Experiencia fantástica: Amazing piercers!!! Haley is great at what she does. She did both of my eyebrow piercings and my helix. She had also done my tongue piercing, but I ended up taking it out due to getting sick. (Not from the piercing). When she does piercings, they are relatively painless. Just a quick pinch and a poke. Pony did my septum piercing and he also did amazing!!! I have definitely found my favorite place to get pierced. I recommend VB Ink to all of my friends too!!! Amazing!!!

Experiencia negativa: I like this place. I did love it but unfortunately they lied to me.. I was told over the phone they do their $10-$15 piercing. So I tell them im on the way. I get there i understand they stop 30 min before they close and we got there 15 min before ok. Cool. So I ask the price again to confirm she goes nooo we dont do that anymore we stopped a year ago. I told her I spoke with someone before I came so says no...ok cool no problem. But where I have the problem is a few days later my friend goes I sit in car n she paid the $15 plus jewelry...so y was she quoted and paid about $40-45 n my total was 110 for the same. I dont mind tipping i get that. But lying is where im uncomfortable. So I ended up goin to blue horse. Paid same amount but felt like I could give my money to them instead of someone who would straight life to my face..if u was closing say that and leave it at that. Cool we can come back another day but lying about the price was weird.

Experiencia positiva: it really depends on your artist, I and everyone I know has had great experiences with Ethan, but my best friend brought me in for a walk-in on the 16th for a small tattoo of the electro symbol from genshin impact in purple, no outline, on the back of my neck, we paid about $120 for something similar on my friend with Ethan & it turned out amazing. We werent told the artists name or given a quote, we had no clue what the price was until we paid. We confirmed with both the artist & the person managing the front that the tattoo was meant to be purple, the artist even said to me "we're doing this in purple right?" He never showed us the shade of purple he was using for the ink, but he printed the stencil in the exact shade of the image we showed him instead of the typical blue, so we assumed everything was alright. Now I'm over a week healed & my $175 tattoo is pure black no color & I'm wondering if my friend paid extra for nothing, it was a going away gift since I was moving to college so I cant even go back & talk to them & I have to live with an incorrect tattoo on me forever now, I've been crying on & off for days because this was supposed to match my friends anemo tattoo which is in full color & I honestly believe that fully blocked black tattoos are ugly, I never would've gotten one, but now I'm stuck with one unless I wanna spend the equivalent of my tuition money on a removal.

The piercings were also really affordable in my opinion. All of the people there were so kind and welcoming and willing to help me with all of my annoying questions. Experiencia negativa: The overall experience was great, but after about 3 days my Monroe piercing was hurting bad, so I looked on the inside of my lip, and the flat part of the post was damn near in the hole. I had to go to the one in hampton to get them to give me a longer post. This location was gonna charge me another 15 dollars for the post even though it was his fault in the first place and I paid 70 for the initial piercing. I think his name was Adam the guy that pierced me. Don't get me wrong he was great polite and quick but that kind of mistake means a lot.

Experiencia fantástica: Got an impromptu tattoo on Mother's Day. BT took care of me. I showed him a picture, he went off of it and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have "No Regerts". The shop is nice and clean, with a various display of beautiful things for sale. The receptionist at the front was friendly and quick about her work. She was also cleaning a lot while I was there. (I own a cleaning company. I was digging that.) BT was friendly and carried good conversation and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I will be returning in a few weeks to get a bit more work done by him. Thank y'all for adding to an already great Mother's Day..!!

They helped me relax and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. It's been more than a year, and my tattoo still looks amazing. For my nose piercing, Jeremy was incredible. He made sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure. He didn't rush me, and let me take my time. I highly recommend them. 10/10.

Jeremy is awesome. Went over the process thoroughly and made my son comfortable. Quick and painless. I got mine done (for the third or fourth time) and it came out great even with all the scar tissue. Don't have any experience with the tattoo artists but I definitely recommend piercing.

He did an amazing job, and made sure everything was perfect before we began. I hate my first tattoo but absolutely love the one I got today. I asked for tattoo ointment and she asked how healed my tattoos were, I said they're fully healed and she said I should use any lotion but I said I came here for tattoo moisturizer because it makes it look more vivid...also do I have to explain I'm about to get a new tattoo? If i want a product just show it to me don't interrogate me. I was gonna still buy earrings but she was talking down to me like I was dumb so I just left. i would give less stars if my first appointment hadn't been so professional and comfortable by the guy with tats and horns

My daughter was only getting 2 piercings and ended up getting 4! Cane was our piercer.. he was professional, fast and did a wonderful job! I want to say thank you so much! This was amazing experience! We also were told about a special event called “Sunday Funday”, which allows you to get all standard piercings for $10. We’ll be back, trust me! Experiencia negativa: They pierced my labret (not a verticle a standard labret) way too high and I asked several piercers there if it was placed correctly and instead of honestly saying that it was messed up they continued to reassure me it was correct. I went to go get jewlery at another local shop when the piercer kindly asked me if I felt my lip wasn't healing bc it was too high. Which finally confirmed my suspicion. I have since gotten 2 other opinions and have now taken my piercing out to heal. Sad to have such a bad experience for my first piercing. I will say I do beleive the gentleman who worked there and piefced is no longer piercing there. The front desk is very nice and such I have given 2 stars.

Experiencia negativa: Very upset. Came in for a tattoo on my vacation to Virginia Beach. I got Ethan, it was $200 for a simple line work tattoo, I left to realize that the hip was missing completely from the woman’s body. And now days later, the lines are starting to get blotchy and the ink is dissapearing. The tattoo was very rushed and I will have to be getting this redone. Atmosphere is great but do not go to Ethan.

I decided to come here (although I didn't originally get it pierced here) & they were super patient & helped me pop it back in!! I just got it pierced a few months ago, so it's relatively fresh, I was freaking out but they calmed my nerves. Super clean & friendly! Experiencia fantástica: I go to VB ink for all of my piercings. I have gotten navel, rook, and conch with them. My friends have had serval piercings with them including helix and lobes. Super affordable. I get the standard titanium pieces and have never had an issue with healing. They are precise with their work and know what they are doing. Cannot recommend them enough! I have also had a line work tattoo done with Ethan. He did a great job with the lines and made them super straight. He did what I was looking for but also gave me options on his own creative measures. If you are looking for a good affordable option for tattoos and piercings choose VB ink. You get the same quality of work as other, more expensive shops!

While she was picking out her earring and filling out paperwork, I decide to pull the trigger and get my septum pierced (my first ever piercing). Front desk staff were fantastic in ensuring I was in good hands with Jeremy. With that being said, Jeremy was fantastic and made me feel super relaxed! Will definitely go back for more!

Very strange considering I've been a customer there at least 3 times before. The shop was completely empty. To Blue Horseshoe I go.

Experiencia positiva: This is a really chill spot I love the ambiance the people that work there are so cool and different and their own authentic ways. It is totally clean in there as well. My nose piercing was only $10 I recommend to not get the cheap jewelry because I did have a reaction but went back and they gave me a titanium and replaced it and yeah it's better.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my septum done here. The piercer has 15 years experience and it most definitely shows. I was a walk-in on a Saturday. With paperwork, getting the piercing and the aftercare talk, I was out in 30 minutes. He hit the sweet spot perfectly on my nose and it was very minimal pain, he knew exactly what he was doing. The price was drastically better than anywhere we had called about. My husband & I are most definitely going back for more work! They talked a little fast for me, you could tell they had given the lectures plenty of times about the waivers & aftercare, but they did not mind at all to repeat anything I missed and answered all my questions very thoroughly. The vibes, the people, even the bathroom cleanliness was a 10/10. I've already recommended it to a few people, I recommend it to whomever is reading this review as well. express yourself!

Although I didn’t get pierced on my visit I definitely plan to come back in the future. They could of easily took my money and did the piercing but the fact they didn’t and gave me information my previous piercer should of told me says A LOT. Integrity is clearly important at this shop.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been coming her for awhile no complaints healed great. But I went to get a hoop sized for my ear and I was given the wrong size when two people sized it . The hoop was too small and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Wasted $30 on something I can’t even use.

Experiencia negativa: I want to edit and say that my NAME here is not my legal name as I am trans, so of course you won't have this name in your records, maybe you could reach out personally to people instead of calling them liars? real professional lol. I got my nose pierced September of 2019. I have not removed the piercing at all, but when for the past year it would not heal!!! I paid $30 for the expensive jewelry that is supposed to not react to your skin allergies at all. I cleaned it as much as I was supposed to daily and left it alone other than that. I had a pustule for the longest time! I took it out and the pustule went away. I also had my dermals done here and they would not heal either. My lip ring here would not heal. I took that out as well. I went somewhere else to get my dermals removed and was told by the piercer there that this place uses POOR QUALITY that are bad for people with skin allergies!!! No wonder NONE of my piercings would heal!!! I bought new nose ring from that place and did NOT HAVE A PROBLEM!!! I do not recommend this place at all. I have no idea who the heck is giving them 5 stars but ya'll suck and are very unprofessional.

My teens got piercings and they were done very well and given great instructions for cleaning and healing. And the prices are very fair. Wish there were more shops like this one!!!

Experiencia negativa: My party of 8 (2 adults-1 had not arrived yet, 4 kids 13 and up, a 5 y/o, and a 10 month old in a stroller) were aggressively told no kids allowed in the shop. Was I expected to leave my minors in the shop to tell them what they want, where they want it, pick out the jewelry, fill out the forms, and pay? Not to mention my ID along with their school IDs had to be displayed and photo copied. If I hadn't drove 20 minutes to get there and the percings were more than $10, I would have left. On the other hand, the piercer was pleasant. He was "hangry" but pleasant. ‍♀️

I thought that was normal for price until I started getting more tattoos from other places. Artists all have different prices for their work. I learned my lesson after coming here. No regrets though. I’ve been taking care of the tattoo and 10 years later, it still looks good. Great quality. I’ve also had 4 piercings from here. All still in use and great condition.

Experiencia positiva: From what I have experienced at this location, it has been great. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I personally received piercing work, and my artist was amazing. Amazing beside manner and fantastic skill.

Experiencia fantástica: customers coming in today were incredibly disrespectful and rude and honestly the lady up front did so well handling it. The piercer I had today, I’m not sure on her name but she was young with colored hair, was an absolute sweetheart. I’m so sorry y’all have to deal with entitled people. You guys are rockstars ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to this business several times to have my nose ring replaced. The front desk staff is so polite and nice and the tech are very professional. I’m so Impressed with how nice everyone is. Highly recommend and when and if I get a tattoo I know where I’ll go!!

Experiencia fantástica: Brian did my neck tattoo. He did an amazing job shading an outline did a wonderful job, drawn it up and helping me put what I was seeing in my head on paper. I will definitely be back. also, the staff at the front desk was very kind and courteous. I highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Went to get my nose pierced, a simple piercing. Was told I’d be helped in a sec & to have a seat. Just to sit there for 10 minutes & be told the piercing is done for today . When the cut off time 6:45. It’s 6:20

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my daughter here to get a piercing. Staff were were very professional and friendly. The inside of the building was very clean and organized!! Clinton who performed my daughters piercing was also very comforting and the whole process went well without any issues!! You can tell staff take their job seriously here which I appreciate. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my tongue pierced by Clinton and he was awesome I was told about how amazing he was but he definitely lived up to the hype. It was my most painless piercing and he made sure I was comfortable and got me in and out. He answered all of my questions and made my experience awesome. The counter people were amazing and so sweet.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to this location and got a tattoo a little over 2 weeks by Brian W. and I absolutely love it! When walking in, I was greeted by the sweetest lady behind the front desk. I can't remember her name but her hair was beautifully colored!! She was very friendly and polite, and answered all of my questions. It was very clean in there and was very nicely setup! I didn't have to wait long to get a tattoo so I was happy about that. Brian was extremely nice and was able to perfectly create the vision I had for my tattoo! He's very creative and is truly a talented artist. It didn't take long for the tattoo to be completed and he kept very good conversation with me throughout my time there, so I wasn't nervous. The prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend this place!

As soon as I walk through the door it's dealing with friends, been coming here since late 2021 and have had excellent work every session. Barry took my concept and made it into a tattoo I'm happy to have on my skin and show off. From the moment I walked in to the moment I had my last session I've enjoyed the atmosphere and the interactions with the people working there. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to get some quality work done.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in to the shop for the Halloween flash tattoo and unfortunately they were already packed up with appointments. The front desk representative was extremely helpful. She explained the situation and when I told her I was still interested in getting a tattoo in the near future she told me where to look for the artists online and recommended some of the artists that would fit the style of tattoo I am looking to get. I have looked at multiple shops in the area and they have won me over for my next tattoo with their customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for their flash sale and found one I really liked, And my artist Barry was super friendly and even let me make it bigger to my liking. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and Barry did a wonderful job on my tattoo. It was my first and I throughly enjoy it, I can’t stop staring at it! I will definitely be returning soon for my next tattoo!
