Negative experience: They got my down payment, and completely forgot about me. When I got to my appointment, my artist thought I wanted something completely different than what I wanted. When I told him what I wanted, he completely destroyed my idea, destroyed what I was so excited for. Said many bad things about it, and tried to make me change my mind to what he wanted to do. They were very on point, and remembered me every time when it was about making payments. I was treated like garbage at this place, be careful when you come here.

Fantastic experience: Elisha helped me switch my nose piercing out. I had an irritation bump and I was helpfully guided on how to heal it after Elisha switched it out.
