Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place! Today, I took my daughter to get her first piercing. My daughter is terrified of needles and always gets lightheaded at the sight of them but she told me that she didn't feel like she usually did when Jeff pierced her. Jeff was really respectful and took the time to explain everything to my daughter. He made the whole process flawless and calm. Thanks so much!!!

Negative experience: Never even stepped foot there but not wanting to after speaking to someone on the phone he was extremely rude and dismissing. I’m a potential customer and I don’t see anything wrong with comparing prices and checking other places before making a decision. He was rude and I will not be taking my business there! 0/5 if I could.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place!! Worst artist ever extremely not sanitize my tattoo got infected, and I had to go to the hospital And the owner keeps saying give it time to heal. It is not my first tattoo.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t get my ear pierced on this place, but I went here hoping they would help me to get my piercing earring out because it was stuck and I had been struggling with that for a week. Jimmy, one of the employees, was really nice about it and helped me with my situation. He even gave me some tips for future problems with my earrings. Great service!

Negative experience: Went for a wrist tattoo of 3 small birds and ended with a disaster on my wrist that’s taken me over 2 years to get rid of and $1500 of laser treatment. Picture is what I wanted VS. what I got.

Fantastic experience: Eric is great !! He did my frog eye tongue piercing. It was quick service, detailed instructions, and just a wholesome experience all around! Highly suggest getting your piercings done with him. I had some issues with it after, and he was happy to hear my concern and even help fix it!! Others would've charged a whole extensive fee, but he just wanted to help. I appreciate it all. Will be back for any future piercings!!!!
