Fantastic experience: The whole crew was super super sweet. They helped recreate a modern version of my Mums tattoo from the 90s. I was very anxious for my first tattoo and ended up being sick, but Josh and John were super super sweet. Definitely recommend Addikted To Ink Collingwood.

Negative experience: Great tattoo experience ruined by nonexistent customer service. I booked a full-day tattoo with SAII. This was my first big piece, so I went in excited and nervous. Saii was incredible — diligent, attentive, and a great chat throughout. The studio atmosphere was welcoming, with great music, banter, and constant offers of sweets, water, coffee, and food. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tattooing experience. Unfortunately, a billing error led to an overcharge. I raised the issue and followed up multiple times, but my emails and voicemails have been ignored for weeks. I’ve since reported the matter to the relevant authorities, and formal action may now be underway. A disappointing outcome over something so minor — a real shame

Fantastic experience: ALL of the artists and people who work at Addikted to Ink are incredibly talented, not to mention everyone’s absolutely lovely to interact with, the vibe at the studio is amazing, upbeat and uplifting. You’ll be sure to feel welcomed and comfortable while the incredible artists work meticulously on your designs while sharing a lot of laughs along the way. A very special shout out to the amazing apprentice Angie who worked with my spontaneous energy and created the most perfect design and created the most beautiful piece of artwork in my skin. Fantastic experience: I had Jordyn for my realism tatts (Lion and Shield) , who is an apprentice. If ya'll look at her portfolio, you would never guess it. She's done a great job ! You'll also understand why she's fully booked 3 months in advance. Still enough time to have your tatts before summer !Get your bookings done ! Then I had Saii do my tribal tatts ! She's the ultimate artist ! Just show her the tatts you want and she'll make it better than the photo! So very happy with all my tatts from this shop ! Both Saii and Jordyn are reall gems ! The shop itself gives out good vibes! Brightly lit and clean. The artists here are talented and fun- loving . Overall ,great experience!

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with Luis/needlenomad. From the beginning, communication was poor and unreliable. Constantly changing what was agreed upon, gave unclear or vague responses, and showed little respect for my time. Appointments were loosely handled with no sense of professionalism or follow-through, and in the end, nothing that was discussed or promised was delivered. Super disorganised and a lack of basic communication made this whole process exhausting. Cannot recommend working with this person based on how much time and effort was ultimately wasted.

She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I came in with the idea of commemorating my grandmother, and Ochra was amazing at helping shape the design—respecting the sentiment while also making sure it looked visually stunning! Ochra has immaculate attention to detail and stays completely focused throughout the entire session. She’ll regularly step back to assess the piece as it progresses, going back in to refine and enhance the finer elements to ensure the tattoo truly comes to life. Her dedication to her craft is seriously impressive. The studio itself is spacious, spotless, and has a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The other staff members were just as welcoming and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. I’m extremely happy, content, satisfied, and genuinely impressed with the final result. Fantastic experience: On a recent trip to Melbourne we stopped in here a sat for a full day sitting; the whole team from reception to artists are all top notch the apprentices are not only learning the skills required to be trade but they have wonderful bedside manner. Always ensuring you’re comfortable, hydrated and even came around with a menu for lunch orders!!! They carefully select an artist for the design you require, as each artist excels in their own speciality. The quality, mannerisms and pure skill under the 1 roof is astounding!
