He can't wait for his next session to finish it off, already his confidence has improved just by looking in the mirror at something he chose to have rather than seeing his past trauma (4 brain surgeries). Truly thankful and can't recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Customer service was amazing! I had a piercing that that was off and they corrected my piercing and aligned it in a way that suited my ear more. They also gave some red light therapy to help with swelling of the piercing which I had never had before. Definitely will be back and highly recommend coming here x

Fantastic experience: First visit to Mad Time. A spontaneous walk in visit, I had 5 piercings and my niece had 4. All the staff working there were very friendly, it was a nice atmosphere. The lady who done the piercings, was very professional, gave us both advice on what we wanted. She also corrected one of my nieces piercings which was done badly somewhere else. The place was clean, shown all needles being used were new/fresh out the wrapper. Great aftercare advice. And we were both kindly given a discount because we had so many done. Will definitely be back for more once these have healed.

Everything was explained perfectly, aftercare was talked about in detail and no question was too much. Definitely getting all my piercings done here. Judi was amazing. She helped me remove a difficult nose ring and replaced it with a more comfortable stud. Very good price, very understanding with my disability too.
