Expérience négative: Extremely disappointed in the tattoo i got here. Luckily I went to another shop and they were able to correct it. Do not recommend...will never get another tattoo here. Just awful. The blurry looking garbage is what I got at Perfect image and the other one was done at sinkin-ink - right over top of it. Portrait over a portrait.

Expérience positive: Had a great experience here with Darcy; she did my 3rd lobe piercings and my helix. I nearly passed out during my time with her and she took the time to help me calm down, brought me water and even some small chocolates. I will only let Darcy pierce me from now on! The only thing keeping this from a perfect experience was when I was waiting for the room to be prepared I started to feel hesitant about one of my piercings, I was told I would have to get it because there were no refunds. The most they would be able to offer me was store credit. I feel customers should be able to change their minds about what body modifications they want to make and shouldn't feel pressured or forced to get them if they are unsure.

Expérience négative: I was here on Saturday and waited at the counter for half an hour to pay along with multiple other customers… while (who i believe) was the manager, was outside smoking and playing phone games the whole time. Not very good customer service. And not a good way to support your staff.

Expérience négative: I came to this shop to get my earlobes re-pierced because my original piercings were too low and nearly tearing. This place was recommended by people around me, so I expected a professional experience, but unfortunately, it was deeply disappointing. The piercer marked my ears but did not show me the placement in a mirror or ask for my confirmation before proceeding. He pierced both ears without asking if the location was what I wanted. When I looked in the mirror afterward, I was shocked and panicked - the piercings were not where I wanted them at all. I left in distress but came back shortly after to say something. At that point, he did remove the first set and redo the piercings in the right location. However, he said, “Sorry, I assumed you wanted regular earlobe piercings.” That kind of assumption without asking or confirming is not okay in a professional setting. Even though he re-pierced them, I was still left feeling extremely sad and upset. The emotional stress of the experience and the lack of communication were unacceptable. I paid $90 for two holes, which felt overpriced for the service and the way I was treated. Clients deserve to be shown the placement and asked for approval — that should be basic protocol. I trusted this shop and now regret it.

Expérience fantastique: i recently got my side labret done and the service was incredible! The man who served me was amazing i wish i could remember his name :( the process was super smooth and he talked me through the entire piercing so i knew what was happening! unfortunately through the middle of the piercing he ended up having a bad taper that wouldn’t connect to the needle, (absolutely not his fault) but he was quick and found a usable one in no time. it was my first time here since i live in St Thomas and its a long drive, but im glad i went.

Expérience négative: perfect image is far from perfect. i had my septum pierced years ago and when i looked in the mirror, my jewelry was crooked. they repierced it a second time on the spot and i ended up paying the same price. it should have been free honestly. it was irritating that this even happened. it should have been handled with more care and precision. (i am just thankful i have a high pain tolerance.) i never went back to this location—i decided after years to visit the masonville location for a simple ear piercing. my ear piercings don’t match and they gave me incorrect info on healing times. done with this place altogether. that’s why i never do second chances but thought this location may be better. (but ya would not recommend either). oh and i rarely make 1 star reviews. peace is never visiting this place again.

They have an $80 gum ball machine mystery tattoo and if you’re brave enough it’s a good laugh! The piercer (can’t remember the gentleman’s name) was super informative and professional. 5 stars ~

Expérience négative: Called to book a tattoo, got all set up to send my idea off and when I told them the place (my hand) they said no they don't do it unless I already have one in the area.. I have the money, I mentally thought of the idea, chose my design and ideally picked the place I wanted get it done. However not the case. This would have been my second time using perfect image, the first one i got on my wrist... shit, it's already fading and the lines are blotchy (talk about quality). Unfortunately I have no reason to return ever again and will 110% pass it on to others. Google needs to make a 0 stars option.

I went in on Monday afternoon to get my bellybutton “re-pierced” as I had my piercing out for 3+ years and i was VERY convinced it was closed. The gentleman who helped me (I didn’t grab his name unfortunately) was incredible. He was certain my piercing hadn’t closed and he was right! He could’ve charged me for a new piercing along with the jewelry but he only charged me for the jewelry as my piercing was still open. Great customer service and the best in town! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my piercings!

Expérience positive: I’ve had 8 piercings done here. Kind and amazing staff. Very clean environment and quick piercings. Aftercare is slightly overpriced, I would recommend getting it elsewhere when getting a piercing. Overall reasonable prices though. Jay just did an anti-eyebrow and nostril for me today. Amazing communication and great execution. Although, I recommend doing a lot of research about what jewelry is suitable to be pierced with. They will give you options that aren’t ideal. For instance I’ve had a labret pierced with a hoop, that ended up rejecting, and I have heard anecdotes from friends recounting similar experiences. As long as you’re well researched going into your piercing, it’s an amazing shop, that I would recommend

There is no where in the mall I could find that would give me cash back and found this to be a huge inconvenience! Why not have the tip option? Expérience négative: I’ve had a Tattoo since I was 18. I’ve wanted to get a part covered up due it being messed up, it was first I moved it is what it is. They wanted me to have it faded/removed more. I’m 36 18 years of natural fading aside I’m not paying $200 just so you can then charge me more money to cover it up. Non of the artists bothered to even acknowledge me they just passed messages while huddling around a table. The poor receptionist did their best but the unprofessional attitude had me walking out almost as fast as I could. I get the vibe that if you look Hot, hip, or cool then they will talk to you otherwise they can’t be bothered. Go else where.

Not only did I have plenty of support while picking out the jewellery, but the actual piercing itself went great despite being my first cartilage one haha. Also, I’ve been here in the past for help with possible allergic reactions/infection (done by other places and jewellery of course, never opt for cheap amazon stuff lmao) and they’ve always been great help! Never a problem here :)

I have been getting tattoos by Jon Kwan since 2010ish - and the experience continues to improve every time. You imagine it and he will create it (for me, black and gray specifically). Overall an amazing experience and I have recommended this shop to many friends and family members, who have also become regular clients.

Jon absolutely nailed the design and final tattoo result. The time in which it took to have a design session all the way to the ink session were all done in a timely manner. Expérience négative: Went to perfect image a week ago, I have the exact same tattoo. Were both infected and both on antibiotics because how bad the infection is, when we went in to say something about them we were told it was something WE were doing or something environmental. We can barely walk, cannot wear our pants properly. And the HEAT and severe pain kills!!

Expérience négative: **UPDATE** The tattoo I got from the apprentice was good, she was friendly and professional . So that part was great and I enjoyed it! However the jewellery I bought, which was supposedly sterling silver, broke and snapped in a month of wear. Total rip off for jewellery. The piercing I had done formed an infection & bump, which has never happened before in my 22 piercings.

And then made a couple careless mistakes that kinda killed the whole piece for me. Also tried to charge me $100 for a literal 30sec touchup job on another piece. It's pretty insulting, you would think they'd do you a solid after spending $400+ and them F'ing up... won't be coming back

Expérience négative: Unorganized, the opposite of accommodating, a total scam and waste of time. My friends and I have had tattoo consultations at perfect image before and every single time it’s overpriced and the artists try to change what I want wether it be the size or location. Today I had a consult which I have been waiting for over a month because I was told I was with a person who specializes in foot tattoos - a month later I go in and she tells me she doesn’t do foot tattoos, my other tattoo wouldn’t work and had to be triple the size and they could only do it today or Saturday period. Ridiculous waste of my time, I said I knew the spot was at risk of fading quick and I said I like the faded look - when I’m getting a tattoo I appreciate a opinion I don’t appreciate being told what I can and can’t do I also don’t appreciate waiting over a month for a consult with someone who doesn’t even do FOOT TATTOOS when I contacted them specifically for that !

Expérience négative: Asked about getting a hand tattoo and was told they wouldn't tattoo my hand unless I had 2 full sleeves. I find this kinda ridiculous considering I have almost 10 tattoos (all in "sensitive" spots [ribs, spine, foot, wrist]) so it's not my first rodeo. If you want continued business you might want to rethink your plan of action.

Expérience négative: Booked for a cover up tattoo consultation by someone named Jay. Showed him what I wanted and the cover up ideas I had. He booked me an appointment. When I got to the shop for my appointment, I met with someone who explained to me she doesn’t actually do coverups. She then proceeded to try to say that maybe I wasn’t thorough when booking my appointment and she’s not sure why I would have been paired with her?? There wasn't anyone else there that could help me at the time either. The girl at the front, I think her name was Katie advised she would contact someone about this and have them follow up with me. Never happened.

Expérience fantastique: I had my 1st tattoo from pi today and i am very thrilled and happy to share my experience with all of u guys that they are the best and the guy named TONY he is literally awesome i did not feel any pain while tattooing and my experience was worth it.all the staff is amazingly friendly.

Expérience négative: The service here made me so uncomfortable, the piercer was rude and treated me like I was another chore he had to get done. I really regretted getting my navel piercing by him. It ended up chronically getting infected so I had to take it out. 0/10 would NOT recommend

Expérience fantastique: Went for a walk in today for a nose piercing and the front staff were very friendly, one member in particular was very helpful with suggestions and happily answered all of my questions. I was set up to be pierced by Mike and I couldn’t believe how painless it was! I’ve had my nostrils pierced at least 3 times before and this is the best experience so far! Will absolutely be coming back for more

Expérience négative: The piercer was rude and did not make the experience any less frightening for my friend. We also had to wait 2 hours because the piercer took a long lunch break. Do not recommend coming here for piercings.

Expérience fantastique: I had a wonderful experience with perfect image and my artist, Mariana. It was only my second tattoo and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. We made great conversation during the tattoo process and the shading technique she used looks absolutely beautiful. I love my tattoo and will definitely be going back to perfect image for more.

Expérience fantastique: Got my cartilage pierced by Tash. Overall great experience, she was super nice and took the time to make sure I liked the placement and was very helpful with aftercare tips. Will be returning.
