Today my daughter and I walked in to get her very first tattoo, she recently loses her father and wanted to get a tattoo to honor him, we have had work done in the past and have always been happy with the artists work. The manager was absolutely amazing through this process, he even entertained my toddler while we waited and Jose! He presented us with the stencil and right away she fell in love with the piece. I can’t thank him enough for fulfilling my daughters dream tattoo to represent her father whom also visited the shop 3 years ago to do her name as well. Thank you guys for everything, we will be back for some more art ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: We were on our last day before flying home from our forced vacation extension (huge winter ice/snow storm over most of the eastern US caused major cancellations and delays for 3 days). My sister, niece and I decided to get tattoos from Fame Tattoos as walk-ins. We got there early and after a brief wait, spoke with the first artist who came in to work, Gil. He worked with us to have enough artists come in and then he and the other artists helped design our tattoos with our input every step of the way. All of the staff were knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed the experience there, and live my tattoos! We trust this staff so much, my sister and I are considering coming back from our hometown in WI for our next tattoo!

Experiencia positiva: So this was my first art work.... I had done some research, there were two other places I considered, but went with FAME. The atmosphere is nice, I enjoyed the decoration, black tile and all merch. But the person who answers ph, greets customers and provides forms to fill out needs a bit more customer service training....( I know is a tattoo shop, but it is still a business)... I was assigned Mario as my artist. He made me feel a wee bit welcomed and comfortable. After showing him an image and explaining what and how I wanted it, he provided me with a sample and 2 size options; he did some tweaking, and gave me what i had in my heart all along. He was gentle and I almost fell asleep a few times. Update - 01/02/26 - went and got a second tattoo with Fame, this time was Osmany who did it.... I tell you service is phenomenal in this place.....can't wait for my third.

Experiencia negativa: do not get a piercing here. a couple months ago in august, i had gotten a nostril piercing on the left side of my nose. the first thing i noticed was the lack of jewelry option. i am very sensitive to some types of materials, which i should've said, yes, but i was super anxious. the piercer did NOT ask me about any type of jewelry until the needle was literally through my nostril sticking out my nose. i have a very small nostril and not a lot of nostril space in general, and they gave me too long of a bar which i understand for swelling, but there was NO downsize reminder and the corkscrew stud is constantly pressing up very tightly against the wall of my nose. this extra movement and friction caused me to get an IRRITATION BUMP, not a keloid. a keloid can only be confirmed by a doctor and certainly not a piercing salon. the irritation bump i noticed was a month or so after the initial piercing procedure. the piercer also told me to use antibacterial soap which was honestly the worst thing to EVER use on your piercing, and even my own doctor confirmed this. the nostril is a very sensitive area and putting any type of soap on it whether it's for piercings or not WILL be horrible. the bump consistently got worse and worse, and today i called this morning asking what i should do and if they could possibly downsize me. the person on the phone told me to use tea tree oil and baby oil diluted in water, in which any reputable piercer will NOT tell you to do. the only thing you should ever clean your piercings with is sterile saline solution, specifically the neilmed brand. the fact this company cannot care for the health of their clients is downright disrespectful. on top of that, the person on the phone told me "oh it's a keloid and it's infected." Infection and irritation are separate things, and there was no right to tell me what i have in my nose without even bothering to check. A keloid is a permanent scar that can only be surgically removed, and this is not that. I have spoken to many people who have their face completely pierced and they only use saline. no alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or antibacterial soap. i went to my doctor today and she indeed confirmed it was a rapidly growing granuloma, which is an entirely different thing. BECAUSE of the downright safety issues this company has, i now have to entirely remove my piercing and get the granuloma medically removed and cut off. the granuloma has almost completely clogged my nostril airway, and it makes me so sad that these big companies can't even fathom to have the slightest care for their clients. the tattoos aren't amazing in some cases either. someone i knew had a tattoo professionally done here and it immediately greyed up in less than 2 months of having it. this is an ongoing issue that has now caused me a medical issue where i have to go to the HOSPITAL and get rid of the consequences of getting pierced in this studio.

He was great at capturing my design thoughts. Jose set up an appointment with the extremely gifted and talented tattoo artist Osnely . Osnely took his time to make sure the design was positioned correctly before he started. He was briiliant in blending the new chestpiece into an existing chest piece. Finished tattoo was exceptional! I highly recommend FAME...Barbie, Jose and Osnely were all great!

As soon as I walked into the location I noticed the cleanliness and the importance they give to their workspace to be clean, which to me is my #1 priority. Everything Jill used to do my piercing (needle, piercing, etc.) was sterilized. She took the time to make sure my piercing was completely straight and that I was liking how it was going to look. Once the piercing was in, she with much detail explained to me the after care for my piercing. Over all Jill was great! I loved her vibe and the vibe of the environment she works at! From the airport to the Hotel was only 15 min and the hotel is literally 10 steps to the shop. One of the owners, Chris, is an awesome guy. He welcomed me he was friendly and down to earth. The shop and all staff were professional and super talented. The culture and vide of the shop is amazing. I felt like I was hanging out with friends and I never met them before. Absolutely great experience highly recommend. My artist Anna_Belle on insta is the most amazing horror/realistic artist who specializes in portraits she is incredible. Her husband and manager Chris is a class act. I won’t go to anyone else. Borrowed time 10/10. And Anna / Chris 10/10. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!

Experiencia negativa: Saturday night I sent a message requesting an appointment for Sunday. I got a response back pretty quick. The response said no appointments, walk-ins only and it was first come first serve. I arrived Sunday at 12:10pm for a tattoo and was told they were booked all day... And was asked to make an appointment no thank you. I go back to Minnesota and had tried to make an appointment already!!!! I went somewhere else and got a fabulous tattoo done today (Sunday).

Jose the best tattoo designer in the 305 .super clean shop and the best experience I've had ever in my 43 yrs of getting tattoos. Experiencia negativa: Highly do not recommend going here for piercings, especially if you want a horizontal eyebrow piercing with flat jewelry. When I went to get my eyebrow pierced, I was left bleeding while the piercer was trying to put the jewelry in the needle. Obviously, that was not his fault, but it was very, very uncomfortable to be left with a clamp on my eyebrow and a hole that went straight through my eyebrow that was bleeding a lot. I was told to wait a week to see if they had the proper jewelry, but they didn’t. I’m personally not going there again because I don’t want experience something like that again but go at your own risk because your piercings may end up crooked like some of mine were or you may experience something similar to what happened to me with my eyebrow piercing. I ended up going to Major Ink tattoos. Some of their prices are a bit more expensive, but I had no problem with getting piercings done there. And if you are getting pierced at Fame Tattoos, just don’t get the piercings done by a dude who has tattoos on his bald head. If you’re going to go to Fame Tattoos, you shouldn’t expect the highest quality of service depending on your piercer, but you should expect cheaper prices, but also a smaller array of jewelry options. At least for me when I done my bellybutton pierced, I was not given any option at all, but Major Ink Tattoos has a god amount of bellybutton jewelry. Update: I recently got new cartilage piercings at Major Ink and the piercer told me to use saline solution. I was confused because this place told me to use antibacterial soap for the first and only cartilage piercing I ever got there, which was my nostril piercing. Apparently antibacterial soap can be too irritating for people and especially if you use it on areas like inside your nose. I guess that explains the slight burn I would get when I cleaned the inside of my nostril.

Experiencia fantástica: I was there like 3 weeks ago for ear tragus piercing it was a great experience, I hate needles but Jill make me feel comfortable and she did not let me go until I was ok and my ear was not bleeding she also explain how to take care of the cleaning that way do not get infected also told me it will take from 6 months to 1 year to heal completely, the place is super clean and the vibe is wonderful I highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: I can’t speak on getting a tattoo here, but DONT come here if you want to get a piercing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I went on July 5, 2025 with 2 of my cousins who also got piercings done and all of us have had issues with the piercings. I got my second and third lobe done (4 total) and followed the cleaning regiment (2x a day minimum) im about a month in and honestly I should’ve known this place was a mistake after the first piercing when she used a gun instead of a needle and the jewelry was a small stud with barely any wiggle room. My sister had gotten her 2nd piercing done and they gave her jewelry that had a long rod that was easy to push back and forth for cleaning. Unlike the ones given to us. Like I said, I’m about a month in and it feels like it’s getting worse and worse, cleaning it is a nightmare because there’s no wiggle room and the jewelry itself feels too tight, I can’t even loosen it because the one time I tried the piercing completely came out and I needed help getting it back in. It’s hard to keep it dry because I can barely move it and I know there’s moisture between the jewelry and my ear which I’m sure can’t be good for the healing process. My 2 other cousins have been having similar issues. One of my cousins got a belly button piercing and that seems to be doing well, but all our ears are messed up. The first two pictures are my cousins ears. The rest are mine. In the last picture, there’s a lot of liquid around the piercing, I had just cleaned it 1/2 mins before and then more liquid came out. When it dries it’s yellow and crusts all around my ear and the piercing.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. I went a couple months ago to get snake bites in my lip and after I got them done, they were done wrong The guy that did my lip had to do one twice because he did it wrong and then the second piercing he did correctly and because of his mistake, my lips became extremely swollen more than expected. I had to go back a couple days later because they have swollen 10 times more than usual. And had to get bigger bars, which was understandable, but then after that, a week went by and it was to the point where I couldn’t eat I couldn’t sleep and it was kinda hard to breathe so I go back and they remove the piercings. They told me to wait to get them healed to redo them again, but I just called today and decided I wanted a refund and I asked for a refund and they told me that it was my fault and they will not give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE ITS A SCAM!!

I walked in on a Thursday after work & there was no wait; I filled out the paperwork, got the piercings, paid, & was good to go. The other staff members were very friendly as well. I was going to add the GPS coordinates of his grave but was told it would be too much; they were right. I am very happy with what I got. I will be back soon to fill a space on my leg.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for a belly button piercing, and my experience was nothing short of amazing! I was kindly greeted at the front and given a form to fill out. I didn’t get the name of the man up front, but he was quite nice. Quickly after, I was seen and pierced. Jillian was very kind and efficient. She made sure I liked the placement and made me feel comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: I came here on vacation to get my septum re-pierced because it had good reviews. All was fine until the actual piercing which he did wayyyyy too high and I also didn’t get to pick out my septum ring. Not even 48 hours later and the bead has fallen off. I had to have the piercing removed in my home state, where I was told the piercing was too high and the jewelry is bad quality. Pretty disappointed all around, probably wouldn’t recommend anyone get piercings here but I can’t speak to their tattooing.
