The artists not only accommodated me and my fiance last minute, they were there past 10pm when they close at 8! They’re the sweetest people and took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly for a tattoo we were doing for our daughter. It’s such a clean environment, it just feels so homey. They not only were amazing to my fiance and I but also my 4 month old baby who was there with us! You definitely don’t see this kind of service everywhere and we will definitely be back. Thank you for being amazing! My daughter loved everyone who was there and was the happiest, she definitely could feel the good vibes there

Expérience négative: I was pumped to get work done here and asked to connect through call for the initial consultation. I was happy to learn that connecting through call was possible. Had to reschedule 3 times because the artist was busy and was still left hanging. I understand being busy but if you can’t make commitments, why not communicate it or just say I cannot connect through call. Maybe it is for the best that this did not work out.

Expérience négative: I wrote the tattoo salon on their instagram showing the placing and the design I wanted. They said - no problem, we can do it. I checked their website, everything looked good so I decided to do my tattoo here. I came to do the tattoo and still asked the tattoo artist if that is a good spot for what I wanted and what would they advise. The lady was nice, said that it will be a good spot for a fine line wording and that I will need to come to refresh it in a month cause it may fade. She did it nicely and I left with a thought to come back in a month for a touch up. My problem started when in 2 weeks it almost fully faded. I called to tell that and was advice to come for free retouch that it is normal. When I came they refused to do it for free saying that this placing of the tattoo is not good and the writing will be fading all the time and that it is my fault I did it there. The tattoo artist started saying that she told me that (she didn’t) and that she is busy so somebody else will help me. When another tattoo artist started searching for the font he couldn’t find the same one. Frustrating search for more than an hour for something that looked close to what I had. The spacing and font were different and you can see it as it more bold and smaller :( Very frustrating experience with some staff being unprofessional. I will never come back here and will not advise any of my friends for trust this place with their tattoos…

Expérience négative: Edit…..Taking away 3 stars because after a week of healing 90% of the ink is gone in areas and some lines don’t look the best. When I inquired about it to them I was told they charge a touch up fee for hands fingers and toes even if it’s a new tattoo. I spoke to another artist who thinks the artist that did this didn’t go deep enough. Got an amazing hand tattoo at Gilgamesh. Very clean and beautiful shop, everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. The ink they give is amazing you won’t regret it. Definitely will be back for more ink!

They had so many amazing designs to choose from, the shop was very clean and organized, and everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Was easy to book with them (I booked through DMs on Instagram), and they responded very quickly to arrange a time that worked for me. Highly recommend!!

They consulted extensively as they were making the designs and the shading and line work were immaculate. The shop itself is clean and they always make you feel comfortable. During my tattoo they provided snacks and brought in a small space heater as I was feeling chilly.

Glo drew my piece by hand on my arm with no stencil, which amazed me. He took the multiple images i had to show him, and put it all together in his own way. Expérience négative: Awkward walking in, wish I had just walked back out. Response to their response: that is not what happened and I have the screen shots to prove it. Your unprofessionalism is the reason you get this review. I liked the artist, but you chose to fire them without explanation/warning almost immediately after I got my work. I never asked you for her contact information either, as I made very clear in our chat as well, because I found her very easily on social media. It's 2024 and she's a tattoo artist, of course she's on social media, so why would I ask you for her contact information? Either way, future tattoo artists be warned: they clearly will try to steal your client instead of offering your Instagram handle, which lets be honest - every artist would want shared like any small business would.
