Fantastic experience: I went in for their piercing special on Friday and i only waited about 35 minutes which wasn’t bad at all and i got zoe. she was the sweetest and most caring person that i could’ve gotten. It was my first piercing and she made me feel calm and relaxed. It’s healing really nicely. I will always come to her to get any other piercings done.

Fantastic experience: Had Tai do a bad ass piece for me, super light handed and super sharp lines, great realism artist.

Negative experience: I went to go buy jewelry for my piercing, everyone was nice and the inside looked nice. However, I did almost have to wait 1 hour just to buy the jewelry and once I was helped it took all of 5 mins to complete. I feel this process needs to be revised.

Fantastic experience: Changed my 2 stars for the wait to 5 stars because Nicole has greattt customer service. If yall have promos yall should have multiple piercers so it’s not just her.

Negative experience: I got my septum and helix pierced by Nicole. The actual piercing wasn’t bad but my septum was pierced a little crooked. What’s bad is when I went to downsize my helix I wanted to see Nicole because she’s the one that pierced me but instead they had someone else downsized my post. She asked Nicole what size to put in and Nicole told her, so she put that size in but then said it was too big so she took it out and put a smaller size in. When she did that the initial swap wasn’t bad then then when she tried to put the new one in she was tugging on it and trying to screw it in but realized she was screwing it on the wrong way so she moved it around then finally secured it in. But with all the tugging and pulling it being really irritated and swelled up kinda badly. I did warm compresses and took ibuprofen for a few days to try and control the swelling but it wasn’t going down and started to embed. So I went back to get it resized but they had, another! Piercer switch it out for me. I explained to her what happened and then she asked me what size I would like. Obviously I didn’t know I’m not a piercer so she just put in a random size post that was bigger than the last one so it would heal. She was a little rough with it too but I just wanted the swelling to go down. She said to go back in a month to downsize it again. Well it’s been 3 weeks now and I have had a (hopefully) irritation bump since then. I hope it’s not a keloid but it hasn’t gone down since she put the bigger post in. And I guess since it has been way past the recommended downsizing time line it has not migrated downward. So I’m probably going to have to take it out and have it repierced. I honestly spent way too much money because every time I went to have it changed I was charged for the changing as well as the jewelry because I chose titanium. The first downsizing I think she charged me for both of the posts she put in cause I was charged $25 but when I went to get it reupsized she only charged me $15. $5 for the jewelry change and $10 for the jewelry. I also tipped obviously all of my visits even though I really shouldn’t have. Overall I’m not really happy with my visits at all except for when i actually got pierced by Nicole. Which is why I’m only giving 2 stars

Fantastic experience: I had been wanting a tragus piercing for a long time, but I was extremely nervous and honestly didn’t expect to actually go through with it. From the moment I walked in, the service was so exceptional that I couldn’t turn away. The entire experience was nothing like what I expected—in the best way possible. It was truly amazing. I only wish I had gotten everyone’s names, from the greeter to the piercer, because every single one of them was incredible. The work was done to absolute perfection. Thank you, ladies, for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Negative experience: Got 3 cartilage peircings one week ago and I specifically asked for titanium metal but I was given cheap metal that was tarnishing in less than a week. The bar that I was given was way too short and the earring began to embed in my ear because of it. My piercings were not done well and I have never had a problem with healing cartilage piercings before coming to this place. I included a picture of when I first got it done versus a few days after.

Fantastic experience: Nicole and Jenna were extremely helpful, and the piercing process was seamless. I felt no pain during my industrial procedure, and I would 100% recommend Nicole as a piercer. Always remember to tip, and thank you Jenna for all of your help!

I came back for a second time with a bigger project and she once again exceeded expectations. If you have dark skin like me and want big Japanese style or anime stuff that you've always grew up being in too, she will get the job done and make your dream and your vision come true with her great creativity to match your intentions. I will be returning for a 3rd time to sleeve up my other arm. Super happy with her work! 1rst tattoo Shenron Dragon Navei killed it. She not only exceeded my expectations but she applied her own creativity. I have dark skin and she took great care of me and the detail of this project. Fantastic experience: For my first tattoo, I wanted something meaningful that reflected my love for Korean culture, so I chose cherry blossoms and the word “inyeon” (fate and connection). After finding Hyper Inkers online and seeing their award-winning artists, I felt confident choosing them. I went in for a consultation and ended up meeting Eric—the same artist whose work caught my eye. He was available that day, and I got my tattoo right away! Eric explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. His humor and personality made the experience fun and memorable. The staff was kind and supportive, and even though we went over time, the attention to detail was worth it. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Hyper Inkers is now my go-to shop, and Eric is my artist for life. Highly recommend—his skills are amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

There’s this tattoo idea I’ve had for a while… I was like, “Well, I’m already here, might as well ask for a quote”. So I did and Jackie said she could tattoo me that same day! So I made my friend wait while I got tatted Jackie was so cool, down to earth, very talented, and knew exactly how to tattoo it just the way I wanted. It’s healing nicely and I’m super pleased with it! I also had an old tattoo that I wanted filled in/touched up. She said she’d do it for free, no up-charge from my new tattoo. Negative experience: I took my daughter to get piercings and was doubled charged. I told the cashier and the manager told her the amount always appears twice and will reflect one charge. They swipe my card 2xs and told them they are double charging but the manager felt I was wrong I even showed the cashier my transaction on my App. Bad customer service just returned my money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 6 piercings done here in less a month, FYI I’ve never been the piercing or tattoo type however they did such a wonderful job that I just keep coming back. Also I have zero pain tolerance however the pain for my piercing was so low that I just kept coming back.they truly did a wonderful job.

Negative experience: I’ve been to hyperinkers twice now and unfortunately the level of cleanliness and professionalism is not high. I got two lobes in september and I am still having issues with them which is unusual compared to all of my other piercings. When I got my back dermals the area (piercings bed and stand with materials on it) was not cleaned at all between clients which is very concerning. They were also crooked so I removed them within a week. The prices may be good but they are low for a reason. I would not recommend coming here as everyone I’ve come with has also had some sort of issue.

Fantastic experience: Navei is an absolute phenomenon! I cannot believe she’s been tattooing for less than three years. Her skill is next-level; every stroke, every shadow, every tiny detail in her black and gray realism work is pure perfection. Watching her bring a piece to life is nothing short of mesmerizing. If you want a tattoo that’s going to blow your mind and turn heads everywhere, there’s no one better. Seriously, stop looking—Navei is the real deal, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Positive experience: I came in with my daughter for her birthday, and she had her eyebrow and lip pierced by Nicole. I even got my daith pierced. Nicole was very knowledgeable, professional, and made my daughter and myself feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m giving four stars because of the experience at the front desk. The person working the front with very short brown hair was extremely rude and spoke to me in a condescending way. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that people can be difficult, but there’s no excuse for the amount of attitude I received when I simply asked questions about pricing and paperwork. When I asked whether my daughter and I needed to sign up together or separately, I was told we needed separate forms, which was fine—but the explanation that followed felt unnecessarily patronizing, as if I didn’t understand basic instructions. All I needed to know was that there was a QR code that links to the form. Overall, the piercing experience itself was good, and I would consider coming back for another piercing or even a tattoo. However, knowing now that everything can be handled through the QR code, I’ll avoid asking the front desk questions in the future. Being unfamiliar with their process shouldn’t make a customer feel like an inconvenience.

Negative experience: I went to get some jewelry for my nose piercing, and the woman who handled the jewelry was very rude. She said my name incorrectly, and I told her that was not how it is pronounced and explained the correct way to say it. However, she did not seem to care. She continued to say my name incorrectly four or five times throughout the service, even after I corrected her. I kept thinking to myself that I was there as a paying customer to buy jewelry, and she was also offering to install the piercing herself for an additional five dollars. I believe that, as a paying customer, the way she acted was disrespectful. If she was unable to pronounce my name correctly, I would have appreciated it if she had simply not said it at all. Instead, she continued to say my name incorrectly multiple times, despite already being corrected.

Was never contacted went in to ask how much longer about 7:30 they said 5 more people in front of you ok no problem how long dose 5 people take? I left around 8:40 without a piercing

Negative experience: (Writing after appointments in March and May 2025) I've been here for piercings and a tattoo, and they were very different experiences. With Nicole, I got angel bites and they look and healed amazingly. She was very kind and made sure I was ready and knew what I was getting. With Dame, I got a tattoo that didn't turn out the way I planned at all. For reference, I got a referral about 2 or 3 weeks ahead to make sure that I'd get a design in advance and know what was happening. I didn't get either. I showed up to the shop on the day of the appointment very nervous, with my friends for emotional support. I couldn't believe it when 2 hours after my appointment time, my tattoo artist comes out and shows me a design that misinterpreted what I said all together. Thankfully the moth was similar, so I said to delete the background he'd made and it would be fine. After another wait, I could finally go to the back and he put the stencil on and I checked to make sure I liked it, then I asked for the color plan because it was full color. He didn't have a color plan, and assured me it was all in his head and it was very similar to the references I'd sent. I regret saying okay, but I was nervous and had already sunk hours and dragged my 2 friends along, so I said okay begrudgingly. It is definitely my fault for not sticking up for myself, but it was my 2nd tattoo and I had no idea how to approach the situation. I ended up with a tattoo that is just okay. The colors are nothing like what I wanted and the design looks a little rushed in my opinion. I'll attach the references and my final tattoo so you can see. Overall, learn from my mistake and ALWAYS ask to have the design in advance, and don't go through with something unless you know what the plan really is, especially with color.
