Experiencia negativa: Like other bad reviews for this business, bad habits tattoos fail with their time management and are unable to keep up with the work. If you are soo busy that you are unable to complete other tasks in a timely manner for your customers, stop taking their deposits. Other reviews mention Jorge being a problem and I will have to agree, he is a problem.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve gotten 2 tattoos from this shop. Both were done by Jorge and the second one had to be redone by Amaury. Jorge works heavy handed so my first tattoo is now raised Im not sure if it’s the high amount of ink from the hard pressing or if it’s scarred, bottom line my skin took unnecessary damage. After I did my second tattoo with Jorge I made a third appointment for a 3rd piece, the day of my appointment I come in early but Jorge doesn’t have a sketch for me, he essentially canceled on me and had me reschedule, then days later he sends me a poorly made sketch, I wasn’t happy with it then he says lets go with your idea, weeks pass by and I get nothing from him, by that time I’m more concerned about my $100 deposit because my artist cancelled on me the day of my appointment and the sketch wasn’t any good, so I felt like I made a deposit towards nothing, I tried to get a refund but they tell me all deposits are nonrefundable. I know the deposits are made for times when the client cancels last minute or is late, but if my artist cancels on me, he still gets to keep my money? Amaury stepped in on this moment when I asked for a refund and said he’ll take care of me. I decided to not go through with the third piece and focus on my 2nd tattoo because when my 2nd tattoo healed I noticed that it was done improperly, I believe Jorge did not pay attention to detail when he did my second tattoo, Amaury did his best trying to fix it but there’s only so much he can do If the tattoo was already messed up to begin with, so I don’t blame him, he did what he could. Before Amaury stepped in I spoke to Jorge about getting touchups to fix the 2nd tattoo and he told me that touchups are free, after I finish my touchups with Amaury he charges me $100, basically charging me the money I had originally deposited months ago even though touchups are supposedly free. Jorge specializes in a particular tattoo style so it was a mistake on my part for choosing him as my artist, even though my tattoos were fairly simple and should’ve been easy to work with. This is my second review, I removed the first review because Amaury called me about it thinking I was happy about the results but obviously the tattoo looks completely different when it’s healed, also I felt bad so I went ahead and removed the review. But at the end of the day I’m giving an honest review, they have my money and I’m left with poor tattoos that are stuck on my body that’ll cost 5 times the amount I paid for them, to get removed. I will not be returning to this shop so please do not call me. My tattoos are raised and scarred because of Jorge, I recommend not going to this shop. Many others have had the same bad experience, please be careful. This is my response: You’re trying to blame my raised tattoo on my own actions but fail to acknowledge that other people have had the same problem, Jorge presses down very hard, end of story, if you check your reviews you will see that “Jorge” is the only one out of all your “artists” that gets criticized for leaving people with scars, to address my third appointment, Jorge didn’t even come in with a sketch ready, he arrived late and threw something together on the spot, does a dedicated artist work so carelessly? He came unprepared and cancelled on me, that isn’t my fault it’s yours, how can you expect someone to not want their deposit back when you guys didn’t hold up your end of the deal? You cannot be upset that I left an honest review, I don’t need to speak to Amaury or Jorge because I will never be going back to your business, this isn’t an issue about communication, Im just informing the public about my experience, I deleted my last review out of kindness for your business but when I checked your reviews, I saw someone else had the same problem as I did with the same “artist” Jorge, If i had left my review up maybe that guy wouldn’t have had a bad experience and steered clear of this shop. “My concerns extended beyond typical touchups” the tattoo wasn’t done well to begin with so what do you expect? “Inaccuracies” Please take accountability.
