Negative experience: Went and got a nostril piercing i though it was fine until i went to my regular piercer to get a previous piercing checked and was informed that i was pierced incorrectly and that the hoop they told me to put in after a week was one too small and two incorrect piercer advice as you should wait atleast 6 weeks before changing it. The bar i was pierced with was also way too small so i had to get it taken out and i am now letting it heal and will go back to my regular piercer once it is fully healed to get it repierced properly. My friend who was with me also realised that between both of us getting piercings nothing was sanitised and he did not change his gloves or wash his hands. I do not reccomend this piercing shop. They also did not take any form of id so they could be piercing a large number of people who are underaged

Fantastic experience: Both our daughters have had multiple ear piercings here and the service has always been great.

Negative experience: Got an ear piercing there that wouldn’t heal after 8 months and kept bleeding even though I followed all the instructions and cleaned it regularly. It also turned out the piercings weren’t even and one was higher than the other, wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic experience: Got my first piercing here many years ago and always return here when I need new jewellery. Staff are friendly, helpful and clearly know their stuff. Can't recommend them enough.

The place was super clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. My piercer was calm, gentle, and clearly knew what they were doing — made the whole thing quick and easy. I love how it turned out and definitely plan to come back for my next one! Don’t think we will go anywhere where else now. Traveled over an hour for the appointment and would 1000% do it again. Thank you so much we are delighted with our new bling

Fantastic experience: Went in today to get my 5 year old daughters ears pierced, from the jump they were the most friendly and welcoming people, put my daughter at ease, and were done and dusted quickly, lollipop was a kind touch, I'll be back with my younger daughter once she turns 5. Brilliant place, will always recommend ❤️

Positive experience: Last week i went to get an earlobe piercing and all the staff were lovely. I have a fear of needs so i was quite nervous but the man who did my piercing made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately the piercing was squint but the man who did the piercing took ownership of the mistake, apologised and corrected it for me. All in all it was a good experience and i will be going back for more piercings in future

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here and will be coming back for future piercings. I was able to drop in at little notice to have my ear pierced. I was nervous but they were very reassuring and took a look of effort to make sure my piercings were placed right. When I had trouble with my piercing a week or so later the aftercare was amazing too.

Positive experience: lovely experience with Gale in my walk-in today she was super confident and made sure i liked the placement before going ahead, and explained her thought process through everything EDIT: i dropped a star on my review as they do suggest using an aftercare lotion that should NOT be used on fresh piercings

Negative experience: Went here for a double n****e piercing. The dots were drawn on but I was not asked to check if I liked their placement. I didn't think too much about it because I'd been told by himself and the receptionist he had 24 years of experience. He pierced me and it was fine. As soon as he held up the mirror I told him the right piercing was squint. Not just a little, but at the wrong angle entirely. He told me I was wrong, it was the way I was sitting, it was swelling (this was less than a minute after it had been pierced) and just denied what both me and my partner could clearly see. He bandaged me up and sent me home. I was told not to take the bandages off the piercings until the next morning and as soon as I did my heart sunk. The left piercing was near horizontal, and the right piercing was almost perpendicular to that. I messaged the shop to say it was squint and got a very bland, blunt reply of 'take it out and come back in a week'. I was miffed but responded saying I wasn't comfortable with them touching me again and I wanted a partial refund. I was told no refund but to book in with their other resident piercer. I did but I've since cancelled it because I just don't trust them. I messaged back to cancel and was completely ignored. No apology, nothing. I went to the place I normally go and they fixed it no problem (I didn't even need to wait for it to heal because of how off the mark the previous piercing was). All of this to say: don't go. Just avoid. Their reviews are going downhill and their practises are leaving a lot to be desired. I had to spend more on getting their botched job fixed than just having it done at a different shop.

Fantastic experience: I had my lip pierced by Mick. Both him and Lucy were fantastic and made me feel so welcome. They explained everything clearly and I can honestly say that this was the easiest piercing I’ve ever had. I 100% recommend. I can’t wait to get more done by them. Thank you both!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service/weird policies Was gifted a voucher for Christmas which had got cleared up in amongst the Christmas wrapping paper and thrown out. However, we had contacted the shop and were told it wouldn't be a problem as they record the name of the person on the gift voucher in their own book too. Arrived at the shop and explained this; staff checked and found my name in their gift voucher book and another member of staff then said she needed to 'clear' this with the owner and called him. He could be heard ranting at her to the point she handed the phone to me so he could 'explain' to me directly. He then said that it was against policy (his own) to allow people to use a voucher without the physical voucher, which I would understand if my name hadn't also been in their own gift voucher records. His "reasoning" was that someone could find the voucher (which I had thrown out at christmas) and use it. I suggested they score my name out in the book to show it had been used. However, that suggestion was obviously too progressive and he was stuck in his fixed and nonsensical reasoning. After a lengthy phonecall where minutes of my life were wasted and my ears were still bald. I left and won't return. The other staff were lovely and I'm sure they would of done a great job. Just a warning to anyone who was thinking of getting a voucher. If the person you're giving it to has never lost, misplaced or accidently thrown a voucher out anything ever in their life, you'll all be fine The purpose of their gift voucher book will remain one of life's mysteries Picture of my unpierced, unhappy ear

Fantastic experience: I called to wanting to get a belly piercing as they were about to close. The owner drove back just to pierce me. He spent ages making sure it was perfect and also gave me an after care pack. The receptionist was lovely also. Piercing healed very well! Great place and service x (this was in April 2023 lol I’ve just remembered to leave a review)

Negative experience: Got several ear piercings here years ago and had issues with all of them due to the inferior jewellery and the way they were pierced. Lobes were pierced with a gun and I wasn’t given any warning before it happened. The hoops used in my helix were way too small and the edges of the hoops were jagged, so they were forever tearing up my ear, making it impossible to heal fully. I was unable to take the hoops out on my own, so had to get another piercer to remove them. Even she struggled with them before managing to get them out and was shocked at the size and totally impractical style of hoops used.

Negative experience: Bar was far to small, refused to change the bar, another piercer had to change it due to the bar being to small it wouldn’t stop bleeding, after 3 months there is no sign of healing due to this. Also pierced i in wrong place

Fantastic experience: so far I've gotten my lobes repierced and my eyebrow pierced at westport and both times were amazing! really clean building and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the lady piercing me even recognised me from the year before which was nice! looking forward to getting my upper lobes and lips pierced in the next 2 weeks :)

Fantastic experience: Booked for my Niece and I to get our noses pierced for her 12th birthday. The whole experience was brilliant ! The piercer was very good with her as she was a little nervous but she was very happy with it. I felt a bit unwell after watching her get hers done but he was great with me and allowed me a few minutes to feel better to allow me to get mine done. I got my nose pierced 20 years ago and it was a terrible experience but yesterday was a breeze. Would 100% recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars - Mick is clearly a very experienced piercer, navigating my small ear anatomy and placing a helix and daith piercing with efficiency and minimal pain. Very friendly and easygoing, and wasn’t fussed to help fit me and my friend very last minute. It’s healing well and couldn’t be happier. Have gladly recommended him to several friends already :)

Negative experience: Got recommended to go here by a friend, definitely wouldn’t go again. Never had piercings done before, that I can remember, I have a very masculine name that I wrote on the sheet, no one looked at it so they misgendered me the entire appointment. Didn’t tell me what was happening, and completely changed the style of the piercing I wanted, so the positioning is all off, but I couldn’t tell as she marker a part of my ear that I couldn’t see. No one introduced them self to me, no one explained anything, or told me when they were going to push the needles through. I do not understand how everyone else has had a good experience here, as I will probably have to take my piercings out as they are completely wrong. A waste.

Even though the pain was horrendous he made it much more bearable, he was also friendly and very professional. Was over in seconds and even got a lollipop at the end haha. Fantastic experience: Went here for a re-piercing of my earlobes as (I thought) they had closed up after a few years of not wearing earrings. The gentleman who attended to me discovered they were not completely closed and very quickly sorted me out and inserted my chosen studs. The service I received from when I got there from the receptionist and then from the body piercer and aftercare info was excellent. I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and my ears are doing well!
