decided to get tattoos. Upon entry we were greeted with the biggest hello and smiles. Now our tattoo artist Stobby was the icing on the cake. Very professional, friendly and hilarious. He had us laughing the whole time. He was so good, my other sister decided to go back the next day to let him cover an old tattoo. His work Phenomenal because it looked like a fresh tattoo. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Russell did our piercings and he was awesome. This was our third time here and he always does an amazing job. He is funny, he is fast, and he puts you at ease. It is very clean there and a welcoming environment. Definitely recommend!
