3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriend and I have been tattooed in multiple shops, states, countries, even continents. And you can tell when someone doesn’t want to tattoo you, and when it’s just a cash grab. This was not our experience at all. We interacted with several different artists in this shop while receiving our tattoos, and every single one of them were genuine and nice. Edson, our artist, was especially accommodating getting us in for an appointment within our budget and schedule, as well as providing us both with a phenomenal tattoo. We couldn’t be happier with the work he did! The entire shop feels exactly the way an old school tattoo shop should feel. I wish I could pick this shop up and place it where we live. Highly recommend this shop, you won’t be disappointed. We will absolutely be back if we’re in the area!

Called to make an appointment for while we were in town and they set me up with an appointment nice and easy. Took my idea and made it reality. Lexi is a beast!! They heard my ideas and paired me with an individual artist who specialized in the type of work I wanted. That artist, Edson reached out to me directly to start brainstorming and allowing us to align on my vision. I was able to get an appointment within a week which was perfect. Once I arrived, I was greeted warmly and the draw and mapping process was effortless. I felt heard, respected, but also guided with what would look best or wear best over time. Cleanliness was second to none and I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. Will be making Edson and EST my home for all my future tattoos. Couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative.

The second we walked in we fell in love with the space- a feast for eyes overflowing with beautiful art, relics, and magical charm. We were treated with kindness and professionalism by the entire staff, specifically Josh and Stefan, incredible artists with a passion that shines through upon your very first interactions with them. I wanted my grandmother’s handwriting done with a fine needle, and Josh knew just the right person for the aesthetic I was looking for. Stefan brought my nana’s writing to life so beautifully. (over my lifetime) Lexi.. Surpassed my expectations and was gentle and friendly and patient. Seven hours of just hanging out for sure. Minimal discomfort and today (day after) I feel great!! 4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend and I were staying in FL for a few days and pitched the idea to get tattoos over lunch. After some browsing online I found this place and was in awe of the shop photos on google and instagram. Super traditional tattoo parlor with the coolest eclectic antique decorum inside- 2 of my fav things ever. Called to find out if they take walk ins and shop pricing and went to voicemail and didn’t leave one then got a text from the shop and some back and forth later my boyfriend and I were making our way there! Josh the owner and one of the other artist were outside as we pulled up and super welcoming and friendly right off the bat. My bf knew what he wanted and I had no clue, as someone with a good amount of tattoos I like to consider myself an expert of tattoo shop etiquette and said to my bf we should not have come here without me having an idea (whose also extremely indecisive at times not for ink tho) my jaw dropped entering the shop at how beautiful it was and loved that they had a get what you get gumball machine and vintage decor everywhere!! Looked thru the books of gorg trad art and after lots of back and forth ended up deciding with the swallow/ sparrow to fill some space on my arm. Was very relieved as with some wonky walk in experiences I’ve had with shops and artist I was glad I got the owner lol. I thought he was going to hate me with how all over the place I was and due to it being later in the day and a Sunday but he was WICKED nice and patient and professional. We chatted the whole time of him doing my tattoo about lots and seemed like an extremely down to earth guy. His own tattoos were my kind of style and just classic so another green flag for me. He was extremely detail oriented, careful, took his time (beyond that, I was surprised how long I was sat for this small tattoo but extremely grateful) and just a very traditional talented artist. My boyfriend loved his and the guy who did it who I believe after going back to their insta his name was Edson. His page and work is crazy insanely talented fine line teeny tattoos I don’t know how that’s even possible not even just because I prefer thick lined trad tattoos. Both guys were super sweet my boyfriend was over the moon with his hand tattoos and getting his grandmothers signature redone for a 3rd time as her sign. Was very thin and kept falling out but third times the charm! Overall wonderful experience and shop and artists. Great way to end our amazing vacation together with two permanent souvenirs. Pricing for mine was reasonable but on the higher end IMO out of all mine and size of tattoo (150ish range ) My bfs for 4 finger tats, linework on his hand, and going over a very fallen out signature (300ish range) made my jaw drop but he was beyond happy with his. As for mine not even mad or hating because it was a memento and good time. Josh sent me photos of mine and told us safe travels home again very nice :) He sent us home with stickers which I already pocketed after coming inside lol.If we ever stumble into Ft Lauderdale again I would come back, thank you both again for our fabulous tattoos and making our trip even more memorable. My daughter and I were visiting from Seattle and planned on getting matching tattoos (her very first) so finding the right shop and artists was incredibly important. We are so glad we found Electric Street and our artists, Josh and Lyandra. From the start, Josh was fantastic. The artwork came out beautiful! She solicited my feedback and made sure I was comfortable with the design and placement. Lexi took her time and paid close attention to detail. There was practically no discomfort and she used a very gentle hand. I experienced absolutely no swelling and no "sweating" after completion. My skin did not even peel! 7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this shop since about 2019 and have NEVER left disappointed and can absolutely say it’s my shop of choice. Today’s experience was no different from the previous ones. Lyandra worked with me to bring a tattoo I’ve wanted for a while to life. She knocked it out of the park, and the entire session was clean, comfortable, calm, and smooth. I especially appreciated her use of tegaderm afterwards because it made for a mess-free trip back home. The only downside I can think of is the fact that I’ve moved away from the area and will need to wait for my next visit home to get another piece, but will definitely make it happen! 7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I had family visiting for a week from CT for and we wanted to get tattoos together. I messaged Electric Street Tattoos explaining the situation. Josh responded very quickly and set us up for the end of the week. My sister in law and I went in and got Palm Tree tattoos. Lexi worked on mine and Stefan worked on hers. Both tattoos came out phenomenal! The coloring on my tattoo is the best I’ve ever had done. Stefan was happy to also make some quick touch ups on some of my sister in law’s other tattoos. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done. We had to bring my infant niece with us due to a last minute childcare issue and they were absolutely amazing and so understanding with the situation. I can’t wait to come back for my next one!

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I first went to Electric Street 5 or 6 years ago and it was ok. Did some shopping around over the years and went back to Electric Street because of the convenience of where they are located. Timing really is everything. I went in on Saturday to make an appointment and met Lexi. Lexi was able to get me in two hours later and it was a great Saturday afternoon. Lexi has great energy, we had great conversation and her work as an artist is amazing. I have been telling everyone about Lexi since I left the shop. I am already planning my next visit for my next project and it will definitely be with Lexi. I highly suggest if you are in the market for your 1st or your 20th tattoo, seek out Lexi, the worse thing would be is you will walk away with a great first impression. The best thing will be you will be full of excitement about your appointment with Lexi. The shop itself was clean, the music playing in the background was cool and the staff was super friendly. You will not regret it.

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: After years of thinking about getting one, I finally decided to pull the trigger and commemorate the Panthers back to back Stanley Cup Championships. I called to set an appointment while watching the parade. Leading up to my appointment, I sent over a number of pictures of what I liked. We discussed how I wanted to combine the original Panthers logo with the new logo, where to place the cups, and placement on my leg. When I arrived, I was blown away to see the design CJ came up with. The additional details added for this year cup (chip in the top and dent in the base) are examples of a true genius and artist. Just seeing the initial transfer on my leg was beyond my expectations of how it would look. CJ got started and without knowing what to really expect with my first, the process was smooth. He took good care of me, always asking if I needed to take breaks or how was my pain level throughout our 10 hour session. Towards the end, I was flinching too much to continue, even though CJ was willing. Between my sessions, I received so many compliments and people were surprised to hear it was incomplete. Back in the (very comfy) chair 2 weeks ago for another 3 hours to finish it off. The results are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with CJ. I’ll be back next year to add our third (fingers crossed)

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I spent 2 days (separate sessions) with artist Alex Joelle and got 8 new tattoo's from her. SHE'S AMAZING!! The amount of care and personal touch to each piece that she put into it was outstanding. The atmosphere of the studio is great, lots of talented artists and others in the studio getting tattooed. Very clean and sanitary and used extreme hygiene protocols. Tattoo's healed amazing, thank you again Alex & Electric Street Tattoo!

The shop itself is super sick, very clean and lots of incredible traditional pieces around to keep your eyes busy with fantastic vibes. The real draw for this is Lyandra, what an absolute gem! Extremely talented and communicative with such a sweet soul. She took a design idea I’ve been dreaming of for years and brought it to life better than I could have ever imagined. The whole process was a breeze and she really made sure we had some water/snack breaks and checked in on my pain level which I really appreciated. 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience again! Received my second tattoo from Electric Street Tattoo this week and cannot express enough how happy I am with my entire experience. I had the privilege of getting tattooed by Lyandra, who is extraordinarily talented. I needed a coverup on my ankle that I had lasered, and it was in a bit of a tricky spot. Lyandra worked with me to perfect the design and exact placement to completely cover my old tattoo. You could not even tell anything was there beforehand, it just looks like a beautiful new tattoo! The entire process was great- from the design work to the actual tattoo itself. I cannot wait to come back again and get more ink from Lyandra :)

He explained the healing process and this was the first experience where I had no bleeding. I will visit again and I recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality work.

We were only able to knock out 2 pieces in 1 session but she was flexible enough to do the last piece the next day! More than happy with my experience. 10/10‼️

9 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Wifey had been thinking about getting a new tattoo for a while. She had a specific design in mind for a few months, and during our vacation in Fort Lauderdale, she finally decided she was ready to go for it. While we were having lunch, she did a quick search for a highly rated tattoo shop nearby—and Electric Street Tattoo popped up. After we finished eating, we hopped in a short Uber ride and headed over. As we walked up, two guys were sitting outside the shop and greeted us. Wifey let them know she was looking to get a tattoo, and one of them said, “Come on in.” In less than two minutes, he joined us inside, and the consultation began. It turns out that he was the owner of the shop. She shared her design and explained what she had in mind. They went back and forth a bit on placement and size, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. This design was something deeply meaningful to her—a reminder to stay centered on her spiritual journey and to keep moving forward with intention. Overall, the experience was exceptional and Josh, the owner, took great care of us. This is definitely a tattoo shop worth visiting. @whatsthenextmemory

10 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to CJ for my tattoo needs for well over 10 years now. I’ve put my trust in him since day 1 and he’s always amazed me with his work! He excels in so many different styles and puts everything he’s got into each tattoo. I moved out of the Ft Lauderdale area in 2019 to Tampa and recently went back just to get tattooed by CJ! I definitely look forward to my next visit. Electric Street Tattoo is a great place. There’s so much talent in all the artists there, you really can’t go wrong with any one of them. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed. Good vibes all around. And there so much artwork on the walls! If you live in the area (or not- like me!) or even just visiting, I 100% recommend Electric Street! See you all again hopefully soon! Thank you so much CJ! 10 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Walked into a tattoo shop just to ask about pricing and ended up getting inked the same day. Artist was chill and made sure the design came out just how I wanted. Whole place was clean and they followed all the safety stuff. Took their time and didn’t rush the process. Only thing I’d say is it took a bit longer than expected but worth it for the detail. The tattoo healed great and I already want to go back for another one. Glad I picked a good spot, cause I was real nervous goin in. Solid experience overall.
