Fantastic experience: Really good first experience. This was my first tattoo and they made me feel comfortable and made sure to reassure me. My tattoo artist Deian was also super sweet. The parlour was also clean and hygienic, and they provided cover for me as my tattoo required me to show some skin whilst I was getting it.

I came back today to get another cover up and i couldnt be happier with the result!! Negative experience: God okay so I got an industrial piercing done almost 3 months ago. I followed the instructions use the saline solution but it’s just so bad. Took out the bar day before yesterday and the piercing is closed. It can’t get back in. It’s sore, has bumps on it which just won’t go away when I was told a month is the maximum it would take. I even think my piercing was done by a trainee or something without even letting me know because a senior kept checking up on her to see if she was doing okay.

Deian, the artist, was incredibly kind, patient and professional throughout the entire session. From the beginning, he made sure I was comfortable — asking if it was too painful, if I needed a break, or how I was feeling. I really appreciated how much he cared about every detail and how he tried to cover my old tattoo in the most perfect and artistic way possible. We had such a nice conversation during the session, even talked with him and my partner about beach spots here in the UK, and Deian gave me super helpful advice on how to take care of my tattoo — especially with my upcoming trip to the seaside. He also recommended a great healing cream and explained exactly what aftercare routine to follow. He made the whole process feel so welcoming and relaxed, and I could tell he genuinely wanted me to love the final result — which I absolutely do! Thank you, Deian, for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back for my next piece!
