Fantastic experience: Justin was amazing. I'm always nervous about needles, but he was so patient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The fact that he took his time and made adjustments on marking the placement made me feel so reassured and really showed his quality as a piercer. Everything was explained so thoroughly before and after. I love the jewelry that was available in shop, and the price is so reasonable. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Justin is a phenomenal piercer and a more wonderful human being. My partner and I came in yesterday to get her earlobe's pierced as well as to get a feel for the place since I've been feeling the tattoo itch since 1874 and am looking for a good tattoo place. Justin was kind, friendly, hilarious, and very informative and professional. He's been doing this kind of work for 20 years and he went above and beyond to make my partner's experience comfortable. I'm definitely going to get some tattoos here in the future. Justin was wonderful, the girl working the front desk was super chill and a total vibe, and the entire place just feels like a cozy little home. We're excited to continue doing business here.

She made my dreams come to life and made a few changes for me so that in the years to come it wouldn’t lose its meaning. She made sure I was happy with it every step of the design process and gave her honest opinion, while also respecting the meaning. She did an AMAZING tattoo in 2 hours and a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: I went to Fallen Heroes after hearing great things from a friend and seeing many positive reviews. I can confidently say this shop does not disappoint. The shop was clean, sanitary, had a great atmosphere, and everyone there was friendly. My artist Seitan was a real master of his craft. I gave him my general idea and preferred style and he delivered a beautiful custom piece. Not only that but he’s great company to keep throughout the process with his kind and funny demeanor. If you’re looking for a place to get that tattoo, I whole heartedly recommend Fallen Heroes and Seitan.

During the appointment we had about 30 mins to work with placement and sizing of the tattoo, very patient and easy to ask questions too. He also after some wisdom on where the tattoo should be placed to look the best. Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of being tattooed by Marcello (@seitan_alvarez on instagram) last week and it went great! He helped make my design idea look exactly what i was hoping for. He offered breaks and numbing spray in bad spots if I needed it (rib tattoos are no joke lol.) The rest of the staff was friendly and engaging as well, a few other artist swinging by and offering motivation/words of luck to get me through the tough parts, haha. On the pricier side compared to my other tattoos, but the quality and environment is worth the cost! Hard to get a good photo of all the detail in the shading, but two photos are from a few hours and one is from a few days later for reference!

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research to find the right place for my dad’s tattoo as a Christmas present! I went to about 2 other shops (where I didn’t even meet the artists). Came to Fallen Heroes Tattoo & Piercing and I actually got to meet the artist! Tyson was really chill. VERY informative! I felt very confident he could do this tattoo and booked the appointment! I am SO happy I did! Tyson was extremely patient, and worked with us, no problem. We felt comfortable asking him questions and asking for some last minute changes with 0 - no frustration. Throughout the appointment we were all bantering and having a good time. Not ONLY that, my dad came in wanting to get his Superman tattoo fixed bc… damn. Get this, Tyson told us since it only took the initial tattoo (WHICH HE NAILED BTW! Omg so beautiful! More than what we wanted!)… an hour, he would be able to fix it and use what the gift card had left over. I really love that he was honest with that and gave us his time. He nailed both tattoos! Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? I’m a Combat Disabled Veteran. So it’s already frustrating dealing with people who don’t understand Customer Service. For example. The VA. Lol! But to FINALLY find a Top Tier tattoo shop like “Fallen Heroes” is a true blessing. The entire staff is beyond amazing. It all starts with the gentleman at the front desk like Dylan who works miracles on getting hard to get slots with the Perfect artist that fits what you’re wanting. Then to actually be listened to by the artist and see that they understand EXACTLY what you’re wanting and make it a reality is beyond words. My artist is Jacob. He sat down with me and I explained to him exactly what tattoo I was wanting on my face and the very next day Booom! Fallen Heroes made it a reality. The artist was very lite handed and pinpoint accurate on his line work. He did an Amazing coverup tattoo on my face and I couldn’t be happier. The artist exceeded my expectations. Fallen Heroes is my and wife’s new and forever tattoo studio. Studio is very impressive, very clean and great atmosphere. Very welcoming and energetic. Thank You to the artist!! Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. This was my first tattoo. Fallen Heros did a great job of communicating with me about setting an appointment and everything , I needed to do on my end, including where to park to avoid any trouble. The tattoo artist Kayli, is an amazing young talent. She took my ideas and added her style to create a memorial tattoo that is everything I wanted and more. The entire staff was friendly. I want to thank Kayli for making my first experience very memorable. Her artistic style is second to none and I would highly recommend her for your next tattoo experience.

Fantastic experience: I did a walk-in with my mom and sister to get matching tattoos, and we had a fantastic time! We were lucky to have Heather, and we could not have been more grateful! The entire store was very well decorated and clean. You could tell a lot of effort goes into it by everyone to keep the place looking nice. Heather was able to help us change our design to make it exactly how we wanted it. Throughout the entire time, we all felt super comfortable and welcome. We were there for about 2.5 hours and had great conversations. Since the station was in the back, there was plenty of privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and will definitely be coming back to book with Heather and FH tats in the future.

Negative experience: Do NOT get pierced here. I paid $100 for a belly button piercing and she pierced my STOMACH. Now I have a giant scar on my stomach. Had to go somewhere else to get it redone and spend another $100. I also have pictures where you can very clearly see the piercing was just my stomach not my belly button AT ALL. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.
