Fantastic experience: Jada is one of the best piercers i’ve ever gone to. I’ve gotten 7 piercing from her and recommended her to anyone who even mentions the word piercing. I’m also a germaphobe and noticed how sterile and sanitary the place was from when I walked through the door. Highly recommend this shop!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible workers. They turned multiple customers away over an hour before the shop was even closed because they didn’t feel like working. Would never recommend this to any person in Florida. Lazy and should have their licenses revoked.

Negative experience: Yesterday afternoon, My daughter and I went to Heart Breaker Tattoo Shop. She got her bellybutton and eyebrow pierced and I got my tragus pierced. The piercer searched for a post for a while when I initially sat on the table. She said she would give me a nicer earring since they did not have one of the particular ones she needed. When I woke up this morning, I discovered my earring had fallen out overnight, which at this point was about 12 hours since getting it done. I called the shop, and spoke to someone who told me that the hole was probably closed at this point (which I figured) and that I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for it to heal to re-pierce it. I asked if I needed to pay to have it re-pierced since I had just gotten it done the afternoon before, and was told that I needed to pay again since the person on the phone was not the person that pierced me. She asked me if I knew the name of the person that did it because they had someone covering. I gave her the person's name as I used Zelle to tip her and a card to pay for myself and my daughter. She asked me to call her back around 2:30pm as the phone number I called her on was a land line and she couldn't get my phone number. When I called her back, she said she spoke to the owner about it and the best they can do is either wait until the person that did it came back (which they admitted they weren't sure when that would be), or I could return to the shop and get it done by their regular piercer for 50% off. This is pretty disappointing as this ultimately means that I paid for a piercing that barely lasted 11 hours or I am stuck paying again for something that shouldn't have come undone in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Came in for the flash sale for Friday the 13th/Valentine’s day. The vibe of the shop is so cool and the owner Ryan is awesome. They were super busy but very accommodating. I got a conch and tragus piercing from Emilia and it came out great.

Fantastic experience: I can’t give Heartbreakers a good enough review! My boyfriend and I came for their flash day on the 13th and had a great experience. Overall the vibe was on point and we felt like they really went above and beyond with a DJ and catering. The shop on the inside really exudes chill energy and the owners/artists are all so great. We worked with Dori and she was amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and had such a light hand that made my first tattoo experience, I feel, better than I could have ever expected. Would recommend Heartbreakers if you’re looking for a chill, clean, and fun place to get a tattoo :)

Negative experience: As an ex-extremely frequent customer of this location, I refuse to step foot in this locaton nor refer colleagues to this location. the partner Ryan is extremely unprofessional, does not maintain shop cleanliness(i.e. changing air filters for the ventilation allowing several instances across customers to experience bacteria red bumps and/or infection. Management will not ensure garbage(paper, food, wrapers, etc) are disposed of properly and surfaces are clean at the end of the day. He maintins his front as a caring/outgoing/empathetic person, but when you get to know him all he cares from you is your money. On that same breath has taken store money for personal expenses, he has delayed payment and/or underpaid employees(sometimes both) through speaking withnumerous unnamed artists. The artists in this shop are among the mosted talented people i know and deserve all the support in the world, i do not condone this shop. Other parter John enables said behavior and closes a blind eye. My advice, if you insist on making an appointment in this location, directly contact the artist to book your tattoo as you will be concidered (their client) instead of (the shops) client before every session/appointment. thank you for your time, I cannot stand to see ths continue

She is very skilled, and it definitely shows in her work. This is my second multiple hours session, and I am excited to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND heartbreakers for any and all tattoo needs.
