Fantastic experience: I came in for nipple piercings. The piercer was super nice and very comforting, didn't feel vulnerable at all! The piercer was very professional and you can tell, the piercing looks great, no blood no nothing. Very fast, nice and easy. Pain 6-7/10. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mark was amazing! I got my seconds done and had been a bit squeamish with my previous piercings (lobe and helix) so I let him know and he was extremely accommodating! He explained everything very well and encouraged me to let him know if I needed a second. I was pretty nervous but the way that Mark went about my piercing was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Mark pierced me and my 4 friends 2 years ago, all of us getting something different pierced. Glad to say that all the piercings healed very nicely, and we've all been able to change the jewelry on our own (although he does offer to change them as well!). The space and atmosphere was lovely - Mark has an incredible collection of figurines you can get lost in during the piercing - and most of all, Mark himself made the process seamless. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and funny; all the things you need to help feel at ease when facing one of your biggest fears. I got the conch piercing and it went so well I immediately began considering piercing the other ear!

Fantastic experience: In the last two months, I’ve gone for three piercings with Mark at Nighthawk: nose, orbital and daith. Mark was kind, considerate and professional. He spent lots of time ensuring my confidence in the placement of the piercing, which felt amazing! Sometimes I feel annoying when I’m fussy about placement, but Mark encouraged it. His studio is welcoming and full of colourful distractions - including an extensive collection of Venture Brothers action figures. All three of my piercings healed beautifully, and Mark happily checked them for me upon request and offered great advice when I had healing concerns. The receptionist Kat is wonderful as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience: I honestly have no Idea who I had, my piercing has been red and warm around where i got the piercing. I'm 12 and I had 2 cartilage piercings done on the same ear! It was great and shockingly really comforting and welcoming staff. Would suggest!! :), Just a little bit concerned that when I go to bed, then wake up there's black around the bottom opal piercing.

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter (16) in for a nasal piercing with Mark. Everything since we stepped in was fabulous. We were received by receptionist who was very polite and handed us a waiver, showed us nasal stud options, etc. Mark came out, introduced himself, so friendly and polite! He then explained the entire process step by step to both of us. He wore gloves and all his equipment was sterilized. He made sure my daughter had a say on everything and included her on every step. He left it up to me to have his room door open or shut, and made sure to tell me that if at any time I needed him to be hands-off (I was anxious) that we could stop everything. Fantastic experience: I came into the shop for issues I was having after I got my ears pierced by a piercing gun at the mall. Mark was PHENOMENAL at helping me with my recovery. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and dedicated to his craft. We worked for 2 YEARS to get my poor swollen, bleeding ears to healthy piercings. During that time I kept losing hope, but he was a constant stream of positivity, always being able to pinpoint the issue and figure out solutions. Now I have awesome, easy-to-manage healed piercings and it is all due to Mark's awesome expertise, patience and care. Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Took wks to confirm appts, back/forth. Confirmed appt then for a personal reason cancelled 2wks out but NO alternative date/times offered. Left scrambling within 2wks but luckily we were able to secure a spot with a competitor. Disappointing to say the least. I,wish them luck.

Positive experience: I got cover up done here a few months back. She did a good job with the tattoo, I am very happy. With that being said they were extremely behind schedule. I was told a few times by reception that she was almost done but I waited an entire hour. When she finished she didn't offer an apologize or even comment on running late. It rubbed me the wrong way and for that reason I probably won't go back.

I have taken both of my daughters there for ear piercing, the most recent visit being last week. Mark is extremely professional and has a kind, calm demeanor that put my kids at ease. He explained all of his steps calmly and thoroughly and checked in with my daughter regularly to see if she had questions or concerns, never leaving her feeling rushed. His (awesome) studio is impeccably kept, and I had zero public health concerns. The piercing went so smoothly that my daughter didn't even flinch, and her ears look beautiful (no inflammation, cause for concern). Mark clearly described aftercare and encouraged us to call if we had any concerns at all. Fantastic experience: I have been to Nighthawk multiple times now and I will always come back here in a heartbeat! Mark has pierced my conch and both my seconds on my ears as well as swapped out my nose ring and my conch on separate occasions. He made room for me in between appointments when I couldn't remove my nose ring myself. Everyone here is always so friendly but he really goes the extra step to help you out and make you feel welcome. Their prices are reasonable and honestly I'd be willing to pay more knowing the kind of service I'm getting. I always recommend Nighthawk to people and I'll continue to do so!
