Experiencia fantástica: I went to get a lobe and helix piercing and it was free. Emily she was awesome made me feel comfortable as I was nervous and place was so clean and professional. Totally 10 out of 10.

Experiencia negativa: Got my belly button pierced and it came out crooked. They allowed me to re-pierce it for free after 3 weeks, but the same thing happened again. I went to a different shop and the girl told me they had given me the wrong type of ring for my belly button shape and told me the healing process should have been longer and that it might not be recommended to re-pierce it again based on how it heals. So now I may not be able to get it pierced at all because of this. Long story short, know what you need to know before walking in, because they may not. They are all really sweet people, but maybe not the most knowledgeable on every single service.

Experiencia negativa: I left a kind review after my first experience but I deleted that because when I left the review, it was as if they were begging for one and watched me write it. I just left the shop because I wanted to cover a small name, all I asked the heavy set face tatted white girl was for a quote. My tattoo is 3 inches long in thin lettering and I only wanted it covered with shading. This tattoo cost me $40, she tells me $150 because the surrounding tats are not there work. $150 only for shading a 3 inch area. Then she passive aggressively cuts me off and says $150 again. I will never return. The shop looks cool but service is everything to me and this place doesn’t deserve this location.
