Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of getting work done by both Rohan and James at Castle Tattoos in Palmy. These guys are top tier artists. Both extremely professional and super easy to work with to get the art you've been dreaming of. The shop is very clean, tidy and welcoming. Great environment and great banter to go with it. I've spent many hours in the shop getting tattooed already and I'll be back for many more.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Castle tattoos. Not only are they chill, friendly blokes their also super talented and professional. I see James for most of my art as I can always count on him for the very best tattoos, especially his realism! Photos below are of the tattoos he has blessed me with but dont do them justice (shit phone camera and all taken upside down ) Again, highly recommend, I can guarantee you will not walk away without a huge smile in your face.

Fantastic experience: Been getting tattooed here since it opened, Rowan was my artist in Wellington and he is a master at his craft, plus he’s a wicked dude so I always enjoy heading up to Palmy from Welly to hang out and get some fresh ink. Best in the business for sure

Fantastic experience: Rohan (deathorglory) at Castle Tattoo has done some of my favourite tattoos. I don't think many artists have the technical authenticity for traditional work as Rohan. He also designed an epic entire backpack including a cover up. He's also a real good guy and I'm still dying to get one of his epic trad lady faces some day. Better than succulent Chinese meal. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rohan for over 10 years in Wellington so when he moved to Palmerston North and opened Castle Tattoo I had to follow! Rohan is an incredible artist & tattooer and all round nice guy. I have put total trust in him for 67 tattoos with absolutely no regrets & no signs of stopping anytime soon! I'm super stoked with all my bodyart and am doing monthly trips up for my tatt therapy fix!
