Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing came for my birthday to get my first tattoo and everyone in the shop was so incredibly kind and welcoming never felt nervous at all, got my tattoo by Blake and not once did I feel nervous walked me through it and not only did an amazing tattoo but was very fast. Highly recommend and the aftercare kit came with starburst! If your on edge about getting a tattoo look no further would definitely come back if I wanted another tattoo in the future.

Fantastic experience: From the first encounter via email to the minute we walked out the door, the folks at Timeless Tattoo were nothing short of courteous, kind, professional, friendly, and attentive. I received a response to my initial email within 24 hours. My questions were answered and setting up an appointment was easy, especially since I needed two at once (my fella and I wanted to get tattooed together). Andrew was my artist and I cannot say enough about his incredible talent!! He came up with exactly what I was hoping for from two pictures I sent him. And color! As he was coloring my tattoo, he said he loved to color and I can absolutely see it in his work! Whether it's your first tattoo, your third (like me) or your 500th, you cannot go wrong with Timeless Tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Blake was extremely patient with my wife. She got to color/fill-in completed and lips. She’s a screamer and squirmer . Andrew was able to create and start a large chest tattoo for me and it looks amazing.

Fantastic experience: Blake has been doing my tattoos for the last 4 years and i literally only trust him because his work is AMAZING! He’s done all of my patch work on my arm, you can see some of it in the photos! His line work is beautiful and so detailed! If you want a good tattoo artist, Blake is definitely your guy!!

Fantastic experience: Came here as a walk in with my husband and best friend after my regular tattoo shop didn’t have any openings for a walk in and had the GREATEST experience. Some shops can be a little “snobby”, especially when it comes to walk-ins but Timeless Tattoo was absolutely the opposite. When we walked in the people working in the lobby greeted us enthusiastically. They expertly drew up what we were looking for based on a very basic screenshot we showed them and even drew up a few different options. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back!

Negative experience: Came here for a walk in and the staff was super friendly! Great vibes, but overall not satisfied with the way my tattoo came out. The B came out looking darker than the other letters and the lines are not crisp. Never went back for a touch up. The D finished by another artist came out beautifully. Overall it’s not awful, but I wouldn’t recommend for fine lines.

Fantastic experience: Came in as a walk in, and every single person was SO friendly and welcoming, which helped soothe my nerves a lot. Everything was so well organized, from the airdrop process to the forms you fill out. And my simple tattoo was done with care and precision and crisp, crisp lines. Fantastic experience: Demian did such an amazing job on my tattoo. Super super clean lines was very professional. The shop has a great atmosphere and all the staff were very knowledgeable. I was so happy with the work done I sent my husband in a few days later for a tattoo and again Demian killed it ! Overall 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased. Got my first tattoo by the rad Di Quartel (check out the IG) who made the whole experience feel comfortable and kept it fun with great conversation too. Highly recommend! Everything I wanted from a first tattoo while also helping support a cool artist. Turned out even better than I could’ve hoped. I got a large bicep tattoo with a mix of naturalistic and detailed fine line work with abstract/ chaotic blackwork as the backdrop. The other staff were nice too when I first came in for a consult and then really attentive/helpful on the day of tattooing. Will definitely return when I’m ready for my next one.

Fantastic experience: This is an outstanding shop: the people are very friendly, and the tattooists are true artists. My wife and I recently visited, and we both got unbelievable tattoos. Marcel did a fantastic Bubo (Clash of the Titans) for my wife, and Di did Bunnicula for me. Both pieces are top tier work, and we're very pleased with them. These images would look great on Canvas, so I can't imagine the talent it takes to put these on skin. Top quality art for sure! Also, shout out to Andrew the man who works the desk. He's super nice, and he seems to really enjoy meeting people. Next time we're in Atlanta, we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Timeless anymore: the arrogant guy who tattooed one hibiscus flower on me over 10 years ago is still there; went in 1 week ago - he glanced at the Shani Louk drawn tattoo I will get, & refused work - his choice, but he did let me know his refusal was due to my poor choice in tattoos, and suggested I make an appointment with him when I figure out what I really want - code for come back and pay $$$$$, unless he can outprice you. The best part, I brought my cousin for her to get an in memorium tat for her dad but I got to cross the empty parlor I had touted and whisper - OK let's go I'm unwelcome here and he's not interested in dealing with us. In her circle that word of mouth experience will go far. I do have many tattoos wonderfully drawn by Timeless artists, and some even inked after Cap's personal approval, a quintessential gentleman whose professionalism defines superb customer treatment. Thanks over the years to those artists: Nate, Brian Snape-my fave, and A. Fuqua-who fixed Painless Paul's flowers so the new gecko would be well placed. But score two for Lew, one point for inking the high dollar tat & one point for consistent, abysmal customer treatment again over 10 years later.

Fantastic experience: Such a nice tattoo spot. Lew tattooed me and am so happy with how it turned out. Not only was he very nice and professional with my first tattoo but it also turned out very neat and looks just like the design I submitted. I plan to return to Timeless for my next one!

Fantastic experience: Clean friendly place with super friendly staff. Di Quartel took an idea I had in my head and turned it into an amazing free hand work of art. The tattoo took longer than originally expected but she took her time and made all the details just right. Great conversations too! The front desk staff are also super friendly. Fantastic experience: I went there about 1.5 weeks ago to get a tattoo done on my forearm area. Kristin did my tattoo and I had made an appointment with her. I had told her over email what I was looking for, and when I got there she had drawn up the design exactly how i described it! The tattoo took about an hour to do and the whole time she was talking to me and made me feel very comfortable. My tattoo came out great and I love it! There space to sit if someone else comes with you as well. I will be back when I am ready for another tattoo!

Fantastic experience: I did a walk in on a Saturday and was able to get 4 tattoos done right away. I am really pleased with all 4 of them, and Andrew was my artist. His lines are straight, thin and beautiful. I’ve received so many compliments on how well the tattoos are done, and he’s definitely the artist I’m going to go to from now on.

Negative experience: I came in with a friend we both paid upfront for a specific size and had to tip before getting the tattoo. I paid for a tattoo that was supposed to be twice the size. This is the only shop that makes you pay upfront and tip before being seen. I would never recommend this place. There are a lot better places near by

Fantastic experience: Get your tattoo done here. Everyone is an amazing artist and as nice as they can be. The front desk Is always helpful and happy! Everything from common flash to conceptual pieces are artfully done at timeless and the shop is clean. I have had hours of work done here and never once had an issue. The only problem you may run into is that these awesome artists are booked out, so snag an appointment while you can!

Fantastic experience: We were traveling in Atlanta visiting family. We had been to 3 different tattoo parlors and called a few others. We wanted to get hand tattoos. We were aware of the issues (wears more easily, loses definition, a little more painful, etc.) but even after talking to the different artists at the other parlors Timeless was the only one who would draw it. The tattoos have significant meaning to me and my fiancée so we were extremely grateful to Timeless. Timeless has the experienced artists who can help make your desires come to life on your canvas. Shout out to Morgan, specifically, who did the work. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Fantastic experience: Found my tattoo artist! Morgan is an exceptional artist that took his time with me on a busy Saturday afternoon and I was a walk-in. He took my vision drew it freehand and made it his own! It could not have been more perfect! Check him out and wait for him if you have to...you will not be disappointed !

Negative experience: Called in to get a walk in tattoo done. Arrived at the place and was told there was a 45 min wait and then we could be serviced. They asked what the tattoos were want we told them. No problem at all. Went next door and had drinks and food. Came back to check in and the receptionist said 5 more mins. No problem. My friends and I came back a few moments later and we exchange pics of the tattoo we already discussed and she says they can’t do 3 small symbols and I could only receive 2/3 of the symbols requested because they were closing. At this point, we had already waited an hour to just be told we couldn’t receive what we waited for. Who gets half of a tattoo? A complete waste of time.

Positive experience: I came in on a Saturday for a walk in and overall had a really great experience. Kristin took care of me and she was really sweet and did a beautiful tattoo. She was gentle and patient with me as I was very nervous since it was my first tattoo. The front desk was also super nice and the studio is really nice. My ONLY complaint, and it’s more of a concern rather than a complaint, was that I noticed my artist didn’t use a clip cover or bag the tattoo machine while tattooing me. I’m not a tattoo expert, as I said this was my first tattoo, but I did some research and realized that clip covers and bagging are important and pretty much industry standard so I’m interested to know why she didn’t? I realize there could be a specific reason why and maybe I’m just uninformed, but still I wonder. This is something I should’ve asked while I was there but didn’t think it was that important since I saw her workspace and everything appeared very sanitary. It wasn’t until I got home and started reading up on tattoo safety and best practices that I realized how important clip covers were. Would I go back? Yes. I would simply just request that my artist use a clip cover/bag next time. Other than that- everything was great and studio was super clean. Fair pricing too! And I want to reiterate that my artist, Kristin, did an amazing job! She is really talented.

Negative experience: I did not even step foot in this place and I literally never will. I noticed it this morning attempted to come in and realized the shop opened at noon after the woman at the desk physically SHOOED me away with her hand as to say go away. Mouthing NOON. I said “May I ask you a question?” The equally as rude man said AT NOON. I did not want them to open the door, I simply wanted to ask what the shop minimum was. At a time like this with Covid happening and as miserable as you both acted to speak to a potential customer I’d imagine this morning would have went differently. VERY disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Morgan is my favorite tattoo artist. He's done 3 of my tattoos, and he always gives me good advice of what size the tattoo should be and where not to put the tattoo because of how it will look after it heals. On Saturdays, they only take walk-ins, so there tends to be a long wait if you go later in the day.

Positive experience: This place has gotten kind of shady over the last few years. I went to get a smallish tattoo and was told it would be the shop minimum of $75. Then when I cashed out, it ended up being $160. I just wish they had been honest up front about the cost. The work is fine, but def not $160 worth.

Fantastic experience: Timeless Tattoo is compassionate to people with fainting triggers! If you've ever felt faint after getting blood drawn please read this review I was recently a walk-in for my first tattoo with Morgan. It was on the center of my upper back, which, OUCH, but I felt like I was hanging in there with the pain. Then I started feeling faint (which Morgan noticed before I did because all the blood went out of my skin) and we stopped. He got me a glucose tablet and water and after a break we kept going. ....unfortunately I started feeling faint again. And again Morgan didn't make me feel bad about it and we took another break, then almost got done with the tattoo. For a third and final time, I almost passed out. Shaking, cold, with a line of other people waiting for tattoos. I felt awful but Morgan was super-reassuring and we finally rallied to finish the tattoo, which I'm thrilled with! So if you're someone who has anemia or vasovagal responses to needles or some other fainting trigger I would recommend Morgan and Timeless Tattoo highly! They will give you time to recover and you won't feel rushed or like a burden.

Negative experience: No one across the board is consistent. Walked in to get service, I’m sorry were booked for 2 weeks. Called location back 2 mins after we left, “oh yes, we’re taking walk ins stop on by we’re open til 8”.. Quite surprised i chimed in and said we just left, if you’re taking walk-ins today why weren’t we serviced today… Crickets…

Fantastic experience: I came in 1 month ago after researching for a great artist. I left a 100 dollar deposit and received an appointment 3 weeks later with Andrew one of there senior artists. My room was private and very clean. I changed my design the day of my appointment and Andrew only took 20 minutes to create another template. He was very professional and calming my entire time in the chair. This was my first tattoo and I'm so happy I chose this business. Andrew is very patient and now I'm getting my whole arm done.

Fantastic experience: I have to begin by saying that I just recieved my first tattoo. Probably one of the coolest experiences I've had in a long time. These guys are amazing and the quality of work is phenomenal. My artist is Sergio and the man is the true definition of an artist. I've always been a huge Marvel fan and Venom is my favorite anti-hero. I gave Sergio an idea of what I was looking for and let him draw it up in his own style. I was overwhelmed at how cool this tattoo turned out that I'm already scheduling another for the end of the year. Check these guys out and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: You guys need to visit this great artists; today I had my consultation with Sergio and it was amazing, I visit two other shops before I met with Sergio and one thing that I didn't like about this other two places was the tattoo artists wanted to do a tattoo right then and then and they didn't understand how meaningful this is for me , I'm trying to cover a scars on my back, I had 10 back surgeries and now that everything heal I want to do something beautiful something that represents what I've overcome what I've been through and Sergio was able to understand that and respect my vision toward what I'm imagine ; he wants to see my ideas on paper so he can combine them with his that means the world to me so he could do something amazing!!!! This means a lot to me ,is not just go in pick something from the book and let's do it, is about respecting what I want because it has a big meaning to my life. Sergio I truly appreciate your input,meeting you was the greatest thing, I can't wait to post my back tattoo once it's done.

Positive experience: Service was great, chill guys with a clean shop. I did notice some employees not wearing masks in the shop. I would recommend asking for an hourly rate from them when booking. I was willing to pay whatever price they charged but was surprised at how much it ended up being for the size of work. I still ended up giving 20% tip since the tattoo was great. They do have some great artist here.

Fantastic experience: So. First off- when I emailed them, they responded almost immediately. This was the 4th shop I had contacted so I felt a little defeated. I wanted a cover up that proved challenging. The owner and I discussed what I wanted and she directed me to the shops Instagram page but recommended a couple of artists. Consultation time- they take cleanliness to the next level. It smelled like a dentist's office, which is always a good sign in a tattoo parlor. The artists present were just good vibes. They were respectful to us and to each other. This wasn't your standard parlor atmosphere, this was a comforting, welcoming place where everyone shared an interest in the art. During the appointment, my artist initiated interesting conversation. It meant alot to me that he asked me about why I picked the tattoo I did. He was finished with my "impossible" piece in just under an hour, without ever entertaining the idea that it would be hard. And I couldn't be happier. All the artists I met were professional and just nice. I have absolutely zero complaints. You won't regret it. (Also pictured is my husband's [trees] that wrap around his arm. It is quite impressive)

Fantastic experience: Best tattoo experience I've had. The shop was spotless and staff very friendly. Lots of raw talent here. Sergio did my custom memorial piece and was very thorough and patient with my lack of understanding his process. All of my previous tattoos were printed out to look exactly like the finished work. Sergio did a rough sketch and free handed a lot of it. Had no clue this was how the best do it. He went above and beyond to make sure this piece exceeded my expectations and it most definitely did. I'm obsessed and couldn't be happier. Most other shops are rubbish! I'm so glad I did my research on the best in Atl. I won't be going anywhere else but Timeless to get more of Sergio's custom art. AMAZING!

Negative experience: I received a tattoo on June 18, and within a week time it became infected. I contact the salon and informed they of what was happening and sent pictures they informed me that it wasn’t infected (via pictures and video), but that because of the area it heals different. Well I ended up going to urgent care and was later referred to a Wound Clinic. Where I was under their care for 3 weeks and out of work for over a week. I reached out to the shop to inform them of was was going on and I haven’t heard back from the yet. This was my first time at this shop and I am not happy with the customer services for after care.

Fantastic experience: I spent 3 years trying to decide what I wanted. If I was going to get something from my shoulder to elbow, it better be symbolic, meaningful, beautiful and (yes) timeless. I met with a lot of artists and told them that I wanted something that would incorporate my heritage (Polish/American), my wife's heritage (Irish/American) and our son's (American/Polish/Irish). My biggest rule above all else was that I absolutely cannot look cartoonish. I was surprised by how many didn't want to do it. Some had good ideas but no one "nailed it". I found Timeless just by web searching. I liked some of the art work so I reached out. I explained what I wanted and sent over a few pics. They recommended I talk to Lew Hands. I came in, for what I thought was a consult. Lew and I were spit balling ideas. The only thing I knew for sure is that I wanted the Polish eagle rather than a bald eagle. It's just really different and cool looking. Lew said "give me a few minutes" and he came up with the sketch in the picture. The Polish eagle holding a Celtic (Irish) cross. I thought it was absolutely beautiful. He said we would do that first and then do the American flag as a backdrop after it heals. Let me tell you something. I can go on for days talking about my experience. A picture is worth a thousand words and Lew was an all around awesome guy. I love my ink! My wife doesn't have any but after seeing mine, she's now deciding on what she wants, and for sure Lew is going to do it.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 tattoos there, one took sitting for a total of 12.5 hours on my back. Lew is great.

Fantastic experience: I just got my first tattoo, and when I say timeless tattoo was the perfect place to go. Their customer service is soooo genuine ! My tattoo artist I truly have to give a big shout out ! Sergio! Thank you. He is extremely talented! Super patient and just want to genuinely make sure your good while getting a tattoo... I can say he treated me like we have known each other forever , and that is something you don’t get in many places. Timeless Tattoo, thank you for such a great experience. Your team rock! Thank you Sergio for making my first tattoo the best tattoo!
