Fantastic experience: I’ve had three cartilage piercings done here and I would absolutely recommend this place! The reception staff are always lovely, I’ve gotten pierced by Tracey each time and she is awesome and so so sweet, have never felt nervous during my appointments as she is so calm and clear with every step of the process. They have lots of stunning pieces of jewellery but also offer less expensive options depending on your budget. Will always be coming back for a new piercing ✨

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment yesterday for my wife to have her nose re-pierced, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and professional. My wife had her appointment, and was very pleased with her new bling. She said the member of staff was helpful and extremely pleasant, and the service was very thorough with regards to aftercare, there was an aftercare appointment made, which she never had from her previous piercing at another shop. My wife was so happy when she came out of the shop, and she will go to REB3L for her first tattoo, and after the experience she received, I'm sure I will join her for more tattoos, and possibly more piercings.

Fantastic experience: Got my first tattoo there today and the entire team were fantastic. Service was first class, prices were very reasonable and the facilities were incredibly clean. Joaquin was fantastic explaining things throughout the tattoo and I am beyond happy with the finished article.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, me and my mum went and I got my nipples pierced she changed her gloves so many times washed her hands so many times, the place is spotless absolutely wonderful place couldn’t recommend anywhere else they are just fantastic! Fantastic experience: I've had several piercings done at this parlour. Amongst them, two high nostrils. The staff has been on top of the healing process, and efficiently helpful with any issues I've had. They've always been professional, helpful and informative! Can't recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I popped in to buy a few pieces of jewellery for my lobes, which I'm going to pierce myself. I already have 12 piercings, so this would've made it 14. They blatantly refused to sell me anything as I'm not getting them to pierce me. Ah, well. Sucks to be them. I had money to burn! Not on them seemingly! Won't be back. (I now have 20 piercings. None done by these guys.)

Positive experience: Sorry guys I find for one ear single piercing 40 pounds is high.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my 9 year old grandson to get a piercing in his ear brought all the paper work as stated on their website let my grandson pick his earring to be told at the last minute it could not be done as we didn’t have a parent with us which it did not state on the website so we called a parent to come down only to be told that it would be too late they would not squeeze us in shocking customer service my grandson left a very unhappy boy

Fantastic experience: Got pierced by Beth. Incredibly talented piercer. Made me feel very relaxed when I was very scared. It hurt a lot it's a piercing duh, but she did everything she could to keep me as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend her enough! Won't be going to anyone else from now on. What started as a very scary and painful experience for me turned into a really fun and relaxed one thanks to her :)

Fantastic experience: I had a consultant appointment today at Reb3l Studio with Kev this morning, unfortunately due to my Psoriasis on my arms, better condition than usual, they would not be able to do what I wanted, for my safety & theirs. So sent away with good instructions on how to get the problem better which I will do. I do have medicated ointments to apply. The respect that I received during my consultation was First class. Hopefully all being well I will achieve the standard of skin for Kev to do the business. I'm just a 72 year old Rebel.

Fantastic experience: Have always had a great experience here. Staff are REALLY knowledgeable and trustworthy; I've bought my family here to help with their piercings! Bug variety of beautiful jewellery too.

Negative experience: Have been trying to get a price for a small tattoo since 23/01/23 we are now into April. I have yet to receive a price but I have received a collection of feeble excuses and fob offs and very poor customer service. Don’t bother to contact if you only want a small tattoo this time.

Fantastic experience: This is the only piercing shop I will go to in Aberdeen. The only shop in town that uses sterile gloves and adheres to UKAPP standards. The price is higher because you’re paying for quality. Extremely professional and supportive environment, non judgemental and LGBT+ friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who actually cares about what they’re putting on their bodies.

Negative experience: Not very happy about the fact I couldn't even get in. I only wanted a bit of help with my design and was told to go home and do it all online and even then the tattooist might not be willing to do it . Had my last two tattoos done here before but was shocked at how I was treated.

Fantastic experience: So I never leave reviews but the service I got here was do amazing I had to! So I got both nipples pierced by Beth, I was so nervous about the pain before going in but as soon I went in the room I felt completely at ease! Beth had everything prepared. She made everything super chilled even though I had to stand there top half nude. She just talked to me normally and was super professional. When it came to the actual piercing she talked me through it, although it was painful I felt super happy with the service and how careful she was. She let me have a little break in between and gave me water, had a little chat and checked in on me. Once we were done she just let me relax for a few minutes and then we were done! She's honestly the best piercer I've had I'd definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Knowledge and quality of piercings are second to none. It is extremely clean, professional and you feel in good hands. However, I left feeling embarrassed and a bit upset about how the whole appointment went. We were asked to pick our jewelry and it was all priced up. Completely out of my budget so when I said that the whole atmosphere of the appointment changed. It would be helpful if things were grouped together with a budget in mind for customers so they don't feel as embarrassed as me. I don't know many people who can spend £600+ for an appointment. The jewelry is beautiful but there are no price points to help you decide before hand. This obviously made the piercer feel I was wasting their time. Just something to be mindful of when you go

Negative experience: I have never been spoken to the way I was greeted today!!!! I as explained on the door, gave them a knock to acknowledge that I was there for my appointment. Beth came to the door with a face on her and told me they were busy as it’s 1 in 1 out!!! I pointed out that I was 5min early as asked to and was told I was 7min early and got the door shut in my face. She let the guy out who had been in and was away to take me before I mentioned the other customer that had been wanting for longer than me, so she took her in and shut the door in my face again!!!! Abhorrent behaviour and definitely no way to run a business therefore I am taking mine elsewhere.. Beth you need to sort your personal skills out as they are non-existing!!! You’re costing the business money with your awful attitude ☹️

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I went in for a daith and they said that I did not have enough to work with in either ear. I said I would have a helix instead and he said it was £30 when it came down to it it was more. My friend also had an issue when they didnt tell her the price of her jewellery. The wait time was ages. Went to another piercer and had my daith pierced. They were wrong originally when they said I didn’t have one

Fantastic experience: Wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings, Maree is simply the best at what she does. The studio is immaculate, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. I've had 6 piercings and 2 tattoos done here, best of the best in Aberdeen in one studio!

Fantastic experience: My sister went in to get an old tattoo covered up the staff were very knowledgeable about this and talk to her through the different designs she could and couldn't have because It is a cover-up of Another tattoo. I've seen the finished result, and it looks incredible and Cannot see the old tattoo at all. My sister Said the tattoo art is was very courteous and Professional. Also while I was waiting for her, I observed the staff were very polite to their clients. They have some great designs. Off the artboards to choose from or you can make your Or design up with help from the staff there like my sister did. You can pay for the deposit of your tattoo with a card, but the rest has to be in cash on the day Of the tattoo. You can get gift cards for tattoos here which make a great Christmas present . you can also schedule an appointment for your tattoo through the booksy app. On the disabled access side of things you need to open both doors to get in, but After that, you can get straight into the shop. If you were getting a tattoo, it would be a bit of a squeeze getting a wheelchair into the tattoo studio but not impossible as long as you can transfer Yourself to their bench for your tattoo. But if you're not sure just go in and speak to the staff, they seemed more than happy to help anyone.
