Experiencia fantástica: I had a tattoo that someone had messed up pretty bad. I had consulted with some other people and they told me they couldn’t fix it or I should have a lasered off. My artist here Davie said he could fix it and he did a fantastic job. I will highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: The bayside location My experience yesterday with my group of family was terrible. Damien who was our tattoo artist was very disrespectful and incorporative. He had a smug looked on his face and a very eerie demeanor which gave off he did not want to help us. I don’t know if it was because we were black or a group of 4 who wanted a tattoo and he was pissed off he had to do it. Either way he kept giving us pushback in regards to where we wanted our tattoo placed. He made my sister feel so uncomfortable she cried afterwards and said she never had an experience like that. Then when we mentioned the boss gave our group a 20% discount and we wanted to know the price he said “I don’t know about that” very stingy. Then when we tried to pay for our tattoo he now wanted to drop that they “only” take cash. Which is a lie!!!! He ended up giving his Zelle information but once I confirmed payment he did not say thank you. He was very disgusting and rude. Please do not come here and if you get Damien please run!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Arnesto tattoo’d me two times during my stay, my father who hadn’t been tattoo’d in over 20 years, and my sister as well. We ALL loved his work! Great job done. He’s work is clean and worth the visit! The whole staff there were super friendly and everything I would want at a tattoo shop. I would recommend this place 10 times over. Will be coming back every-time I’m in Miami. They do fine line which is a plus!

Experiencia negativa: So I walked in and asked the guy at the register how much a specific tattoo which I’ve wanted for a while would be and he said “For that size and type of tattoo that is it’ll be $20” and me my girlfriend and her mom all heard him say that but just in case for clarification I asked again “did you just say $20?” To which he said “yes” and again I asked “2. 0. Dollars right??” And he said “yes $20” so I said we could do it and the tattoo was fine and there weren’t any issues but when we were done he said “alright whenever you’re ready that’ll be $120” and we started arguing with the artist and his manager for like 10 minutes and after that they went down to $80 plus the card fee which made it $88. So while their work isn’t bad I DO NOT recommend that anyone goes there cause they lie about their pricing to try to trick you into paying more after you get the tattoo. Also he didn’t put the new skin on right it’s only been an hour and it keeps trying to peel off.

Shoutout to Davi for doing an amazing job - he totally nailed the design, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Everyone at the shop was super chill and made me feel at ease the whole time. They really took the time to listen and answer all my questions, which was a huge plus since it was my first time getting inked. Experiencia negativa: First off place was super hard to find especially when your not from FL. When finally found the place staff was super cool. Me and my friend got the Christina piercing on a Wednesday. We were alittle thrown off because they had absolutely no privacy for their customers but we got them done anyway. Piercing guy Mike was super quick and gentle on me and my friend piercing. Big ups to him. The piercing ring he gave us was super small which made us question our piercing. My friend was bleeding from her piercing for 2 days “ Insane “ By time we got back to our hometown on Thursday our piercings was irritating us. Went to another piercing professional and was told that our piercings was completely wrong. Wrong spot , to low & to deep. We had to get it removed. Total bummer $130 from both us down the drain !!

Experiencia negativa: Recommend being careful if you get tattooed here - the artist didn't sanitize our skin, used the same stencil for 3 people while not wearing gloves, and didn't clean or shave our skin before tattooing us. The artist also said he would work with us for 3 small, 5 minute tattoos but charged us $300 overall.

Experiencia negativa: i went in for a simple daith piercing. mike is the one who helped me. we looked in the mirror together and i asked him if i had the ear for a daith piercing. he laughed and said “you have plenty of ear”. he proceeds to pierce me in the wrong spot in my ear, on the outside. i was bleeding alot. it was insanely painful, took way too long and he was definitely struggling. i looked at it and i knew it was in the wrong spot. i asked him what did he do, showed him pictures of a daith piercing on google, and he was basically speechless. i paid and left and bawled my eyes out. i hate it so much. my boyfriend went back in the there and mike then tells him “she doesn’t have the ear for it.” the piercing looks so ugly and i feel so mutilated. never go here , he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. i attached a daith piercing on google versus what he did to me. it’s worse in person.

Experiencia negativa: Awful, not very clean, never washed hands before starting tattoo, owner mike was drinking well helping customers,he tired to fix tattoo that got messed up by another artist when he was half in the bag and then says if you go home and need someone to fix it let me know and I'll pay for it have them call me, if he was actually going to pay he would of offered the cash back that was paid! Would not recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: Greeted by a super cool receptionist. Really welcoming and professional. Attentive and knowledgeable. The shop was unclean in many ways. Very disorganized. The reception area was uncomfortable to wait in. The seating was extremely limited and what was offered was a wooden storage unit, it was painful after 10 minutes. The music was vulgar and inappropriate in a customer oriented atmosphere. Explicit and vulgar lyrics in the presence of women was completely out of pocket, especially in a professional environment. The artist I worked with was Johnny. He was cool in personality, but lacked true experience in his craft. Everyone starts somewhere, however, the finished product looked great, but didn’t last as healing begun. I’ll have to go and get the work redone. All in all, I liked the people, didn’t like the package as a whole. Oh, the neighboring garage posts a $20 parking tab, you’ll be charged $45 at the exit gate.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with Mike at the counter helping my wife and I figure out the details of tattoos we wanted of our son’s name. They were able to fit us in for a walk in and Mike tattooed my wife in about 10 mins, mine was larger so Johnny did it over about 1.5 hours. He did a great job and had a really skilled touch to minimize discomfort throughout. Would highly recommend!

But Michael was super cool and professional and made me feel like I could totally get a tiny tattoo I’ve been thinking about for ages. He drew it out & let me see the stencil in a few different places. He was patient and gave me a good price for my first tat. Barely even hurt! He was great and fun to hang out with. I’m shocked to say I might actually be back for another tattoo!!!

Experiencia negativa: Spur of the moment, two matching tattoos and two nose piercings. The tattoos were no bigger than a quarter and simple nothing crazy. I was originally quoted $100 for each tattoo but was running a 4th of July special for 25% off which would have made the tattoos $75 each. I was quoted $45-$65 for the nose piercings depending on which jewelry the girls picked. Regardless, if they picked the $65 priced jewelry each, their total would have been $130 and our tattoos would have been $150 bringing the grand total to $280. “To be nice” the owner threw in one nose spray for the piercings and some tattoo cream which couldn’t be super expensive. My total charge was $440. $160 more than what we even expected to pay. I would definitely say they target tourists for sure. I should have waited to get home and would have paid a total of $180 for everything. Not to add, our two tattoos are so light now they almost don’t even exist and this wasn’t my first tattoo. Save your money friends!

Experiencia negativa: These people scammed us. They charged $150 for a tiny tattoo. The front counter girl (Esme) said the minimum was $100. When I asked why this tiny tattoo wasn't $100 then, she said she didn't know. As if she didn't work there! She claimed she told my sister the price and she was OK with it. When I asked both of my sisters, they said she never gave them a price! The girl also didn't tell me that card charges were an extra 10% (luckily I heard her tell another customer but not before she tried to charge an extra $70 in my card). Their system wouldn't process my card and the girl almost forced me to the ATM (I was about to spend almost $700). When I got the cash (although none of this felt right anymore with her behavior), she then told me she didn't have change (the ATM does multiples of $20). When I tried to back out, they tried to pressure me and started one of the tattoos before we paid so we would be stuck. I paid for that one rip-off and immediately left. The quality of that one tattoo was also terrible. It was 3 hearts, and they are crooked and not the same size. Avoid this place at all costs! I would leave zero stars if I could!

Experiencia negativa: My experience started as hospital. I was looking to reopen my old tongue piercing. Without any paperwork and just a payment through a digital channel they decided to pierce me. The blonde girl (maybe an amateur) decided to take on the job, and failed to properly seal the barbell. After I have already been stabbed and failed, they decided that I need retrying. Unfortunately, I agreed. Another piercer decided to take on the job. I trusted him as he was so confident in setting up his chair. The end result, they used a short barbell and pierced me crooked directly into my right muscle instead of the middle connective tissue. Now I’m in pain and because they didn’t use the correct barbell length, my piercing is embedding. I demand a refund!

Experiencia fantástica: Luis was my artist and he was one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. I told him my idea and he also worked with me on the price. He took his time drawing my idea and spoke to me most of the time (i’m a talker ) I love how it fits my body, thank you Luis! The shop was a bit small but super clean and KD at the front desk was super nice. She took my number down and called me once Luis came in.

Patricia at the front desk was so pleasant and kind. She made sure I was comfortable. JB did my piercing and he made the whole ordeal smooth and without pain. Cundo the tattoo artist was phenomenal and very kind and friendly. He made sure I was okay during the whole process. He is a true artist. You definitely have to check him out! Highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Jung from Empire filled I’m for my original tattoo artist and did an excellent job. He knew that I was leaving town the next day and took me on without any problems. Even with the minimal language barrier he was able to do the tattoo beautifully. That man is a true artist. He was able to cover up an ugly tattoo I had for over twenty years and create a work of art on my arm and make it look as though the old one never existed. His prices are reasonable too. Would definitely ask for him again when I get back down to Miami .

Experiencia negativa: Tattoo artist didn't show me if the needles were brand new so now I'm concerned that they weren't. Tattoo was well done but the safety and cleanliness was not up to par. The area being tattooed was directly on the chair nothing placed underneath. Additionally the guy had gloves on but proceeded to text on his phone with the gloves on WHILE tattooing me. When it was finished it was very poorly wrapped up. I would not recommend. Also way overpriced for the service I received.

Experiencia fantástica: We were in Miami prior to leaving for our honeymoon cruise, we stumbled across this quaint shop tucked in a tourist shopping center. My husband & I made a vow to come back. We came back. We weren’t disappointed, it is very rare that you find a quality tattoo shop that knows what they’re doing, extremely friendly, and driven by making connections. We were very impressed with the quality of work and price. They won’t disappoint

Experiencia fantástica: Very very nice crew; Art helped us get piercings right before closing, and a young lady with blond hair also helped us out. It was 3 people getting piercings, and 2 of us were a little faint after our piercings, and they helped us and asked us if we were okay through the entire process and helped us with any questions we had. Very nice place, very professional staff and overall a very great experience. I'm definitely coming back as a return customer and again with new customers for these amazing people.
