Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular client here for two years and have had 12 piercings done. I recently came back after Hailey invited me to have one of my piercings redone, and I really appreciated how professional and thorough she was throughout the entire process. She carefully explained her plan, including the exact needle entry and exit points, and made sure I understood everything beforehand. She also double-checked that the placement markings were exactly how I wanted them before starting. After the piercing, she gave me time to look in the mirror and make sure I was happy with the result. My friend came back with me as well, and Hailey followed the same thoughtful and detailed process with her. Hailey was patient, communicative, and clearly cares about doing things properly. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure everything looked right and that we both felt comfortable :) Thank you once again Hailey for fixing me up

Negative experience: so first of all i never lied about my family emergency i had called to get my deposit back as i needed that money for a plane ticket & rebook with my artist who i than found out had quit . the way my mom & i were treated over the phone was totally unacceptable . i have it all recorded . when i called on february 23rd to book my appointment the woman i spoke to said if i canceled 3 days before my appointment id get my deposit back . if we were treated better id have let it go but the way the owner snapped on us is totally unacceptable behavior from a business especially a business who claims to be christian . & when my mom was talking to the owner & said my husband has passed away he said dont care what happened . at the end of the day you dont have to care about what happened but you didnt need to be rude . this is supposed to be a business & your supposed to act professional . i wouldnt take your business here .

Fantastic experience: I always come here specifically for Hailey, she is always so sweet and accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience with her, she is extremely attentive on placement and the piercing. I always would recommend going here specifically for her!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I came here for the 2 for 75$ deal, I got my eyebrow pierced and he got his left nostril. The environment was super welcoming and the front desk girl at the time was insanely easy to talk to. The other staff interacted with were also super nice, and the piercer herself was very easy going and straight forward. Will definitely be coming back here and not just for the free sourdough bread we left with.

Fantastic experience: Maddy and Sam are so awesome! Went above and beyond to give me my baby's handprint with me just walking in. They're super nice and Sam offered us drinks whenever he could. Really appreciate them and I love the tattoo!

Fantastic experience: The girls there are amazing. I came in for a piercing removal and it took maybe two minutes lol. They were all super sweet and the vibes there are killer. I even got to go home with a few cupcakes from them haha. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for good friendly vibes and amazing customer service <3

Fantastic experience: Went to get four piercings for myself with a friend, had an amazing experience in all regards! One of my piercings was pretty painful and I got really lightheaded, but she gave me lots of time to lay back and have something to eat and drink to make sure i was alright. Everyone was just lovely in general! Will definitely be coming back

Fantastic experience: I got my Eyebrow peirced by Maddy, and she was so sweet, quick and efficient. It honestly did not hurt as bad as I expected, and she took great care of me and was exteremly efficent and skilled. The owner Emilio is super sweet and runs a street ministry where he hands out food to the homeless, and I fully trust everyone hes hired.

Fantastic experience: I’d just like to give a biggg shout out to the girls working when i arrived. Belle as front desk, SUPER welcoming and helped me pick the cutest jewellery for my conch, Hailey as my piercer she was super patient with me and SUPER quick. 10/10 environment i do recommend. They both happily answered any questions I had. Once again 10/10 recommend. Quick in and out no more no less.

Fantastic experience: Spontaneously decided to get my rook piercing today. Maddy was amazing. Super friendly and explained everything very clearly. She was also able to stretch the holes i already had so I could fit flat backs into them. I would recommend this studio and Maddy any day.

She was quick and kind, redid the marking when I asked for it to be moved just barely a millimetre. No complaints! Shop honoured the price I was quoted. Lots of pretty jewelry to choose from too!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I had such an amazing experience here! As soon as you walk in the staff is so friendly. Bethany pierced us both and she was absolutely fantastic. So accommodating, quick and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Sad she’s not there full time!! I got my nose done and my daith. We came on a Wednesday for their 2 for $75 special and just paid extra for choice jewelry or gold. So far healing is going well! We’ve already booked in for more birthday piercings :)

Fantastic experience: I came here to get my nose pierced. The staff I met were friendly enough, and I want to acknowledge that. Unfortunately, the initial jewelry was too short for swelling, and it began to embed within three days. The first day, I assumed it was normal. By the second, I knew something wasn’t right, but my schedule kept me from coming in until the third day. The second piercer who helped me was patient. Removing the embedded jewelry was clearly a difficult process and took multiple tries, and I appreciate the effort, even though it ultimately required using a needle again. My one source of sadness is that I was still charged for the replacement jewelry. After such a stressful complication, that fee, on top of the initial service, made me feel a bit unappreciated as a customer, especially since I tried to be understanding and courteous throughout. While I appreciate the efforts, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and saddened. I just wish the initial piercing was long enough to accommodate for swelling so this whole ordeal wouldn’t have happened :(. Edit: Emilio made it right for me! He reached out and refunded me $50 as well as gave me a free credit for another piercing. I appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: A couple days ago, I went in and got a piercing. The lady who did it is named Maddi. She was super sweet, and took good care of me.

Fantastic experience: I found them through their Instagram and was able to get two piercings for a great deal. I booked an appointment for a rook and hidden helix. I didn’t have the anatomy for the rook unfortunately but the receptionist helped me decide on another. The hidden helix hurt 5/10 and the flat was a 3/10. The receptionist and the piercer were both friendly. Overall, great experience!

Fantastic experience: Went great with Maddie!! She talked us through the piercing and was very friendly. And everyone all around was kind and welcoming! The location is tucked in a little inconspicuous corner but I really love this whole business! The Christian decorations make it much calmer, there are free food and Bibles, they host Bible studies, often ask for donations in exchange for devices and not to mention the prices are incomparable!!! Love this place

Negative experience: Oct 27th 2025. I do not recommend. I was greeted with “are you done?” After I was done filling out the waiver by the Piercer. I was brought into a room- still wasn’t greeted by a name. We did have a conversation and she did answer my questions. Overall, I was growing hesitant with the whole experience. Given it’s not cheap I wanted to see the jewelry before she was about to use it on me. After I asked to view it, her response seemed as though she was annoyed that I inconvenience her to see the jewellery. Definitely not a nice feeling before getting a poke. I’ve had about 11 piercings and this was my worst interaction in all of those. The piercing was done well and placed nicely. It wasn’t so painful. Not many jewellery options. I won’t plan to go back just based on my interaction experience. Front desk staff was kind. Overall, costumer experience was sub optimal. Update to response below from owner: I didn’t feel like I lied. God bless.

Negative experience: I got my septum pierced here and the jewelry fell out just 2 days later. I rushed back with the ring still in my septum (just missing the ball) and was told I’d have to pay for a whole new ring. What’s worse, I wasn’t even using the standard ring they provide—I had already spent extra money on the one I chose, which was never explained properly to me. When the piercer asked if they could just replace it with the basic ring, the owner refused and insisted I pay again. I tried to explain what happened, and instead of listening, he started yelling at me and accusing me of trying to rip him off. Completely unprofessional. In the end, my septum closed and now I’d have to pay to get it pierced all over again. The owner is rude, sexist, and racist—this is NOT how you treat customers. Don’t waste your time or money here

My artist, Shawn, really listened to my ideas, made thoughtful suggestions, and made sure the design was authentic and exactly what I wanted. The whole process was smooth, clean, and comfortable. I even gave Shawn free rein to add colours, his artist touch made it turn out beautifully. Now, 3 weeks post-healing, I couldn’t be happier with the results! This studio truly feels like home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for incredible artistry, a positive atmosphere and great accommodations; in His Namesake!
