Fantastic experience: I chose Utopia on a bit of a whim to get my first tattoo. Was lucky enough to get guest artist Hayden. Can't speak higher than to say I chose him for my second too. I've since gone back for a bigger piece and had Wu. The guy is SERIOUSLY good at what he does. All 3 times I've visited, the atmosphere has been so chilled, all the staff have been super friendly and the music is good too. There might be better studios out there but I have no reason to look. I'll carry on coming back here, because why would I not. Thank you to all the staff and artists. See you again in due course. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Been going to these guys for a while now for tattoos and piercings, every time has been a delight. Most recently I got my eyebrow pierced but had the ball fall out a few days later - I emailed them and arranged a replacement that very same day, for no charge. These guys are absolute professionals and lovely people on top of that.

Fantastic experience: The studio is such a lovely environment, and the staff are beyond kind. Nathan scheduled me in to ensure that I had complete privacy for both my consultation and piercing appointment, clearly answered any and all of my questions, and was overall lovely to get pierced by. Reassuring, professional, wonderful to chat to, and never left me waiting during our email conversations. I’ll certainly be back for future piercings and would recommend others to book with this studio without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I visited Utopia to each get a set of lobe piercings. A first for her and a second for me. The studio itself was exceptionally clean and welcoming. My daughter was very excited but became very nervous. Nathan was so kind and understanding and took time to answer her questions and help her relax. Everyone that I have dealt with there has been great, super friendly, really knowledgeable and wants to make sure everything is right for you. Fantastic experience: I've had Tattoos for many years now and felt it was time to get them freshened up a bit. Over the years some had faded along with the stories behind them, although in my retirement years I popped in past Utopia body art in McCombie's court at the rear of M&S and met Nathan who is the owner, and Craig one of the Tattooist at the Studio. Both gave me very sound advice and a plan to get some of my Tats re-worked after a visual inspection. An appointment was made for Saturday 7th June at the studio, what struck me firstly was how friendly all the Staff were who took the time to say hello, and speak about my tats and generally have a conversation. I must also add what a great Studio Utopia have very modern and clean, more so with a very relaxing atmosphere. Craig then showed me round the Tattoo area which again was spotless and comfortable and how he would proceed with the re-work. When he got started all the safety and Hygiene rules were followed very thoroughly and in the end did a fantastic job with the tattoo now having vibrant colours and looking as new. As a result I will be going ahead with more re-works with Utopia in the very near future once I get an appointment arranged. Dennis Winchester.

From the start, the team was amazing. I came in feeling clueless about jewelry, but they walked me through everything with zero judgment and total expertise. Fantastic experience: Utopia Body Arts in Aberdeen is genuinely amazing. I went in on Saturday morning expecting to get an industrial ear piercing in my right ear. Nathan (the owner) was my piercer for the day. He is clearly a professional as he informed me my ear wasn’t the right shape for that style of piercing but he would do everything he could to give me a positive experience and leave with something I was happy with. The whole experience from start to finish was just pure gold. The hospitality is amazing, the actual studio is beautiful and incredibly clean, and the people are so friendly. Nathan was an absolute gent. I ended up getting a double helix, Nathan kept me at ease throughout the piercing and had great chat too. He is clearly very passionate about his business and piercing is his life. I am on day two of having had the piercing done and it’s not even sore? I expected it to be sore as they had warned me in the aftercare it would be but it’s clearly been done with such professionalism that there has been minimal trauma to my ear and it is healing well. I genuinely cannot recommend Utopia Body Arts enough. I felt so so welcomed there and I am so glad I chose to go there, Nathan is a total legend as are his team. Thank you Utopia! Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Utopia Body Arts getting my first cartilage (conch) piercing done by Nathan Hague. All members of staff were very friendly and informative. Nathan thoroughly cleaned my ear, used sterile gloves and the piercing itself hurt much less than expected. I can now say that a few weeks down the line, the piercing is healing beautifully with no infections or other complications. Although I was excited, I felt a little nervous, but the moment I arrived at Utopia and met Nathan, all my worries disappeared. Fantastic experience: Got a new piercing here yesterday from Nathan, all the staff were super friendly from the moment I went in. I’ve had a lot of piercings before never been done a smoothly as this one, had my cinch done and now 1 day after already feels completely normal no pain at all and only had a little burning pain initially after for an hour hasn’t bothered me since. 100% recommend here for any piercings give honest advice and opinions and would recommend for any first time piercings as the whole process was super calm and relaxing with friendly staff made the experience 100x better.

From initial contact, to booking the appointment and answering all my questions, the service I received was top notch. The studio has a super cool vibe and was immaculately clean. Fantastic experience: I went to utopia because the art on instagram and google were speaking to me positively. There were no hiccups at all from start to finish. Fantastic experience: What a positive and affirming experience I had at Utopia body arts last week. I confess this sort of thing was a first for me. Jordan helped me with my Daith piercing and what a lovely, knowledgeable and reassuring individual he is. I felt that the piercing was professionally, calmly (very helpful!) and efficiently executed. I was also impressed with the comprehensive aftercare information. I’m not really into multiple piercings but if you are, then I guess you have worked out by now that I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Got my first tattoo here, with my mother, back in August whilst on vacation in Scotland. We had Sophie as our tattoo artist and she was amazing! She did both of our tattoos and made us feel very comfortable and took the time to walk us through the aftercare thoroughly. I got a small tattoo since it was my first but I’m obsessed with it.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful atmosphere; you feel very at ease in the space. They went out of their way to source a very specific piece of jewellery for me and delivered. I was pierced by Vicky and they did such a beautiful job. I think it’s genuinely one of the best piercings I’ve had done (they very much do need to charge a piercing fee she deserves the money.) All of the communication was lovely, I couldn’t have a single complaint.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Utopia! I met Nathan at a previous studio and I was impressed with how professional and friendly he is, plus he’s just super quick! He makes you feel really well taken care of and is a proper expert. As I am so happy with Nathan’s work, when I wanted a new piercing on a whim and saw Jordan was available but not Nathan, I had no issues booking with Jordan, as anyone who works with Nathan must also be a great person and a master of his profession. I was right; Jordan did not disappoint at all! Plus, Jordan was working with the apprentice Vicky (? I think? I’m bad with names, but I know her brand is Pink Sheep Piercing), and the knowledge he was offering her sounded top notch. It was great to see that he could balance putting his client at the centre of the experience while also being a great teacher. As you can tell, I also got the chance to meet Vicky, who is absolutely lovely, bubbly and friendly! With both Nathan and Jordan around her and such a great personality, she’s going to be a great body piercer! Even when I had a couple of issues (bar fell out, small piercing bump) and had to pop back in and saw Nathan, I was still well taken care of, my panic of potentially losing the piercing put at ease, and all advise has worked really well! The bar was put back in the first one and the bump on the second is definitely going down. The piercing team at Utopia as a whole is top notch. Absolutely nothing is lacking, they work in a beautiful, hygienic environment, they’re friendly and very knowledgeable professionals, they make your comfort paramount, and really help put your nerves at ease while working with you to give you the piercing/s that look brilliant and work with your anatomy.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about having my ear pierced in multiple places but I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. Jordan was patient and professional and the variety of earrings was amazing. I came away with 2 piercings and 2 really good quality earrings. Super happy with my experience, I have already booked for my next 2.

Negative experience: While sterile and as a studio should be, process of a naval piercing carried out correctly the jewellery was wholly inappropriate for a 1st pierce. A claw set naval bar was picked (daughter wanted gem) and 6 months down the line after staying on top of cleaning etc she has a really noticeable irritation bump. I have years of piercings behind me so not inexperienced there but had never seen or had this. Having spoken with my piercer a claw set gem should NOT be used as the first jewellery. Should a gem be wanted it needs to be an embedded one to drastically reduce the odds of this. Highly Unimpressed

My 2 daughters got their noses pierced by Jordan and he was brilliant, so chatty and explained every little detail. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, Oh and the shop is amazing aswell the decor is so cool. The girls are chuffed to bits with their new piercings.Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go for piercings and an amazing customer experience. Bespoke and individualised piercing services from really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jordan was really helpful and took the time to explain the dos and don'ts of looking after my piercings. He was happy to see me between appointments to check on healing when I wasn't sure about things. The studio manager was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Will be returning soon! Thanks a bunch!

Fantastic experience: Nathan has a great team with him including Jordan the piercer and Tyler the tattoo apprentice with impeccable hygiene practices. The studio is beautifully decorated, friendly and relaxed with one of the biggest selections of jewellery to choose from that I've even seen. Definitely recommend paying these guys a visit if you live in the area or even worth taking a trip like I did.

Fantastic experience: Had my first tattoo done today. Wow i totally love it. Heather designed the elephants for my mother and daughter tattoo. I was so nervous but heather spoke me through everything she was doing and i soon relaxed. I would highly recommend heather. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
