Experiencia negativa: I called the shop to try to get an appointment for a nose piercing for my underage daughter. I was trying to get information on the documentation I needed to do so since I know we need her formal IDs since she has other piercings. I said I had her birth certificate and SS and asked him what kind of picture ID was acceptable for her since we didn't have one, but maybe he could guide me in the right direction. However, the gentleman that answered the phone was very disrespectful and impatient. He may have been with a client, but there was no need to scream at me and hang up the phone on me. I do not recommend this place based on customer service. He said he doesn't make the rules, which I understand, and calmly explained to him that all I needed was information. He acted like I was the one screaming and telling me the same thing over and over. He was not only unhelpful but very disrespectful to hang up the phone on me when I was calmly explaining all I needed was information. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years; if you can't answer a call, don't, or if you have to call back, ask for that. But answering just to scream and hang up the phone on a potential client shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. Don't even bother calling.

He sits with you and provides you with the time and quality that you are wanting when getting a piece done. He fixed my realism sleeve and I’m definitely going to keep on trusting him in the future for coming project.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in to jimmy with an idea and gave him artistic freedom this design was his suggestion and the badge a design from my daughter. Jimmy absolutely delivered and I’m happy with his art. Jimmy gave me some good post care knowledge and I noticed through the process he changes gloves often and spared no expense when it came to cleanliness. Environment was cool and relax private and comfortable. He already knows I’ll be back for more work!

The shop was clean and welcoming with complimentary refreshments! I’ve came to him for a while for all gm ear piercings. If I ever have an issue with anytbing he never hesitates to meet with you. I’ve gone to other piercers in the past but unfortunately I’ve always had to remove the piercings because they would get infected :/. Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews but this definitely deserves one. I walked in asking just out of curiosity if they had space for a walk in. (I was almost certain I’d get told no and turned away like the other shop I had been to today) But to my surprise everyone was super nice. Loco the owner informed me the artist may not be able to do it today because of other appointments scheduled (completely understandable! duh! honestly what was I thinking, it’s a Saturday afternoon in Miami) . He asked me some questions about what I wanted to get (my puppy’s anniversary in Roman numerals), he did some research to double and triple check the numbers were correct for the tattoo. He gave me the quote and offered to make an appointment for sometime next week. I declined because I really only had today to get it done. Before I could even take a step to walk away in defeat, he had already printed it out and was pointing me to the back of the shop. I followed him, and he said “you wanted it today, you’re getting it today” I could not even begin to express to you the excitement to not only finally be getting it done but to be getting it done by the owner. The spot I originally wanted the tattoo wouldn’t have been too great, he recommended another spot, that was perfect. (Always listen to your artist’s recommendations people!) He sanitized everything right in front of me, did the tattoo, wrapped me up and gave me the aftercare instructions. He was so attentive to detail, so kind, so professional. Gave me a gift and sent me on my way with the after care products. All of this to say if you’re wondering if this is a good place to get your tattoos done. Let this be your sign, make your appointment asap! I will never go to any other place for tattoos or piercings. I had such an amazing experience here, other places I’ve been to have been rude and quite mean honestly, they treat it like a factory. Not here, they’re so kind and understanding. They’re very thorough and honestly I’ve never been treated nicer! Just come get your work done here already. I will never shut up about how much I love this place! Thank you Loco!!!

The guys were even better than expected. They were extremely helpful, accommodating, and their line work was perfect. Experiencia positiva: I've gotten 2 tattoos here as a walk in. And tried to get a piercing (again, as a walk in). Both tattoos were small. Both tattoos were done okay, although I had some ink spread on one and some light spots on the other, it wasn't bad enough for me to go back and can happen to anyone. I did try to get a piercing and was told piercings are by appointment only and there was no availability that week. I love that it's a local shop. I love that they took me as a walk-in. They were clean, professional, and prices were average. (As an FYI- I've never gotten tattooed by Loco and I hear he's very good but books up quickly.) All in all, my experience was ok.

Experiencia positiva: I had to wait 2hrs to get my tattoo done but I was informed that the artist was finishing up a tattoo on someone else so I wasn’t upset about it. The man that did my tattoo wasn’t fluent with English but used a translator app to ask what I liked and what I didn’t like and I loved that. Although my tattoo doesn’t look exactly like the image and my stars are way bigger than the photo I showed him, I still like it and will definitely be back in the future

I have had three artists from Dharma over the last five years, just because of my own scheduling issues, and all three have been perfect. Aside from the phenomenal work, they are just really nice, good people, which is not always easy to find. Everything is sterile, packages are opened right in front of you, they all have steady hands, clean work, and are friendly. To top it off, every time I go in, I bring an idea, and they draw it out for me, which I know is extra work, but they always have a way of making my vision a reality.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience!! Customer service is top notch. My wife and I came in to get tattoos by Loco. He took our ideas and created something better than we ever imagined. Loco's attention to detail and artistic skills are amazing, not to mention his great personality! Staff make it a point to make you feel like more tha just a client. They made our tattoo experience an excellent one from start to finish.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at Dharma Tattoo Studio, my artist Mike (@i.just.make.art) was very patient and understanding when discussing the tattoo i wanted, he did an amazing job turning it from a bad sketch to a fantastic work of art that translated wonderfully to a tattoo. The tattooing experience couldn't of been more pleasant (tattoo pain aside), he was very good at asking how i was doing throughout the process and making sure i was both comfortable and not in too much pain. The atmosphere at the shop creates a calm environment that's ideal to not focus on the pain of tattoos, i have already recommended him to the people i know, and i will no doubt continue to recomend him to any one who is interested on a fantastic tattoo experience.

Experiencia negativa: I want to be clear that this rating is for the service - NOT the tattoo. I visited the shop back in February 2019 and am still very happy with both tattoos I got, they look great - exactly what I wanted. I was visiting from Canada and had made an appointment about a month in advance. I don’t remember the tattoo artist’s name unfortunately, but he was a very lively and friendly Spanish man. He was super nice, however he was about an hour late for the appointment. When he arrived he quickly apologized and said he needed to run ‘errands’. I thought that was a terrible excuse to tell the client, but I said it was okay and was very friendly. I wanted a palm tree and roman numerals, and he put both stencils on and I was excited to finally get the tattoos going. Then he tells me while the stencils dry he was going to eat lunch. He then spent about half an hour eating with a couple other people that were at the shop. I have a few other tattoos, so I know stencils only take a few minutes to dry - not half an hour. It was so unprofessional, but I did not want to say anything because he was going to be shortly giving me a permanent tattoo that I wanted to look good. When he finally did my tattoos, they turned out great, once again. But I was very disappointed to spend my last day of vacation spending an extra 2 hours in the shop waiting for my tattoo artist to run errands and eat lunch.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. Awesome atmosphere and great vibe. Everyone is attentive, helpful and kind. Both me and my daughter came for both piercings and our tattoos. Mike our tattoo artist is hands down the best, makes you feel at easy and does an incredible job. No reason to go anywhere else...❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Just got out of the studio with a friend and Mike did an awesome job on our tattoos. In the first place I wanted the tattoo really small, but Mike showed me why I definitely should do it a little bit bigger and in a little bit different spot. It made sense to me and now I'm very glad that I did it like that! The lines are perfectly thin and Mike was really quick. Can't compare it to the other tattoo artists I went for my first tattoos. I highly recommend the Studio and Mike ! :) Also the girl on the front desk (unfortunately Ididn't catched her name) was the cutest! We had a lot of fun talking to her and she was just so so nice. Thanks a lot for a great experience :)

Experiencia fantástica: Loco is the man. He did a Polynesian piece for my Dad(el tio!!) that speaks for itself. From the design to the final touches it was an absolute amazing experience. The shop is awesome, the vibe is very chill and peaceful. My Dad is flabbergasted and very thankful; he even called Loco (sobrino) and is definitely counting the days to go back and continue with the arm sleeve. Thank you Loco we will see you soon! Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten all my piercings at Dharma and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The environment in the shop is always welcoming and friendly and they’re also very professional. They explain the healing process to you and they provide an aftercare saline spray to clean the piercing. I also like that they are honest if you are choosing certain jewelry or placement for a piercing that won’t be the most flattering for you. I recommend this place to everyone, you won’t leave disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here since 2014 and every time I get a tattoo done I keep coming back for more. I went with my son for his 18 birthday for his first tattoo and I went to add more. We made the appointment three weeks in advance and Loco never disappoints. My son loved his tattoo and so do I. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly the artist are unique and inviting. Loco took an idea I had and made it our own. He’s awesome. Can’t wait for my next tattoo.

The staff is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and downright friendly! They made me feel relaxed and at home, especially Jenny! Loco, the artist and owner, was very receptive and engaging. During the consult he gave me his undivided attention when discussing my tattoo. He showed genuine interest in my ideas and offered some suggestions. I quickly realized he is the kind of professional who treats every job with equal importance and he gets sincerely excited about it. The day of my appointment, I was in a very relaxed atmosphere, engaging in great conversations with the staff while Loco was skillfully drafting my tattoo. When getting inked, I always felt relaxed and Loco did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was always up for a good conversation. The end product was beyond my expectations. I am SO happy with the result! This man is an amazing artist! The whole process was an awesome experience and I will be returning for a second tattoo real soon. Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this tattoo shop for a while, but yesterday was my best experience. Mike was able to take my idea of a simple tattoo and change it into something I fell in love with. He was very sweet & funny. The tattoo was done quick, as he promised, but came out beautifully. I will definitely continue to add work to my body with Mike as the artist. I had also mentioned to G that I was having problems unscrewing my nipple piercings to change the jewel. She more than happily offered to help me. She was able to take them off quick & painless, explained the best way to take care of my piercings and even gave me a cute little sticker at the end. They really do make sure that you are comfortable and happy. My first tattoo was done by Tantan and my second with Mike. Both came out exactly how I wanted. I don't see myself going anywhere else for a tattoo.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first experience EVER with getting a tattoo. I was so nervous and scared, but my artist put me at ease and got me through the process. We had four pieces done in total and each one looks just as good as the last. We didn't have anyone to leave our two year old daughter with, so we brought her with us. We were afraid she'd be seen as a burden but the receptionist was extremely accommodating. She had a bucket full of markers and gave us some printer paper for her to doodle on. That gesture alone was above and beyond anything I had expected. If I ever get another tattoo I will definitely be coming back.
