Negative experience: Got my first tattoo and had a good experience. However when I had to go back for my second session, he said it was free, but then I never confirmed our appointment and was trying to charge me $600! Good artist, bad management. Hopefully they change and people can have a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Ink and Soul Tattoo shop to find options for doing a partial coverup of an old tattoo. The place has a great vib, very clean, great location, and friendly staff, so it wasn't a hard decision to know where to have the work done! Not only did Pedro do an amazing job in covering the undesired part of the original work, he brought new life to my old tattoo that simply blew me away! Negative experience: Went for a simple consultation with my tattoos covered, gave them an intricate scorpion design, they simplified it, and still quoted me 900 dollars for the outline of a scorpion with no detail. 7-8 inches long 4 inches wide for context. The same tattoo was done better, same size, more detail for 300. Don’t let them scam you either.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to honor my uncle who had had a kidney transplant and passed away earlier this year. I knew I wanted a kidney and went here upon recommendation from a friend. I set up a consultation, met with Markos, showed him some inspiration and what I wanted to change and he sketched out a design that far exceeded my expectations. Tattoo took about 2 hours max with set up. I loved that he added the white ink to make the design pop. I couldn’t ask for a better way to honor my uncle’s legacy. Really thankful for Markos and the rest of the crew in helping me do so! 5/5 recommend!

Not everyone can do anime tattoos. So clean and detailed. They even bought me delicious Peruvian food. Kind souls. All of them. Fantastic experience: Wanted a tattoo for years ever since I lost my daughter, but I could never land on the right concept that symbolized her and still held space for my whole family. A couple months ago I got an idea that just resonated: Zelda hearts. A half heart for my angel, and full hearts for my girls. Found Pedro by chance on a trip to Miami and had the best experience. A consult turned into a tattoo and I couldn’t be happier. The team was very professional, very interested in the meaning behind my idea, and very talented. Fantastic experience: On Thursday I had 3 tattoos done by Sara and I love them. I had a memorial tattoo for my cousin who recently passed and 2 other small tattoos. The memorial tattoo was in her handwriting and it was executed beautifully. It was such a seamless process and I felt very comfortable in this environment. Sara took the time to make sure all my desires were met and was patient with me. The store was also very clean and Sara was sure to be very sterile and went over aftercare with me. Will definitely be going back.
