Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Shannon. I came in with a Hobbit/Lord of the Rings inspired idea and she was incredibly patient and open to customizing it with me. She really listened to what I wanted and helped refine the design so it fit perfectly across my collarbones Nothing felt rushed and she made sure I was happy with every detail before we started. The linework is clean and delicate, the placement is exactly how I imagined it. She was professional, friendly and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled artist.

Fantastic experience: i have been to quite a few piercing places but the only one I would give 5 stars is Raw Nottingham perfect place, all the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I most recently had a side labret piercing by India - she was so kind and made me feel so welcome, explained everything to me and answered any questions i had. my piercing was very professionally done, with high quality jewellery and the right placement for my anatomy. very clean and hygienic. highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I recently had my 2nd piercing by India (unfortunately, the first had to be removed for an op). This time, I decided on a spur of the moment conch piercing (as you do). My personal superstars are Hollie the aesthetician and her piercers. I've been getting my lips done by Hollie for four or five years now, and there is no one I'd trust more! She is an absolute professional, quick, effective, and the results are always gorgeous. I've also had multiple of my ear piercings and my lip piercings done here - they've always been caring, calming and efficient. Piercing quickly and smoothly - making healing a dream!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of getting my tattoo done by Dave Mooney (@davidmooneytattoos on Instagram) and I can’t thank him enough for the job he did. I came to Dave with a photo of a tattoo I wanted and he took the photo along with his own talent and made a tattoo better than the original. Dave took so much time with the detail and intricacies of the design and even had to free hand design half of the tattoo. Not only is Dave the most talented and dedicated tattoo artist I’ve been to but he was also a top bloke and great to talk too for the full day. Cat does an amazing job and is so warm and friendly, she’s especially perfect for someone who might be nervous to get their first tattoo. I’ve also had multiple piercings at Bodycraft and always have an amazing experience! - bellybutton, Medusa, rook & flat.

Fantastic experience: Had my Daith pieced 9 months ago, and India was so gentle, went back yesterday to have a plastic ear horse shoe replaced has need brain scan, she replaced it and did feel any pain she is so gentle and puts you at ease. Well recommend this person with piercings.

Fantastic experience: My pal and I went in for spontaneous tats and a ball for my nipple bar. The piercing lady saved my life! Gave me a few balls free of charge, SHE TOTALLY SAVED MY TITTIES!!! Fantastic experience: I recently researched different tattooist and came across cat, I loved her work so decided to message her. From there we chatted and came up with a design that we both loved as it was very sentimental to me. On arrival Cat was very thorough and took me through everything step by step, she was very professional and her room was lovely and clean. We started the tattoo and got on like a house on fire! She kept asking if I was okay and ready to carry on. We chatted over our love of cats and had a laugh. She made my first experience of getting a tattoo so lovely that I didn't even notice the pain! Cat did such an amazing job and I cannot thank her enough, the attention to detail and her skills are impeccable!. If your not just wanting a quick in and out tattoo but the full experience Cat is the person for you.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic session with Cat, she recognised my design and we nerded out the entire session. I felt very comfortable the entire time and she always checked to make sure I was okay and that I was ready to continue, letting me know when some parts were going to hurt more than others. India pierced my ear, she was super friendly, walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Fantastic experience: Had my first tattoo done by Cat. It was the best experience I could’ve hoped for. The consultation was really good, she asked me what sort of thing I wanted and the style I wanted, size etc. Day of the appointment came around and Cat was amazing, I was nervous because of it being my first tattoo but she talked me through the process and kept checking in with me throughout. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Bodycraft have been lovely and amazing. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fantastic experience: This is a strange review as I’m giving it because Amber didn’t do my piercing! I called and arranged to go in for an assessment for a naval piercing after being let down last minute for my already booked appointment elsewhere. Amber explained everything about the anatomy assessment and took my previous history. She marked me up but just wasn’t quite happy with my anatomy and the jewelry she had available so we arranged for me to come back once she had the correct length jewelry. I had a call a few days later when she told me she spoke to a more senior piercer as she still wasn’t quite happy with my anatomy and explained she/they were concerned if we went ahead there was a good possibility I wouldn’t heal correctly do advised me not to have one. I’m really impressed that I wasn’t just pierced for the sake of it (as I was years ago, and that piercing failed). Amber spent a lot of time assessing and thinking of me and my piercing. I’m recommending amber and the team because you know your health and body come first here.

She was happy to assess my anatomy to see if a vertical labret would be possible and then when I got it done it was so smooth and gentle. I always feel in very safe hands. Fantastic experience: belated review but I got my thirds done back in February, and the experience was amazing! I think it was India who did my piercing (so sorry if I am wrong!) and they were so helpful. I had come as a walk-in and I did not realise it was cash-only, however India was more than happy to see me after I’d grabbed some cash. Following that, they were fantastic with going through the jewellery options and making sure I was happy with the placement prior to the piercing. Additionally, the aftercare was clearly explained and they provided me with a product to clean the piercings . Due to them the overall experience was so pleasant, and I’ve found that I have had no issues with the piercings and I am 100% going to come back for another piercing in the future!!

Positive experience: The person at the first desk was nice a very cheerful person, however I went onto get am anatomy check and the person who did that anatomy check was blunt and rude didn't even bother to feel the anatomy but just looked at me and said "NO" and that was is I was sent out didn't feel welcomed at all and felt more like a burden and metaphorically 'Pushed out the door'. Next time, some advice maybe be polite and have empathy like the girl on the front desk.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently having laser tattoo removal with Hollie at the Arnold store, this has obviously been going on for quite afew months but Hollie is fab, providing great care, enthusiasm and professionalism everytime whilst being chatty and friendly, I never feel judged going into the shop and would definitely have other things done there in the future as all the staff seem to have created a great team and vibe, their prices are also very reasonable not feeling like your being taken advantage of? Always a great visit every time and always leave with a smile

Fantastic experience: First time visiting yesterday, came all the way from Mansfield on a recommendation and was not disappointed. From the moment I initiated contact via Insta, politeness and professionalism is outstanding. On the day, all staff we came across were polite, cheerful and always professional. Explaining the services every step of the way. The environment is cleaned to a very high standard. We were lucky enough to have a tattoo with Gage and a nose piercing yesterday, both studios were exceptionally clean and comfy. The receptionist for the day is a legend. Fantastic experience: Got my second lobe piercings done impulsively yesterday, Bodycraft accept walk ins which was ideal for me, and their prices are great. Izzy/Isabel was my piercer and she was hands down the best piercer I've ever dealt with. She explained the whole process in detail, and was very friendly and approachable. She answered all my questions and made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. I will definitely be going to Bodycraft again for my future piercings! (Do note at the time of me visiting they were cash only, however there is a cash point around the corner so it's not much fuss at all).

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here and got my conch pierced by Relly in August/September and she was super nice she also did my downsizing. About a week ago I got my piercing changed to a ring by India and she was super nice as well, she helped with telling me the right size for how I wanted the piercing to look/feel. Both times Ty was the receptionist and he was amazing, very welcoming and lovely to talk to. Definitely coming back in the future for more piercing, and I love the look of the tattoo artists flashes so maybe tattoos as well!!

Fantastic experience: Was visiting Nottingham for the weekend, decided to have a tattoo, as you do. We walked past a couple of shops but this one caught our eye. I managed to get a walk in appointment. I already had an idea in mind, very happy with the outcome. Very clean environment, lovely staff, made us feel welcome. We came back the next day for my daughter to have one too...our tattooist took her ideas and produced a lovely memorial tattoo. She is very pleased. Would definitely visit again. Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience! It was my 18th birthday on the day I had my rook pierced. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge on aftercare was also very insightful (as someone who's never had a cartilage piercing). Similarly, they had water available Incase you were feeling light headed or faint as well as sugar snacks too boost your blood sugars which was very reassuring! Fyi. It's been 3 days since I've had this piercing done and the healing process has been piss easy. The redness of having it pierced has gone down within 24hrs and looked like I had had the piercing for years. These guys are good. Thank you so much you :]

Fantastic experience: Recently got my second tattoo at Studio ONE by Cat (@ccryptidtattoos) and it was such a good experience! I've never had a bad experience there, everyone is friendly and accommodating, and it's just a nice atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Went in on Saturday for a consultation with Cat and came out with a new rook piercing and an amazing new potential tattoo! Been a repeat customer to Bodycraft for multiple tattoos and piercings, such amazing atmosphere, the staff are amazing from the get go, from reception all the way through to each appointment, both my consultation with Cat and then my rook piercing with Relly, wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I've had 3 piercings done here (double nostril and medusa) by Relly and have nothing but great things to say about how I was treated. She made me feel super comfortable and eased my anxiety about getting them done. She even took time to give me advice on some issues I was having with an old piercing (not done here). Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff, Dave M did me an amazing custom tattoo to cover a scar, made sure I was OK throughout and ensured we had regular breaks. Kept me laughing when it got really painful in places and overall did an amazing job. The studio is spotlessly clean and all the staff are really intent on good aseptic procedures throughout. I'd definitely go back to get another tattoo with Dave, years of experience and it shows when he's working.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely tattoo session with Rosie (Hellrat) and I’m so happy I went to her! I did a bit of instagram stalking and knew from her quality that she was the artist I needed. I chose one from her flash and a custom too. She executed them to perfection and was more than happy to deal with a few of my picky decisions. Fantastic experience: I had a tattoo done last week by Cat and she did an amazing job! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and Cat made me feel comfortable and worked with me on what I wanted. I will never go anywhere else because I know I get a quality piece of art and a friendly atmosphere. I also took the day off work to have my tattoo done and arrive before my appointment to ensure I didn't lose my deposit as agreed in the booking policy. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I have had 11 out of 12 of my piercings at bodycraft and would never go anywhere else! In my time I have been seen by all piercers at the studio (mostly by Relly who is an absolute gem, but most recently by India who was so lovely and chatty) and I am always recommending this place. All the receptionists are lovely and the prices are totally reasonable (~£30 a piercing with student discount). I’ve also had many many jewellery changes here which have been great and painless. The piercers are also always quick to reply, which is fantastic if you’re a worrier like me. I’ll be back soon

Fantastic experience: I've been going to BC1 for years for my piercings (8 so far!) and wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently got my 1st tattoo (an absolutely beautiful piece done by Cat), I was nervous but quickly set at ease, in an incredibly friendly atmosphere from the moment I stepped through the door; and have my 2nd one booked in for a few weeks time! When booking I was provided the Do's and Don'ts on pre-session and afterwards was advised on the proper aftercare and recommendations. Everyone who works there are super professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently got a tattoo with Catie, she’s very kind and chatty along with all other staff that I encountered while here. My tattoo has healed beautifully and I will be going back again. As well as this I have had a piercing and and earring change here and it has also healed really well. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the piercer but she was amazing at keeping me distracted while the piercing was being done! 10/10 recommend coming here for both piercings and tattoos :)

Fantastic experience: Had my tattoo here today. If you're ever nervous about a tattoo placing being "off" please do speak up! That's what I did and Dave happily modified the stencil to cover up my scar better. I felt accommodated to and I was impressed by their ability to make a few adjustments on the spot, because of that it made my tattoo more unique! Truly an artist indeed. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I came in on the 31st march and Dan was my tattoo artist and by far BY FAR the best experience I’ve had….Ever! Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to BodyCraft for years for all sorts. I’m neurodivergent and struggle socialising and it’s the only place I feel comfortable and trust. The staff are so lovely and helpful. I’ve had the most amazing experience with Jordan who gave me my dream Brows, lips and freckles ! Taking her time to make sure they’re 10/10 perfect. I’ve always been looked if I have any questions after any services. I’m always recommending her to friends and family. My mum has recently been for lip filler and is beyond chuffed also. The range of artists are amazing. I’ve had tattoos from Gage and found it brilliant how he could fit me in so quick and the same for getting pierced. I struggled with some piercings and they were always ready to help which eased a lot of anxiety especially when I wasn’t sure what to do when my tongue piercing fell out and decided to try and close. I definitely have a couple of the jewellery pieces on my wish list. I love how there’s a unique and wide variety to choose from. Only problem is you like too many and get stuck on what to choose.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, clean and affordable! I had a walk-in rose tattoo in January 2023 with my mum. This was the first tattoo for both of us and we knew Body Craft 1 was renowned in Nottingham for being one of the best tattoo studios. The staff were lovely and explained everything (including aftercare) very well. Our tattooist Dan, created beautiful tattoo designs based on the Pinterest inspiration we sent him and trialed a range of sizes with stencils. He was friendly, reassuring and funny, keeping us at ease and got it perfect! Beautiful outline, nice shading, not too thick, but not too thin. The pricing is very affordable. The equipment is sterile, rooms are wiped clean between customers and it’s all very professional! See attached a photo of my tattoo just after (it’s a little red) and then another 10 weeks later (healed beautifully). Thank you for your terrific service, I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely go back for more!)

Fantastic experience: Came here to have my nipples done, everything is so clean, nice selection of jewellery, the girls are so nice & really put you at ease, even the 6 week downsize was no stress. The exact experience you want when having a piercing, aftercare was great & will be returning for more & some cheeky tats! Reputable service, keep it up

Fantastic experience: Bodycraft was honestly one of the nicest and friendliest places i’ve attended to get a tattoo, everyone in there is so lovely, the shop itself is amazingly decorated and the tattoo work is great, they are helpful with any issues after. 10/10 experience. I got a sentimental tatto booked in with ease even with how hectic student night was . I also got two more piercings that night . I already had 9 piercings across both ears but getting these two was best experience I’ve had before , very nice professional and made me feel extremely comfortable as I wasn’t sure about placement . Planning to come back for my septum in summer !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been debating with myself about getting a tattoo for about to years now but then I discovered Shannon instagram page so I decided to go with her. She did my tattoo and it was beautiful. I was very happy with the results so I decided to book another appointment the week after! The staff there was all lovely people and seem so friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at the bodycraft for a first time customer. The staff was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I had a tattoo done there and the artist was lovely and check up on me every 10 minutes to see if I’m okay. Overall this is such a nice environment to be in and I would definitely be going there again!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a walk-in tattoo. An apprentice artist sat with me and took her time sketching and perfecting a design that matched the idea i gave her. Also had some colour work done here before, over a year on and still haven't needed any touch ups as the colour has stayed bright. Had a few piercings done too, the piercer made me feel super comfortable and it was a smooth and painless experience. Would recommend this studio a hundred times over!
