He’s patient and keeps the conversation going during the sessions. Definitely my go to when the needle is calling my name. Steve the piercer is also amazing. Super honest! Super chill, and gets it done quick! They both cover all the details of aftercare in depth and make sure i fully understand to get the best out of my new mods!

Im seeing some reviews that theyre "unprofessional" but I think they are just laid back and confident , which as a person being tattooed, eases my anxiety when I came to them for the first time. Ive done walk ins and appointments with more than one artists and have been satisfied with everyone. And the receptionist is lovely to me always.

I went to a couple of different locations for a consultation, and they all quoted me around $250, but they tattooed this masterpiece for me for under $150. I was a walk-in, and John did my tattoo. He was super sweet and considerate. He kept checking on me while doing the tattoo and then gave me proper aftercare instructions after we were done. Would definitely recommend!

Although I was pretty anxious and scared, the piercer (I think his name was Steve) made me feel a bit better by explaining everything he was gonna do and that it was gonna be alright. He also speaks Spanish which honestly made me feel a lot more relieved. He was super fast when he did my lip piercing, and the pain was like 5/10. I am glad I was in good hands. I would have liked to tip but I am broke at the moment, I mean not for a piercing XD, but yeah anyway. The price was as I expected and it was fair (it was $70 in total). The place is really professional and pretty clean.I already decided I'll get my next piercings here

Experiencia negativa: I stopped by in an attempt to work out a tattoo scheduling conflict I had with my work schedule, as I work during the week in Miami, and was treated very unprofessionaly by Roger himself proclaiming I had an attitude if front of everyone; employees, customers, and my wife, when in fact I was there simply to find what works best. I called the shop previously as suggested by Roger and was told by the receptionist that Roger, who had done a previous tattoo, left early on Saturdays. My wife and I who were customers will no longer use this shop, nor will I recommend to others.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a long time customer of Rockabilly and have always chosen to go there first for all my needs. I usually don’t prefer to leave such terrible reviews, but after 2 bad situations I felt the need to explain why I will never go back. Some time ago, I took my stepdaughter to get her tragus piercing. We walked in and were told by the piercer he didn’t feel comfortable piercing it due to the size (he said it was too small.) When I showed him mine he said he would’ve never pierced mine and the person was crazy who did it. He also said to be careful it doesn’t get an infection, but little did he know I’ve had it for 18 years. There happened to be 2 other girls in the waiting area who confirmed the same piercer didn’t feel ‘comfortable’ doing theirs either. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else with no issue. Fast forward, I thought maybe things had changed after time had went by. I called on a Monday afternoon and was told by the uninterested girl they had answering the phones that there would be a fee to change my jewelry even if purchased there. She said it’s always been that way, but I changed my jewelry regularly and always had it put in there with no fee. I left, went somewhere else and will give up on my once first choice for all my needs.

I was kind of nervous and he made me feel very comfortable by his jokes and explaining the process perfectly. I was in and out very quick service and clean facility. I was also apprehensive because I do have an unusual ear/lobe shape, and from the beginning I was nervous if a 3rd piercing would even be possible on the lobe but as soon as I walked in he looked at my ears and explaining where it would fit and asked if I was okay with that and it worked perfectly. Made me feel a lot more comfortable that that didn’t matter. I will definitely be back if I want anything else done! Thank you Steven!

Experiencia negativa: Loved this shop for many years, but my experience yesterday was an absolute turn off. I walked in yesterday for my daughter (5) to pick out some earrings. Before I could take a good look, the lady at the front said to me that she was sorry but kids under 14 can't be there. There was no notice on the door, & my kids were there last year & it was no problem. So I asked since when, she said she wasn't sure but she's been there since February & it's been a rule since she's been there. I found it a bit strange since I was just there around November with my then 4 yr old & 1 yr old to get my brother's ear pierced. I could understand if maybe there was some kind of notice. I just don't see why a business would turn down money they could've made in under 5 min just because I had my kids with me. Mind you, I went there for my kid to pick out what they wanted. Not for a piercing or tattoo. Just to purchase earrings. Kinda crazy but ok‍♀️

Experiencia fantástica: After picking this place without much thought for the re-do of my belly button piercing, I got it done by Steven and I gotta say 10/10. Not only did I find his work immensely professional and taken serious, I also enjoyed the fact that he was a very real and honest piercer as well, letting me know of his concerns due to the scarring I had, but analyzing further to see if he could really pierce it or not. (He doesn’t have to do any of that because it can cause him to not make any money but he chooses to be correct and not corrupt which anybody could appreciate.) Not only that but his vibes and energy really made the experience fun and relaxing rather then scary and stressful. We laughed but I also learned how to be more responsible with piercings and I went back after seeing how good he was for an eyebrow piercing and I have 0 concerns with both piercings done by him. Guys please go here if you’re interested in someone who actually cares about how he puts needles into your body!! trust me, going somewhere unprofessional is not worth your time.

Actually I dealt with two of the receptionist and the first lady was nice. She told me that the tattoo artists were all currently doing tattoo's and walk-ins but she put me on a "waiting" list. I was willing to take whatever artist was available, but when one of the artists wrapped up a tattoo and was doing nothing else, he refused to even acknowledge my existence. My family drove ALL THIS WAY FOR NOTHING. Not to mention they let this white lady go ahead of me after all the time I WAITED. My family and I were PISSED so we DIPPED. The second receptionist was very DISRESPECTFUL and wouldn't even acknowledge me until I went up to her and she kept giving me the side eye like I DID SOMETHING WRONG. To wrap this up, their ALL RUDE AND RACIST!!

I’ve had piercings done at other places in the past and I always came across issues with the piercing getting infected or not healing properly. But since I’ve gotten my conch & tragus done by Steven they have healed beautifully. No infections or bumps which is so exciting and makes me very happy. The piercing process has always been quick & painless. He also educates you on how to properly care for your piercings and if you follow his instructions accordingly you shouldn’t have any problems. Experiencia negativa: Went on 12/20, for a set of piercings for myself and niece. Several things happened that I found dissatisfactory. The piercer was 40 minutes late. Which was at best a minor inconvenience, then when he finally arrived, it felt like he was rushing us. When we asked questions, his answers were curt, dismissive and his tone sounded exasperated. The absolute final straw is that after paying a collective $150 (it’s overpriced which I don't mind if it’s quality work) for our piercings, the earrings fell off. We’ve incurred additional costs and prolonged our healing progress because of this setback. In short, I won’t be returning or recommending. ----- UPDATE - Since I cannot reply to your comment. I did not outreach your company to fix this, as it was too far. Reminder, both mine & niece's earrings fell off, since we were visiting Ft. Lauderdale area, we could not make the hours long drive to your location. However, I thank you in your willingness to rectify the matter. I paid $120 and niece paid separately, in truth it was above $150. (I will not debate you on standard price, I am not an owner nor am I in the field). As I said, the pricing wasn't much the gripe, I am willing to pay for quality work. It is unfortunate that our collective experience plus end result caused my need to leave a comment. With that said, thank you for your outreach.

He was just talking about how many years he’s been doing piercings and explaining his difference with the care process in a very rude way. I have many piercings but unfortunately I moved and I had to look for a new piercer down here and this is not the one for sure. I’m definitely not coming back.

(I actually did start to feel faint in the middle—not because of the pain, but because my body demanded to reset from the rush of adrenaline from getting started. My tattoo artist was amazing and helped me through feeling faint, getting me water, putting a damp towel on the back of my neck. I felt super supported and safe throughout the whole thing.) Super friendly & amazing staff, all the artists have killer work and are awesome. I got a Japanese octopus with a hanya mask and my artist was Roger. I only had two sessions before I moved and joined the military and the color and lines still look fresh and I constantly get asked who did my work and I haven’t finished it yet because I wanna go back and have Roger finish it because the work is just that amazing. I can’t champion this shop more, whatever piercing or tattoo no matter the style they have someone who can knock it out the park for a great price and give you what you want and a great experience! Experiencia fantástica: I started getting tattoos, when I was 12 years old. On my 18th birthday I walked into a bunch of tattoo shops. Some were super friendly with weird sales vibes and odd rules. Some shops were just straight up rude. I remember walking into rockabiIly and some thing about the atmosphere and the people in that place I was hooked. I remember I got my first tattoo with Chris super straightforward dude. We redid some of my garage tats and added some cool stuff. I was young and didn’t like making appointments. I remember walking in on a Saturday. Chris was busy as the shop is packed most weekends. Ended up sitting with Roger for a small tattoo on my leg. Fast forward seven years. Roger has tattooed my entire arm, my leg, my traps, my belly. and when I have more money, the rest of my body. Unless I was getting a free tattoo, I couldn’t imagine getting tattooed anywhere else. These are some of the most genuine human beings you’ll ever meet , and if you think otherwise, you probably suck . The receptionist provided outstanding customer service and the guys here have fun personalities and carry great conversations! Experiencia fantástica: Honest. My daughter wanted a belly button piercing, but she didn't have the anatomy for it so they politely told her it wouldn't fit right. Other places would have taken her money and just done it, no matter the outcome.

Experiencia negativa: i came in to get a matching piercings with my best friend and when we walked in we were both met with condescending attitudes from the women in front and by the piercer. when the piercer did mine he was so aggressive and hurt my feelings with how rude he was since i was in such a good mood and excited for the new piercing. he said hes been doing piercing for years but it seems like he lost his spark and passion. if you dont like your job, quit.

Experiencia negativa: Walked in to get a nose piercing had my 9 year old with me. I was stopped at the door and told my 9 year old couldn’t come in….lol. She has been in multiple tattoo shops with me and it’s never been a issue. She isn’t a toddler but hey I can definitely take my money elsewhere! Not a welcoming place!

I’ve only gotten tattoos from a few of the artists but i’ve interacted with everyone and I’d feel comfortable going to everyone here(including for piercings)

Today I had a tattoo done by John, great guy, and for my first tat experience, it was amazing. He took everything I gave him and applied it onto my skin. Great art, great shop, great people.
