Fantastic experience: I’ve gone here multiple times for piercings and tattoos and have zero complaints. The workers are all very professional and friendly. Definitely my favorite tattoo shop in the San Antonio area.

Negative experience: I have Seven piercings. I got my eighth one here for my nose. It’s been about 10 almost 11 months ago. Turns out the piercer never pierced it right and now I’m having problems with the piercing healing and closing immediately. Do not recommend if you want to have problems 10 months later.

Lets the tattoo artist was extremely nice and guided me to get the right size for my tattoo and placement, she assured me it was going to be painless. It is my first and only tattoo I’m getting I was so nervous! The process went smooth and painless. I highly recommend this place for any new tattoo job or piercing wanted.

I understand that there can be long waits and I’m perfectly fine waiting my turn, especially since this is a first-come, first-served system. However, after already waiting for **two hours**, it makes absolutely no sense that someone else was attended to before me simply because their request was “only a jewelry change.” I arrived first, so I should have been helped first. Being pushed back after such a long wait is extremely frustrating and unfair. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened, and because of that, I will not be returning.
