Fantastic experience: My absolute fav, Shannon has probably done 90% of my many tattoos and I’m always delighted with them. Any others I have from other members of the team too are spot on. Wouldn’t recommend any other tattoo studio more than this amazing team ❤️

Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend her if you want high-quality fine line work.

Fantastic experience: An amazing tattoo studio! Felt super welcome (props to Barnabas) and comfortable which is a big thing as I am an anxious human being. Shannon walked over everything in detail and made sure I was happy and knew what was happening. Killer soundtrack as well! Also has a lovely selection of stock from independent sellers in their reception area. Highly recommended.

So friendly and warm, and made sure I was completely happy with placement and position before starting - something I’ve noticed previous artists not taking enough time doing. She also offered tea and biscuits during a short break, and ensure I was comfortable throughout. Fantastic experience: From the first steps inside the studio you can tell you’ve come to the right place. Clean and homely. The level of care and professionalism Shannon has put into the studio is almost unmatched. You can tell when you step into the studio from the reception area that they are like a small family, they look after each other and every single guest that walks through the door. It’s quite inspiring. I’ve got many different styles of tattoos from Earl Grey over the years and they always check to see how I was doing, if I needed a break to stretch or a lunch/coffee break. I couldn’t recommend Earl Grey more. I’ll only be disappointed when I run out of body parts to get tattoos on.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from start to finish, immaculate vibes in the shop, lots of great art on every wall, great amenities, everything was nice and clean and Barnabas explained everything he was planning on doing and how long it was gonna take and he took expert care of the canvas he was working on, great guy honestly with an insane amount of artistic ability. Will definitely be back for many more full day sessions. Best shop I've been to by far.

Fantastic experience: The shop was very welcoming from the start, bright and airy with lots of art work and bits to look at while waiting. Shannon was lovely and took a lot of time to adjust the stencil to fit around an existing tattoo even though it was a ready made design i'd booked. She tattooed very gently and made sure i was comfortable at all times. I'm really happy with the tattoo and would love to get more done here!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Mishia, I got a tattoo in memory of a beloved pet I lost recently. And she made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. She listened to what I liked, and took everything I said into account. I sent her pictures of what I'm looking for and she designed an amazing piece that brought me to tears. The studio was very clean and I absolutely loved the atmosphere in earl gray. It's really comforting and homey. I have absolutely no negatives and will definitely come back to Mishia for any of my future tattoos I can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I love this studio. It's easy to find, and close to parking (but keep an eye on timings). Everyone in the studio is super friendly and have added touches of their personalities to the decoration. I got tattooed by Shannon Hazel. She took the time to see what tattoos I'd already had to ensure I knew what I was getting into (tattoo was touching on the elbow bumps). She was super relaxed and checked in that everything was how I wanted it. Plus her artwork is stunning and healed very well and quickly. Would highly recommend this place, and found Shannon to be a great artist with a light touch.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a place! I got 2 beautiful tattoos today I can't recommend this place more! It's very welcoming atmosphere the brightness and comfort were all welcoming, but the tattooist I had today Barnabas was brilliant he calmed me down the minute I walked in with his cheery personality and always asking if I needed anything or if I was comfortable, iv had a lot of tattoos from different studios never able to find a regular that was welcoming and warming but I think I have found that now with earl grey especially Barnabas iv had a look at more of his flash designs and will be booking again very soon thank you so much for a great experience my tattoos are amazing 10/10

Whether you're going in to have a browse of their shop for pieces by local artists, attending for your 1st tattoo or your 10th tattoo, you are welcomed with open arms by all members of staff. My comfort and preferences are always put first by the team when getting tattooed here and I always feel in such safe hands. The artistry showcased by the team as well as the artists they stock within the shop is phenomenal and always well worth the visit!

Fantastic experience: An incredibly inclusive, welcoming and body positive studio, with a diverse group of artists who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure that you’re leaving happy. This studio really has something special, and sets an example to people of what getting a tattoo in a respectful and professional environment should be like. Every time I’m in, all the artists are always happy to be there, celebrate each other’s work, and really put you at ease and make you feel welcome. It’s clear that the trainees and apprentices are being taught well and supported too, which isn’t always the case in the industry. I’ve been tattooed by Shan since I was old enough to be getting tattooed, and more recently Paulina also, and I’m happy with everything and would always recommend this studio as my first choice.

I always feel welcomed, looked after, and like I’m the only client in the building (even when I’m not) All of the artists are so lovely, and you can tell that it’s a well curated creative space.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a last minute small tattoo for me and my friend for her birthday to mark 30 years of us being friends. She lives in Dundee and I live 2-3hrs away. I messaged every tattoo studio in Dundee to see if anyone could squeeze us in last minute while I was in Dundee. Earl Grey were amazing and offered for one of their artists to come in early and squeeze us in with their apprentice. There was a small mix up with the deposit which meant the appointment wasn't booked properly. I messaged Shannon the owner and she went above and beyond. She was amazing and managed to get us in. Tattoos were phenomenal, practically pain free, no bruising and healed perfectly. Totally reasonable price especially considering the level of professionalism and customer service. I would 100% percent book here again even with a 2-3 hour drive.

Shan took my ideas and created designs that I was so happy with. The studio itself is so calm and peaceful - it really put me at ease, as did Shan who was absolutely lovely throughout! Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo with Shannon in June 2022. Shannon was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I was a bit anxious with it being my first tattoo but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The salon is lovely and welcoming too which made it a really nice experience overall. I sent Shannon photos of images my grandparents had drawn and she fitted/drew them perfectly into the tattoo. I went for a touch up in September 2022 to add a couple of small fine lines, which Shannon was more than happy to do and again so welcoming and lovely. I have attached photos from when I first got it done in June 2022, when it was touched up in September 2022 and fully healed now in April 2023. I will definitely be back, thanks again Shannon :)
