Fantastic experience: The piercing guy is always so helpful and tries to get us taken care of very quickly! He is exceptionally sanitary! Did a fabulous job with my son's angel bites and helped us to hand tighten them so he could switch them out for clear when going on interviews!

Fantastic experience: Let me just say.. Marc was the best! I went in for a few piercings and he was so kind and patient. He really takes pride in his work and I admired that. I've had work done at other places but never experienced service like Marc's. I mean he is awesome! He made sure to talk me through the process and took his time to ensure the piercings were precise and aligned. Afterwards he carefully walked me through the aftercare process. Where other places just say "apply saline" Marc was very detailed. We kept him at the shop later and way past closing but he did not rush us. I will recommend this place to everyone lol I think Marc treated me better than my primary doctor

I wanted for a bit due to Mark having another client but that is very important. He has all prices and everything set out for any piercing. We did very easy paper work and got ready. Mark was very professional making sure I was comfortable. He spend a little bit of time to make sure he got the piercing rightly marked before making any more moves. He makes it clean and easy. All tools were clean, after I got my belly button done he told me how to clean it and had very good information!!! Please go here for any piercings. Good price and loved there worked

Fantastic experience: I got my navel piercing here less than 2 weeks ago. I was a walk-in, the customer service was a 10/10. Everyone was friendly. My piercer, Marc, made me feel comfortable, because although I was super pumped I was getting pre-piercing jitters. He sterilized everything in front of me, which was very reassuring. Marc takes his time to get close to perfection with lining things up and I admire that! He had me check the mirror and make sure I loved it. Once everything was in place I took that deep breath in and out, and I was done. Quick and easy. Pain was a 3/10. After that, I was given cleaning instructions and sent on my way! Definitely coming back for more!

Fantastic experience: I seriously could not be happier with the work I had done by Devin! He is amazing! Not only did he make me feel super comfortable and work with me on the designs, he did an amazing job and was even open to me making a couple very small changes that turned out beautifully. I had no idea that tattoos weren't always supposed to be soo unbearably painful. Wish I would have found this shop and him before sooner. Would have saved myself a ton of pain, time and money. One tat was a cover up of a memorial tat I had done after my dad passed. I thought it was pretty much beyond repair or even a cover up and he covered it so well and it's so beautiful that I can't wait to show it off any chance I get. The other was a tiny cover up that I also wanted a lot more added to. Again he completely blew me away with how beautiful it is and how amazing he is to work with. It took me 4 years to get up the courage to get these tats fixed and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Devin. The pics do NOT do them justice! Came back to update this since I had my tat on my back touched up (05/25) and he actually did an even better job than last time! I love it even more now and I am so happy with everything he did! Couldn’t ask for a better artist and a better experience!

He started a piece on me nearly a year ago and I fell on some hard times and couldn’t get it finished right away, things changed for me and Devin picked up where he left off and it was seamless and sick. The vibe in the shop is chill, you can talk with any one of the artists easily, great music, me personally we watch Street Beefs at his station (laugh our asses off). I brought my own artwork but they have a bunch of models to choose from and will work with you to develop that sick piece you been wanting. Go get that piece that you keep saying you want from Devin at HOT ROD TATTOOS & BODY PIERCING.

Fantastic experience: I go to Patrick for my piercings and Devin for my tattoos. I’ve had such a great experience every time I go there. With the two pier I gap I got, it was pretty painless and went smoothly. Patrick is super informative as well. As far as my tattoos, Devin is informative as well and makes sure that the placement is exactly how you like it. I highly recommend this place! It’s now my go-to spot and I definitely plan on coming here more.

Came in to get matching helix piercings and he explained the after care better than any other piercer i’ve ever had. he made sure to keep his space EXTREMELY tidy, clean, and perfect. he gave us multiple options on placements and explained how the jewelry would heal. he also made sure to explain in full detail when we should change jewelry, what jewelry could heal incorrectly too soon, and made sure to let us know to come back in free of charge to get the backs of piercing replaced with flat back once healed. he even took a look at my naval piercing and changed at my jewelry even though they were closing. 10/10, will be coming back again. thank you so much Marc and hot rod piercings!! you are so amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Okay so I wanna start out by saying the vibe of this shop is so awesome like as soon as I walked in for the first time when I turned 18 I was like WHOAAAAA. I absolutely love looking at all of the tattoo art on the walls, it’s so cool. I got my septum piercing done by Patrick a long time ago when I turned 18 and he was so chill. I came back to get chest piercings done in September of 2024, and Patrick was so kind and professional and he let my best friend come back with me and everything was sterile in brand new packaging and everything was EXTREMELY clean. I came back today because I had a massive blood blister and something was stuck in my piercing and Patrick was so quick to help me get whatever it was out of my piercing so it wouldn’t get irritated again. He’s super kind and awesome, 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to get any piercing done. He also does tattoos!! I’m gonna go get a tattoo touched up by him that I got done at another parlor! Also I don’t understand why some of the reviews say that Patrick is rude because he’s not. Patrick is gonna be my go to tattoo artist and piercer!! If you guys want to find a reputable tattoo parlor and piercing place, YOU FOUND IT. I also love that this place is veteran owned, my dads a veteran so it made me happy when I found that out!!

Positive experience: I went to get my tragus and labret pierced, by mark who was sweet and nice but did not seem confident. I ended up taking out my labret about 7 hours later because it was so off centered that nothing would fix it. And he pierced my tragus with a curved barbell, I haven't had any issues with that yet but a tragus should be pierced with a straight flat back. Yes it's cheaper but you get what you pay for. I worked with Patrick on this issue and he was able to help me out! He was very kind and understanding and got me a refund and offered me other solutions as well. If you have a issue I highly recommend talking to him!

Fantastic experience: I originally got my septum piercing done at a different tattoo shop. The piercing was extremely big and needed to flip it up due to being in the military. So I came to this place. Patrick Matheny was my piercer. He was extremely kind and understanding to my circumstances. He was able to help me right away and when I tell you… I felt 0 pain! This was a fresh piercing and I had no pain! I got a brand new size! If you are in the military like me and want to get a septum piercing (cause you know how it is) I 10/10 recommend going to him. Negative experience: It was my first time going to a tattoo/piercing parlor to get piercings so I thought everything was great. But I kept having issues with my piercings, like backing coming off, too tight jewelry, and so on. So I went to a different place to get their help and I wish I went to them frist. The other place I went to walked me through everything, the healing, the jewelry, the treatment, what to do if infection, and more. They even offered me products to help with healing and if I didn't want to get it from them then where to get it. Overall I do not recommend for piercings.

Fantastic experience: I went in and got my 2nd lobe pierced yesterday, and I'm very happy with it. I went in wanting 3 or 4, but Patrick took the time to examine my ear and let me know I didn't have enough lobe for that many, which now that I have my plugs back in, I can see and feel. He made sure they were straight and even, and it didn't hurt at all. Highly recommend.

We got there a little late since they stop taking walk in piercings after 6 but Patrick was so kind and turned around for my piercing. Negative experience: Brought my girl here to get her a hoop for her nose since it had been a minute since she had pierced it. The man who put the new hoop in was nice at first but he never discussed price for a jewelry change nor did he give my girl a final price at the counter. He took her card information and then told us we were free to leave no receipt nothing. We then seen said charge and went back inside not to ask for a refund because we were satisfied with our service we just wanted a break down of the price. Then the man who had put the hoop in for her had started throwing money down on the counter after we had told him repeatedly that we didn’t want a refund and that we just wanted a break down and then proceeded to tell us we were unhappy and wanted one. I’m still confused to this day why the man threw money at us.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I got both our nipples pierced as well as our daughter getting her eyebrow pierced.The piercing gentleman was professional, clean, and efficient. It was my first piercing ever and I almost passed out which was weird cause it didn't hurt. Nevertheless he was very attentive and had already anticipated this. He helped me lay down for a bit, then he gave me a soda, and chat with me for a bit. I felt much better after that. The wife and daughter had no problems at all. Also, we watched him sterilize his equipment between uses. I also talked to the tattoo artist there and he was really nice as well. I didn't get anything done but I thought I'd mention this as a bonus. If you guys read this thanks for being awesome.

Negative experience: I have very mixed feeling about this shop. I went in a few days ago to get my lip pierced. At first I absolutely loved my piercing, very quickly my lip went completely numb. I had consulted with another shop today and he immediately asked me to take it out. He informed me that it was not pierced in the correct spot and was crooked. It was very red and irritated even with cleaning it as recommended. There was a few comments while joking with his apprentice about him wanting to stab some guy in the eye. I do not believe that he checked my paperwork to see if I was allergic to anything (I am not) but it does seem like a safety concern if someone was and it did not get checked.

Negative experience: Had gotten a septum piercing here and it was terrible. The piercing wasn’t straight at all. The man that did it was not friendly or welcoming. I had it done about a year ago and took it out soon after. I’m writing this now because I went to go get my septum repierced by my normal person and she mentioned when trying to pierce my septum the needle kept trying to go into the old hole and it was crooked and didn’t line up. Due to the scar tissue I couldn’t get my septum repierced. Don’t go here… go to someone that knows what they are doing and is nice about everything.

Negative experience: Called and they said they would be open for walk-ins til 6pm. I get there and the sign said out to lunch and door was locked. Waited for 25 mins and still not open. Called the number on their "out to lunch" sign twice with no answer. Why put your # there if you don't intend to answer the phone?

Fantastic experience: I have been tattooed by Patrick and Devin they were both amazing and I love all the tattoos I've gotten by them. Their black and grey work is amazing. They make the experience so fun and they are amazing to work with. They turned all my ideas into something even better than I expected. My tattoos still look amazing and they all healed really well. I even had a tattoo from another shop that I wanted to add onto, and Patrick fixed the tattoo I already had and added on beautiful work to it and I love it now. I recommend both Devin and Patrick. Devin even touched up a tattoo they had done for me a year and a half later for free. (It was on my foot where it bends. It faded because of placement not because of their work. I asked for that placement too). Highly recommend! I have four tattoos from this shop and was never disappointed. And besides the tattoo Patrick fixed, they're all from this shop. They're amazing. If you have ideas but not an exact design, they will turn your ideas into amazing tattoos. Very creative, and great environment.planning on coming back when I move back from Hawaii

Fantastic experience: It’s rare you see the level of kindness and patience these men showed me. I suffered from itchy keloids due to being hit in the ear as a semipro kickboxer and they stamped all the scar tissue out and left me with some beautiful stones in the place of the scars highly recommend these guys
