Fantastic experience: Wonderfully comfortable and expertly done tattoos by Maria (real_tiny_goth_tattoos) for two small Egyptian hieroglyphic tattoos. I initially inquired to her because of her portfolio for ornamental tattoos and I was right to do so. She went above and beyond by researching and redesigning my initial references I sent to make sure my tattoos were respectful to the culture but still made sure to have my consent for the new designs. Will definitely go again for any similar designs!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Taylar and feel so lucky to have my heart dog on my arm forever. She magically found a way to capture his spirit, personality and ageless wisdom. Taylar makes for lovely conversation, which made the time go fast and I felt so welcome. Fantastic experience: "Absolutely incredible experience for my first tattoo!" I cannot recommend Spring Fever Tattoo enough! From the moment you walk in, the parlor feels incredibly welcoming. The decor is so cool, and you can really see each artist's unique personality shining through their stations. This was my very first tattoo, and my artist, Elise Shannon, was phenomenal. I was a mix of excited and nervous, but Elise did an amazing job answering all of my questions and supported me through the entire process. A friend who also had work done by Elise recommended them to me. I’m not even a Guelph local, so making the trip out here speaks volumes about the quality and trust they inspire. If you're looking to get a tattoo, you absolutely need to check them out!

Fantastic experience: I have to leave a review for our experience with Elise! They were able to fit my mom and I in for a special matching tattoo. While the idea was simple, they executed the design perfectly and with elegance, and the tattoos came out so stunning. I really appreciated how Elise worked with us to get the placement absolutely perfect. They were patient, communicative, and worked with us to decide what would look best when placing the design. They shared their expertise and let us know what they thought would work best, which was spot on, while still keeping it a collaborative process. The shop in general was immaculately clean. Fantastic experience: My first time at Spring Fever was such a delight! Everyone is so friendly and talented. The space is also very cozy and warm. I got a small tattoo done by Mariah. She was very accommodating and awesome to work with. She wanted to make sure I was happy with sizing, placement and made any adjustments to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend getting tattooed by her! I also got a tattoo with Taylar as well. (Fantastic Mr. Fox one). She absolutely nailed it. She captured the vibe of each character perfectly. She always checked in with me to make sure I was okay or if I needed breaks. She spent a lot of time making sure placement and sizing was perfect and that I was really happy with it. She also spent time explaining the drawing and why she chose to add certain things, which was really nice! She was also really cool, respectful and friendly which made me feel more comfortable. Highly highly recommend getting a tattoo with Taylar, she’s excellent!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Spring Fever Tattoo Co and artist Taylar Dobbie enough! The shop is warm, inviting, filled with amazing artwork, and was a welcoming environment for a person with a cognitive disability and a service dog. We were greeted us kindly and respectfully and everyone was spot on in their service dog etiquette. Taylar brings to life whimsical and unique characters who manage to capture the essence of the inked message perfectly. (My witchy otter is a reminder to be myself, even if I am playing in the kelp while everyone else is zooming down the fast lane chasing shiny bait.) Being a transparent redhead, I generally bleed and bruise quite a lot with a tattoo; Not a single drop leaked under the 2nd skin while I healed. Taylar has the most gentle touch of any inkist I've ever sat for. I highly recommend her for first timers or those with a low pain tolerance. I'm already dreaming up new ideas so that I can add more of her talent to my canvas. Thank you Taylar!

Fantastic experience: I managed to score a spot with Taylar, an artist my wife is a big fan of. I provided what I was looking for, an idea with the motivation and then Taylar did what she does. I showed up to my appointment, the studio was clean, bright, inviting. I was greeted promptly and made comfortable. Taylor came out shortly after, she verified my ID, showed me her draft, we discussed some small stylistic changes. After all I gave her a prompt of less than 15 words. While she made the adjustments I filled out paperwork, then she came back with the revised draft, I loved it and we started talking placement and size. I got it on the back of my leg, kind of hard to see and judge, so she was patient and helpful in suggesting sizing, placement, etc... it was very collaborative. After details were decided, she stenciled me and we got to work. Pain was minimal, work was smooth, it was relaxing and easy going. Taylar clearly knows her craft. After she finished, I wa provided detailed aftercare instructions with a helpful handout in case details slipped my mind. This is my third tattoo, and was the best experience I've had so far, I can't recommend Slring Fever Tattoo, especially Taylar, enough. My only concern is that she's so popular I may have to wait a while to get another piece, but It's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Taylar did an amazing job on a memorial tattoo I had done to honour my Mum. She took my idea and created a beautiful piece of art. She was thoughtful, patient through our consult and open to changes. I had very little discomfort through the actual tattooing process, she has a light touch with the needle. I look forward to being tattooed by her again. The shop was bright, spacious, clean and very welcoming. Excellent communication regarding making appointment and appointment confirmations, and overall, the best folks working here! I’ve gotten several tattoos from Allie and I’m blown away by the quality of her work and how great she is to work with. Though I’ve only gotten tattooed by Allie, I wouldn’t hesitate to book in with any of the other tattooers!

Fantastic experience: The most amazing, cozy, well decorated and supportive shop ever! All the artists are kind and patient, they put up privacy screens before the appointment (if requested), the pricing is transparent, they’ll reposition the stencils without any fuss and check in during the tattoo to see if you need snacks or a break ❤️ They also have the coolest bathroom! 100/10 would get tatted again

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two tattoos done by Taylar and each appointment has been just fantastic. She makes a point to be intentional with the placement of the tattoo and every line she tattoos looks like it’s been carefully placed because it is. She really takes pride in what she does and she is amazing. The studio itself is everything you want a tattoo studio to be. It’s absolutely beautiful and it matches the artists completely. The artists are warm, friendly and so kind. They make your time at the studio so fun and they make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I always feel comfortable when I go get work done by Allie, and she's an incredibly gifted artist. Fantastic experience: Can't express how great my visit was at Spring Fever! Spencer gave me what is now my favourite tattoo and I will definitely be returning for more. My experience with tattoo shops in the past has largely been cold and uncomfortable, with many artists/owners treating patrons like a nuisance - it couldn't be more of the opposite with Spring Fever. The overall atmosphere is amazing with great music, furniture, and unique decor - the place even smells great haha! Never once did I feel pressured or rushed with my tattoo and everything just came together so well. The owner, Allie and her fellow artists do world class work that anyone can be proud to wear on their skin. They truly choose the best of the best and you can just tell everyone there is passionate about what they do. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with the Spring Fever crew!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always wanted to get tattooed at Spring Fever and it was everything I could hope it to be! The studio itself is amazingly aesthetically pleasing and so comforting with all the artwork and plants everywhere. It’s very tastefully decorated. Firstly, the customer service form Ania was the best - they are such a kind and considerate soul and they are amazing at their organization and communication skills (especially to someone like me who had never had a tattoo experience before). My experience with Allie was exactly the same: she is a very outgoing and kind person. Allie’s personable skills and her tattoo skills are top tier, it’s clear she really loves her job and takes great pride in her art. She made me feel calm and welcome and she talked me through the entire process both before and during my tattoo. I met her for the first time that day but she quickly made me feel like she was a long time friend. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented and it was a privilege to be tattooed by her. I didn’t have the chance to meet any of the other members of Spring Fever while I was there but I’m sure if they’re friends of Allie’s they are just as talented, inclusive and friendly. I can’t wait to get another tattoo at this beautiful business and would 10/10 recommend the experience to everyone.

Elise was the one who looked after my art piece and I was so stoked on what she drew, and to top it all off it was like I was hanging out with a friend! You can tell everyone there is really passionate about their craft and are always interacting with one another while they work, giving kudos and bringing clients into the conversation. Spring Fever is such a relaxing and welcoming space, and the tattoo artists are phenomenal (both the quality of their work and as people). I have been tattooed by Allie a handful of times in the last couple of years, and I have loved every piece of art she has put on my body. She is an artist that I trust completely to make my tattoo ideas better than I imagined them. The other artists I've met working there (Elise and Taylor) are also both so kind, warm and inviting (as well as incredibly talented!!). This is by far the most comfortable and friendly tattoo shop I have been in and I appreciate all of the effort that they put in to make it as comfortable as possible for each client. If you're looking to get tattooed by some cool, friendly and wonderful people in a laid back spot, this is it!!!! (They also always have an awesome playlist on so that's a plus)

Fantastic experience: I was tattooed by Elise in October 2020. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. I got the most adorable kewpie doll holding a pride flag. Even after being out for over 10+ years, I'm still a little terrified of being so open with new people. I was anxious and nervous before my appointment (especially because of covid and not being able to have my usual moral support) but once I walked in, that all went away! It was like I was visiting a friend's house. A very nicely decorated friend's house! Elise and Allie are so fun to talk to, and very talented artists. My tattoo healed wonderfully, and the flag is my favourite part. Looking at this tattoo makes me happy and reminds me of all the good parts about being queer! Seriously, I cannot recommend Spring Fever enough and hope for many more tattoos!

The studio is clean and tidy, the decor is amazing, and the music always bops! Allie is such a gem and makes the whole tattoo process run as smooth as butter. Not only is she beyond talented, but she's also the sweetest lady around! I highly recommend Spring Fever Tattoo to anyone looking to get a piece by a wonderful artist. :)

Fantastic experience: Had the privilege of being tattooed by Allie last week and it was nothing short of wonderful. With the chaos of the world in these covid times, Allie was prompt to return my calls once she began her rescheduling process and I was in the shop a week later. Speaking of which, the shop is the cutest little plant friendly nook and you can tell Allie put a lot of thought into the placement of everything. Felt very warm and at ease getting tattooed there. There was also another artist tattooing at the time, Taylar, who was equally as lovely and kind hearted. Overall, wish I could give this place more stars. As someone with a fair amount of tattoos and the tattooing experiences that accompany them, I can’t stress enough how raw of an encounter it can be, especially for those who get pieces in tribute to lost loved ones. These ladies knocked it out of the park, one of the most comfortable and relaxed shop experiences I’ve ever had.

I remember the first time being tattooed by her I made a playlist and brought my headphones and we ended up chatting the whole time instead and have ever since, she makes you feel so comfortable! As well as being in such a nice environment, full of luscious plants and artwork. Allie is so humble and friendly, and has really dedicated everything to this shop, Guelph is so lucky to have her. If you are lucky enough to get the pleasure of being tattooed at Spring Fever, no where else will compare.
